And that tivus was being uninstalled permanently and not an upgrade for tivus?
I thought tivus was a ad insertion system that could be upgraded with other systems thus to create a revenue stream .
If tivus is being uninstalled is one thing, although what if shiva has plans to pop off the plastic TIVUS logo from all the TV's then replace them with a new logo (name) along with a new stock sysmbol and cuspid.
There are so many unknowns with this stock along with speculations to lofty statements and goals.
But I have to wonder if the NEW Entertainment Provider is related to this statement shiva made in this pr... He said...

I 1st bought this right at around one Year ago.
and never seen wags as bad a j wiz guy,as far as a pumper.
Both sold IMO. around that Pump in March (2012) and if I was Shiva I would be looking into suing the one who said that the dilution was over...as I never heard of a P.R. from shiva stating so.
I bought into that ...and I can only assume a few of you posting here did as well.
But in shivas de-fence... I never heard Him say that was so.

I've bought a lot of bum pennies in my day. But most of those companies at least had a product or property that I could buy, touch and consume, locally..While they still went bk , the iced coffee concentrate, sandwich shop, flavored milk, virtual concierge, narrow-casting companies these outfits didn't pump like Shiva and his scammer financiers, they actually tried to make things happen with a legitimate conscious. IMO.

That's so disappointing. Back in March or April I called them and spoke with the manager - he said they really like the new system and it functioned great with no complaints from guests.

Shiva in the non-disclosure shareholder conference call (there is no such thing as a non-disclosure shareholder conference call) said that the ball was in the Marriott court.

If what you say is true, then Shiva bold faced lied to us and will be sued! You can count on that. At one point, I owned 1% of the AUTHORIZED Shares.

You have no idea do you? You're frustration turns you into a arrogant person that blinds you from facts. Look deeper into the charts and read between the lines NOT shivus pie hole. You'll find nothing but BS there. Now If you've been looking into the Charts for the past month after the huge billion dump. You'll notice a small volume of buys without a single dump but yet no increase or bid? Which got my attention WTF?! Why....like I said in the past I bought 4.9mil @ .0001 but with that little amount it jump the pps easily @ .0002 and this took place before the little buys and after the huge dump. Which tells me those buys aren't coming from investors but the Money makers themselves and possibly a buy back from TIVU IMHO. Trust me, those little buys have add up close enough to hit the ASK @ .0001 which is 150mil. This could blow up at any given day. With good news along with a promotion will do the trick.
