the difference is that LNET is real; real in the meaning of previous performance, proven, millions of rooms, assets have been high.

Yes they're having monetary issues right now and that is why Shiva missed the boat. They have the customer base and are desperate; they're pushed into the corner. They need another money source! I imagine he blew it like we have seen him do so many times. Probably got greedy or turned someone, high up, off! Amateur night once again.
