There are actually people that are long on TOPS?

How? Why? Serious questions.

Isn’t the constant dilution a clear sign? The only reason they halted it temporarily was because they were on the brink of being delisted due to their share price nose diving to under $1 even after the RS.

Please, for your own sake, don’t go long on this stock.
