I do not believe they will announce a repurchase and instead they will sell, I think the situation today is different because the company is worth 180 million and trades at 40 million and that is the reason for the repurchase.

reverse split is a result of a stock fall and a stock fall is a result of losses in the company. After the recent ship acquisitions the company will start earning and the stock will start to rise and there will be no need for a reverse split.

You're right but this isn't one of them.. This is a dilution R.S machine with a track reoord of 9? 10 R.S in the last 5 years or so and it will do another one once it bottoms out again and gets into more debt. That's how they operate.. Off investor money.. Watch and learn the hard way like many before you..
