Be very careful here. Just look at the history:

The high price for TOPS in 2004 was $173,502,005,248

The reason for this absurd price is that TOPS has had many, many reverse splits. Here are the ones since 2008:

not a bad idea... i wouldnt put a huge chunk of cash in TOPS but it seems like we got a bottom.. this whole sector will run. i would position heavier in the leaders of this sector

If they had not raised money, the company would have gone bankrupt, in my opinion the company after increasing fleet and good transport prices is profitable and generates cash flow and no further dilution is needed. The same thing happened to the SHIP I came to invest in.

Isn’t the constant dilution a clear sign? The only reason they halted it temporarily was because they were on the brink of being delisted due to their share price nose diving to under $1 even after the RS.

Please, for your own sake, don’t go long on this stock.
