You certainly make good arguments for the dire straits that TiVUS is currently in. I do not, nor did I intend to paint a pretty picture that everything is great with our investment here. there is nothing left for TiVUS except improvement possibility. My plea was for those making criminal accusation against the CEO to simply present the FACTs. If he lied, tell us where, if he cheated, tell us how, if he stole, tell us when. If he broke a law, tell us how. But for Goodness sake, don't just make blind accusations of wrong-doing, proclaim them as gospel because one doesn't like the the current state of affairs that TiVUS is in. I don't like it anymore than anyone else, but I refuse to reduce the man to a villain on pure supposition or speculation alone. I will look for facts before I move there. Otherwise we are participating in a Salem Witch Trial, where it is up to SP to prove himself anything other than a bad guy. What is next? we hold his head underwater until he drowns or doesn't thereby proving that he is a WITCH? Then we burn him at the stake until he is dead? Here I thought we had moved forward from the 16th Century, apparently not. The man has an idea, we bought into it, we, like him believed in it, hopefully it succeeds, honestly it doesn't look good right now. But if he fails, giving his best effort, that doesn't make him a criminal. A fool maybe, but not a criminal. The same can be said about us.
J4P, if I remember correctly you stated before you bought here that your friends had warned you to stay away, that it didn't look good, but you chose to invest here anyways after a long consideration of the advice you were given. I came in, sold out, cut my loses, and then bought back in and am down even more. but we are where we are by our own doing. nobody held a gun to our heads and forced us. now that it isn't the roses we dreamed, that by itself is not proof of wrong doing. you know that as well as I. Only criminal activity makes SP a criminal, and as of yet, I see NO PROOF. Admittedly there are many things that can be twisted into circumstantial evidence, but no solid proof.
I hope you re-nig on your promise to stay away, I really enjoy the input you provide to this board.
