He talks a good game. When he speaks, it all sounds good, like it is about to break out. Double Tree is over, No real update on Philly, a contract in India with a few rooms, a board of directors where only 2 have actually been announced, Truckenmiller the VP is now a consultant, uplisting (sure, they love uplisting stocks that sit at .0001)... the list goes on and on. Everything he says sounds so good, so promising, then BAM!!!! Major dump of shares. We hold and have faith because we have no other choice.

There are a lot of reasons why investors would take a chance on Shiva Prakash and his TiVUS vision. I have no one to blame but myself for investing here and I have to accept that responsibility, but along with that acceptance I also recognize and acknowledge the CEO's responsibility to perform and be accountable to his investors.

I was flabbergasted by the ND conference call, some three days or so after I decided to take a chance here, and even more so by the recent horribly done video performance. At NO BID with nearly 3,000,000,000 newly added shares to market, I just think that the CEO might have awaken, shined a little, thrown some cold water on his face!

As you say, some longs are no doubt angry. They are angry with themselves for being dupped and angry with Shiva for playing them as fools. The stock performance, press releases, financial reporting, the BOD, anything in regards to the CEO performance and support has left everyone feeling scammed again right under the eyes of the SEC. I think that you summed it up pretty well.

I have always admire your positive attitude toward this stock, but I don't see how you can still feel the same today, I have been in this POS since I bought in at .0131 and now look at where it's at. I had to go to ETRADE just to buy some more a few months ago at a lower prize with the hope of it going up, specially since TD does not even let you trade it anymore, so I could then sell and get out for ones and for all. 4G just now getting fast enough to deliver reliable video content, High Speed internet access at hotels just now getting up to speed to deliver speeds for hotel wide video viewing.

The average TV viewing time in a hotel room is just 2 hours max. Between 6-7 am and 7-8 pm. all other ad delivery times (profits) are wasted. Advertisers know this but TIVUS investors seem to not know.

Miracast will be part of the game changer, oddly enough dumb TV's are the future, all people need is a large screen to view their own personal content with. We will watch our small screen on airplanes, busses, auto's but we will demand large screens in hotel rooms.

He was meeting with the powers that be at LNET months back when he and I talked on a regular basis, but he obviously went out the door with the CEO who stepped down, if it were even close or legit.

If you have ever talked to Shiva personally, you would understand that he is a stubborn individual who is very polarizing. Effective at blowing smoke and Manipulation. Furthermore, Shiva is arrogant and coincided.
He comes across as it is "his way or the highway". These fortune 1000 companies do not go for that crap! They have forgotten more about negotiation then he will ever know. This stands true in his inability to sell his product and make TRUE partnerships with REAL companies.
He will try a RS by the beginning of 2013 to see what fools he can draw in IMO.

There is no hope left here. Shiva has stolen everyones money, including mine. I will chalk it up as a lesson learned, and will follow this tool in any of his future endeavors. Shiva and his technology has been left behind by his competitors, even LNET has a new product that sounds exactly the same. Shiva claims that there are installs in Puerto Rico, India, and here in the states with no proof of any of them being installed. The only install that has been proven has been Philly Marriot, and to be honest its probably only in a few rooms if it is even there now. Shiva gives interviews on youtube from his house which shows his utter contentment for shareholders or anyone else. Shiva, your company has sat at .0001 and no-bid for some time. How are you going to steal from your piggybank when its empty? How are you going to pay for all of those fake installs with no money? How are you going to pay the salaries of all of the poor saps that you suckered into coming to work for your company? I will answer all of these questions for you. YOU ARE NOT! ENJOY!

If you obtain a feed like Tivus supposedly does, you can (freely) put ads over certain spots (the term is slipping my mind at the moment). You have the free right to do this as long as it is during these time slots.

For example, Time Warner Cable actually puts their own ads on ESPN feed all the time.

I'm not at all interested
in damaging Shiva Prakash's nor TiVUS's reputation in the eyes of investors. What I am interested in is getting to the bottom of truth, which has clearly eluded a number of investors and public sentiments continually flaunted in the faces of possible new interested investors. I see a long running dialog strikingly familiar to manipulation and P&D activities. I don't like seeing hard working investors ripped off. I put skin in the game on the chance that my assessment would be wrong and so far, having put my money where my mouth is, it clearly appears to me that I was not and am currently not wrong. Obviously Shiva has damaged his own reputation along with his TiVUS credibility and here we sit clearly violated.

All anyone has to do is look at the filings, the charting and this video to see the truth. I still wonder how it is that Shiva acted as though he were not in front of a camera. If he thinks that his behavior was funny, done as a joke on investors, he may trust that those he fooled with will never forget and when you make enemies in life as Shiva has done, the world is not nearly as friendly as it may have been otherwise. Just sayin'! It's fact.

Forget the CEO, the pps can increase without him. If there's no promo, then Volume is key to attract analyst investors. Once they see a high volume of buys, they'll play along until we get the masses ashore knowing that TIVU is worhtless. Fundamentalist traders curiosity starts kick in, WTF?! Why TIVU? They'll sit on the sideline and wait for something to happen until one day...BOOM! The masses are in and the pps goes nuts. Fundamentalist then decides to ride along even though they know TIVU is full of $%&=. But hey, were in it for the mula right? Once we land on the moon, a huge DUMP is about to happen and do you know who the F#%* would do that?
