You're right but this isn't one of them.. This is a dilution R.S machine with a track reoord of 9? 10 R.S in the last 5 years or so and it will do another one once it bottoms out again and gets into more debt. That's how they operate.. Off investor money.. Watch and learn the hard way like many before you..
