Well it didn't happen in tsho but it sure as heck did in pbec somebody bought the shell and started a new company and guess what they really are smoking something...
My 100 K guess was wrong there only about 60k deep to petition the courts in Nevada and file all the late filings to take over the pbec shell..
I still like to come here every couple of years at least to check out the ibox,
you can't beat the chart if you need a good laugh...
Does anyone still own shares of this?
This horse shit is still being traded ?
it was well orchestrated -I can't remember why but I cashed out of this and put that money in something else- it was on the way up on that run to 1.50 or however high it got - I have learned to take a loss and move on not ride one of these POS to the cellar - it cost me a lot to learn that lesson -lol
I lost my butt in this one but, almost made it up by getting out of the other one they were touting at the same time... PBEC.
.
I got in and out of this in the .80 range with a small loss and man am I happy I did - it was a super scam
What are Custody services ?

Let us pray. That would be a huge help for most everyone. I wonder what would happen to the companies if people still have shares. If there is anything good about the SEC I would hope they would help small investors via shareholders. Isn't that what the SEC is for?
Nicholas De Feis, a lawyer for Gibraltar, and William Fleming, a lawyer for Wade Huettel, didn’t immediately return voice-mail messages left at their offices seeking comment on the suit.
Interesting that Luis Carrillo doesn't seem to have an attorney. Not even one unwilling to comment.

Carrillo Huettel, Gibraltar Global Sued by SEC for Fraud
By Patricia Hurtado - Mar 15, 2013 10:20 AM PT
Carrillo Huettel LLP, a San Diego law firm, and Gibraltar Global Securities were sued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over claims they took part in an international “pump and dump” stock-selling scheme.
The SEC said the defendants were part of a group of individuals who used a boiler-room operation to promote and artificially inflate the sale of two publicly traded U.S.-based companies, Tradeshow Marketing Co. (TSHO) and Pacific Blue Energy Corp. (PBEC)
The defendants allegedly secretly took control of the companies and inflated the stock prices with false and misleading promotions. They also allegedly hired a group of salespeople who called U.S. investors to tout the stocks, falsely claiming the information was based on independent research.
The commission alleges that the defendants sent out investors from two stock-touting websites they controlled -- Skymark Research and Emerging Stock Report. U.S-based attorneys Luis Carrillo and Wade Huettel were described as “central participants” in the scheme by helping promoters acquire control of Pacific Blue through offshore nominee entities. Gibraltar is an unregistered broker-dealer incorporated and located in the Bahamas, the SEC said.
The defendants earned at least $11 million by “scalping” Pacific Blue and Tradeshow shares, or secretly selling the stock while simultaneously promoting them to investors.
In August 2011, the Alberta Securities Commission filed an interim cease-trade order against Skymark and its representatives, putting a halt to its fraudulent promotion, the SEC said.
Nicholas De Feis, a lawyer for Gibraltar, and William Fleming, a lawyer for Wade Huettel, didn’t immediately return voice-mail messages left at their offices seeking comment on the suit.
The case is SEC v. Carrillo Heuttel, 13-cv-01735, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York (Manhattan).

This would make a good story on American Greed.
If they are able to recover some money from these rascals, wonder if the shareholders will see any of it ?
Read the complaint: the SEC is going after most of the people involved. This will be a very interesting case to follow. Carrillo Huettel has been involved in dozens of pumpadumps.

SEC Charges San Diego Lawyers and Others in an International Market Manipulation Scheme
http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2013/2013-39.htm
"The SEC is seeking to have the defendants return their allegedly ill-gotten gains, with interest, and to bar Carrillo, Huettel, de Beer, John Kirk, Benjamin Kirk, Boyle, and Hinton from participating in penny stock offerings and from serving as public company officers or directors. The SEC is seeking civil monetary penalties from the attorneys, their law firm, and from de Beer."
Not sure what this means for those that lost money but at least they're not getting away with it.
If someone is trying to locate Luniel De Beer, he is now running is scams from Sammamish, WA

Big 2012 run into the ground, surely ? TotalSHitOla would be much lower but for the fact that the stock can't go any lower than $0.0001
Has anyone tried legal action against TSHO? I lost thousands, and this stock was a pump and dump by a stock marketing company that had millions of shares of TSHO because they were prior owners
What a complete train-wreck this was!
Thankfully the lowest it can go is $0.0001. But for that this POS would probably be trading at $0.00000000001 as would its sibling PBEC garbage
Brown gold I agree.
Yeah really and PBEC too, both supershit stocks already flushed down the toilet, I suppose all that large amount of stock crap could cause a jam and regurgitate back up and overflow the toilet
With the holidays coming I expect to see a big push around the ultimate squeegy.
Go TSHO!
I doubt if ASC or SEC will ever do anything. I checked ASC site today and still no pending hearings for Skymark, et al.
Maybe they have bigger fish to fry.
Fact is, in the world of promoters, Skymark wasn't even that great. They only got TSHO to a market cap of about $37,000,000 back in Feb 2010 at it's peak.
The biggest promoters out there have gotten complete scam companies, with no real products or legit biz partners to a market cap of over $1,000,000,000 for some promo's I've watched (but not invested in) in recent months. (BTW: to anybody reading this, avoid those pure promo plays at all costs unless you want to lose your shirt).
