Well, let's give credit where credit is due!
Thanks to all the positive posters, way before and during my
time with TIVU, 99.9% of investor money has been lost all the
time while TIVU was trading as a falling knife. Great job!.
Johnny, you and the other negative "heros" shouldn't be bashful about claiming your fair share of the credit for bringing this stock down to a no bid situation. Though SP gets the lions share of the credit for his amazing performance, you should go right ahead and take credit for making continuous negative posts that drove investors away. Now we don't want to hear flimsy excuses like "well there is nothing we little negatve posters could possibly do to affect the share price" for we know better. Good job to you in driving the price down. Three cheers for you and the other negative posters. Way to drive it down to a no bid!
So how do you account for NO BID?
The list of misleading press releases and the non-disclosure conference call, additional 3,000,000,000 added to the A/S, all the great news @ http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TIVU/news , the filings @ http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TIVU/filings , not aside from the TIVU stock performance as shown on http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui , I may only guess that by your stated facts that anyone not seeing the promise here is literally daft!
I think that Shiva Prakash has had plenty of time to prove his public company management skills and his agenda. Perhaps he will pull the rabbit out of the hat, but I don't see many investors holding that vision nor does my investment in TIVU show any possibility of ever being worth what I paid for it. So what shall we conclude here if it isn't that this business platform has no form?
Public posters are not the end all nor all the support of any real company. Sentiments either for or against a company and its CEO do not make or break the stock trading position. If the company and the CEO are actually making business the word gets out and people invest! In that trades are not happening it gives me reason to wonder if in fact his iHub board member connections singularly promulgated all of Shiva's trading action. While pure supposition, nevertheless my suspicions. What do you think about that?
As soon as Shiva Prakash follows up on any of his supposed deals and shows that real business is taking place and he is actually being honest and supporting shareholders, I'll gladly jump on his band wagon. But for right now, I see 99.999% drop in PPS over the past couple years and that his public company stock has reached NO BID. Would you have everyone simply ignore the facts?
Not sarcasm, aside from my forward looking statements about the future, THE FACTS are FACTS, which is a lot more than anything I can say about most of the post found here. I understand many are upset about the lack-luster performance to date, but that is not a carte-blanche authority to create fiction about a company and the CEO. If someone has facts, please share. I admit that post of Gran Canyon trips and 5-day a week gym trips do resemble "NERO fiddling as Rome burns", but the gym thing is over 5 years old, and everyone can take a vacation within reason. If you have evidence that suggest that shareholders paid for it, lets see it. otherwise what he does with his own money, on his time is really his business. Not yours, Mine, or anyone elses. I have evidence that he has actually made a personal loan to this company, because the cash coffers weren't deep enough to do what needs to be done. If this goes under, then he loses that as well. No BK judge is going to allow him to name himself as creditor to the company, since he has the fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interest of the company as CEO. that loan would be placed junior to everything else including payout of shareholders ( which that never happens in a BK). SP is doing everything he can for this company to succeed, if it fails, it won't be for the lack of trying. Cash is a major problem, but things are lining up to be successful in the future. Maybe not quite on the timeline that admittedly we all would like to see, lord only knows, it has been a long time. The 60 day reference for Philly Marriott contract announcement (per the Aug 24th CC) is today. and we have heard nothing, but what does that mean? Does it mean there is no contract, or does it mean that things are still taking longer than expected? I know what my opinion is, but that is all it would be. There is a FACT for your side, another missed deadline. Lets be real here, how many companies miss deadlines? Some of the most successful companies in the world have missed HUGE announcement dates. Yet they continue to be successful because their product is good and desirable. Could SP be better at communicating, and delivering on time, you bet he could, no argument from me there. but I have seen no facts that paint Mr. Prakash as a Crook, or any other adjective that has been used to describe him, in my eyes. Think real hard here, would you or anyone else really look forward to talking to a group that thinks so poorly of him? I know that I would not look forward to talking to any of you, if I were in his shoes. Especially if I gave you the chance to voice your issues with me previously, and all I heard was crickets. As far as I am concerned, talking JUNK behind the anonymity of the internet is COWARDLY, and I really wouldn't waste my time with you or anyone else if they haven't the nerve to speak up when confronted. I certainly don't mean for this post to be directed directly at you. It is merely a general statement about any and all who have conducted themselves this way here. I am sure that many of you will take pot-shots at me for this post, and that's fine and dandy, bring them on. I owe none of you anything, and neither do you owe me anything.

I have no clue what you all are talking about? There has never been a bigger opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a stock that is going to change the world. The coming quarter is going to be the one that is talked about for the next century. There has never been a PINKY that has accomplished this much so quickly. To all the newcomers, the price is perfect for a great entry, to the long timers, hold on you are about to be taken on the ride of your life. Our CEO holds his cards close to his chest, many construe that to mean he is running the company into the ground. Others consider it cautious. But the facts remain intact, We have a product that NOBODY else in the world is able to replicate. Our product is installed in one of the worlds most premier hotels, we have contracts, and installation has begun in 10 other hotels. We have a board of directors that are renown for success. yet this share price sits at .0001 . there are plenty of stocks that are only selling ideas and use paid pumping schemes to drive the share price up. TiVUS is real business, Yes they have money issues, what start-up business doesn't unless they are just hanging paper to make a few people rich?
No one really wants to drive TiVUS into the ground. Shiva Prakash has done that for all of us already. Folks invested to make money and it appears that they have been deceived and lied too and ripped off as orchestrated by the CEO. All anyone has to do is review some of the press releases, some of the history and particularly the charting and share structure changes over the past two years to get a clue. Anyone whom cannot do these basic things in reviewing a trade position before entering the trade should most likely not be trading. Those looking at a bottom play know and knew exactly what the chances were that TIVU was anything but BS. In the interim, if you can find one spec of evidence showing that TIVU is anything more than a con ASK paper hanging scam, I'd love to see it. Really! Don't kid yourself.
