Yep, and it turned into an investor nightmare.
Shiva had a dream.
Figured you'd make a guest star appearance on the Spider Silk board....
In the heading Tivus, INC. <PN>, to what does the "PN" refer?
Thanks.
Congrats, you will get rid of this festering tumor of a turd company. I hope Shitva gets a pile of dog chit in his stocking.
I just completed an "abandon securities" authorization form with vanguard. They send you a form to sign that allows them to take over the shares of the security. I did this cause I wanted to close my vanguard account out as I now trade exclusively with fidelity. In two days those shares will finally be gone forever.
Looks like somebody MAY have purchased either the company or the domain name. Well, that could be interesting.
For no good reason I can imagine, I typed tivus.com into my browser and got a message i did not expect, hence my post. Likely, it really means about nothing. Or it could be the medical company by the same name just securing their rights to the internet identity of this name, but I have been out hanging in a very dry way, where the CEO left us with lots of stock that I can do nothing with.
Stranger things have happened I suppose, but not as reported by reliable witnesses.
Spock....playing 3-dimensional checkers with disadvantaged vulcan youth.
Started a turd company.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS WAGGS!! LMFAO
WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THAT pOS?
Animals don't eat crapp
I still believe someone should tie him to a tree, deep in the woods, for the animals to consume.
Human garbage
so true vulcan.......maybe Prakash is trying to make more money by selling what he has to some unsuspecting individual aka. (sucker). I can only hope something is done.
My remaining position on this is that if Prakash no longer has any plans for Tivus, that's fine. I don't care. However, he DOES still have a massive fiduciary responsibility to the corporation to close everything down properly, which...as far as I can tell...he has not done.
I paid him enough money for him to at least do that correctly. We all have a right to expect this much. He doesn't even have to PR about it or anything, just get it done. It is not at all fair to leave so many of us with this crap left in our portfolios without being able to do anything with it.
Clearly, he had a great idea. Clearly he is not a businessman. This condition underlies so many innovators. He was no exception. His ego would not allow for a manager to come in and to run things properly. He gave away the whole thing without getting anything back for the company.
SPock........ way, way, way....out there.
The website link seems to be on commercial break. Probably from lack of payment. There still is a believer on FB. He seems to think that the patent is everything, that people have not caught up to the technology.(word to the believer on FB, yes it has) It was posted Feb 15 2014.I bet somehow Prakash was behind the posting. Worthless shares. I can't even get hard stock copies to wipe my a**.They aren't as valuable as TP.

Well, almost a year to the day, the very day SP told us of the new contracts in India, the website has finally vanished. We were so excited, so pumped. Our man, SP, was finally busting out and making real headway. Marriott in his back pocket, LNET on the run. Wow. We were pumped. Pumped hard...then summarily dumped ----- on practically the same day as SP silently registered for his new fertilizer business.
Tuition payment made in full from how many of us?
I could've been somewhat forgiving had I been extended some honesty by him, but he treated many of us like a $10 whore. Oh, wait, they get paid.
Agreed! Yea it is just too bad he spent his children's college savings on TIVU. Bawhaha
Well, it cannot be determined from a photo what his financial condition is, but he is obviously not destitute. He is enjoying family on what appears to be a vacation, perhaps. I last saw the page a few weeks ago and I aw a very happy, smiling, laughing man enjoying his family. Perhaps he was a t a waterpark or a white water event of some kind.
Any man has a perfect right to spewnf time and to enjoy his family. I do not deny him that. I deny him the right to spend time so freely when he has left our company, the one he sold to us with several misrepresentations, completely unattended and as he neglects the very responsibilities he voluntarily took on as CEO of TIVUS.
If he no longer wished to be part of TIVUS, fine. Go. But do not leave loose ends for others to clean up. This is wrong. This is HIS job. I resent him for handling things in such a terrible manner. He respected none of us. He treats his dog better.

Vulcan
What exactly does he seem to be soaking up on his FB page? Does he seem to be having fun and does he appear to have money?
I do not Facebook. Reason # 365 why it is good not to Facebook I suppose; haha
Guys quit with the "Mr." already! He is a toad. Would you use a salutation when addressing a toad?
Here is the thing: If Mr. Prakash no longer wished to run a company called Tivus, which he built and destroyed all by himself, this is his right. However..... he still has a fiduciary responsibility to uphold as the CEO of whatever it is that TIVUS now is. Many made investments based on information hr provided that was untrue, or very misleading at the least, which even moreso obliges Mr. Prakash to put this shell to bed forever or to sell it off to someone who can do something useful with it. Leaving so many with their shares in a state of unmarketable limbo is cruel and heartless. He could take care of this swiftly if he so chose. Each day he does nothing, he CHOSES to do nothing. I find this unconscionable, especially since a good number of us supported him even when he no longer deserved support. thv
DO THE FACTS SHOW THE TRUTH? PROBABLY!
I think that you will find Shiva living in Omaha and could
probably reach him at that address and ask some questions
as to what happened and what he may have in mind for the
future. Just a thought! Heck, he could have been a well
meaning man who just got in over his head. And then again!
WHAT DID THESE MEN DO?

Great choice of words, Happy Vulcan. Gave you a follow/member mark... and definitely wish you the best of luck.
In a similar situation as you.. things didn't work out, and it's a learning experience for future plays.
Keep at it!

Every time I look at my account and see my Tivus shares slowly rotting away they remind me of how bad my own DD must've been. I actually did try rather hard to learn all I could about the company and did not really put much faith in the forum, however, there were a couple of guys who seemed to have sterling reputations who reported having regular conversations with SP and they would say things that kept my morale high. When they became scarce, this should have been one of my signals that this was going south.
The other thing was that no one from "the company" would ever acknowledge any of my emails. That should have been another sign.
Now my dead shares represent a payment for tuition at the penny stock college. I totally turned my back on my own intuition in favor of inputs that really did not have much value when it came to decision-making.
For sure, there is no Tivus, there is no company. There is just a small file of documentation as evidence of one man's failed efforts to launch his dream. He was dishonest. I don't know if it is feasible for someone to come in and turn Tivus into anything meaningful in any industry, but it seems to me that it could provide a very cheap opportunity for someone to acquire a public company and to turn it into something of value.
The experience did teach me alot. I wonder what SP will ever do to make things right with those he surely ripped off, like us. How much does his personal integrity matter to him now? I wonder.
Will he be happy enough to say to himself that those of us who lost money because of him are owed nothing, that such losses are just how things are when you invest in the stock market? I think yes.
I feel your pain, brother...
Thought this had some serious potential as well. Left a nice chunk of freebies on the table for some long-term gains. No dice!
Now it's just a symbol in the portfolio I quickly scroll past...
::sigh::
Best of luck with your future moves!

Kills me to peruse Shiva's FB page and to see him having just a lovely time doing anything. Of, course, I never post any messages to him. What would be the point after all. What kind of man is he? He is the sort of man who was reporting to shareholders that new contracts had been signed and that new markets were being opened up on the very same day he was opening his fertilizer company.
Honestly, at this point I don't understand why there is still a Tivus website. Here sit my unsellable shares and I have zero expectation that I will ever be able to to anything with them except stare at their virtual presence in my account. Prakash, what a guy!!!!
I second that - he's the definition of an unconscionable RIP-OFF ARTIST! May the KARMA GODS follow him ALWAYS!!!
happy fathers day shiva thanks for ripping us off!!
You've gotta be kidding Mark
Looks like your on the "t's" in the file cabinet.
This share structure was the harshest thing I've every seen.
The filings spell it out.
holding for the breath of (insert god here)
I have a feeling this will get snatched up by a cannabis sector or utility/resource biz in the future...lots of new startups emerging!
Don't think it was meant to be a scam. The CEO was just a big failure.
Was this a Canouse scam?
Just curious....
hahahaha. I guess that would be a Happy Easter.
hope the easter bunny shits in your basket shiva
Maybe Shiva should use his fertilizer to grow lots of weed (marijuana) to sell to Colorado, Washington, and all other states, people, companies, etc. that are exploring this latest hot trend!
Nothing is impossible.
May take some time though!
You must be looking at DGRI? It was about dead at .0001 and is at .0018 today.
We can dream that TIVU does the same, but it's only a dream.
Looks like it only affects...
companies presently trading on the OTCQB or companies that want to trade on OTCQB...
It'll be interesting to see which companies try to fill the gaps and actually work their way back to that .01 range. Could make for some good coin if some situations are played right.
Can't believe I stashed freebies here that are now completely worthless. Really felt good about TIVU... but it was clearly not the case.
Tough lesson learned.
Best of luck to all in future investments.

New OTC guidelines coming out, forcing these scams to trade and no less than .01, I can't wait to see them shut this POS SCAM down. Poor shitva, won't be getting a paycheck anymore.
Yep, he's FULL of $hit
Wonder how Shitvas fertilizer company is doing. He is awesome at producing crap.
Well, there goes the bid. Bid/Ask are now both back at .0001.
In case anyone is wondering, those last 10,000 shares that traded were me. I put in a sell order of 3,000,000 shares at 0.0001 and only 10,000 filled (yes that is $1 of proceeds at a cost of $9.99 with TD Waterhouse).
I forgot to put all or none, lol! So I canceled the rest of the transaction. Something is going on, although not good. Why would any MM fill a trade worth $1?
