Maybe you should call Shiva and find out from him what is going on. Who did you talk to at Philly Marriott? Were they authorized to give out that information? Maybe they are just really tired of having to give out info to Tivus shareholders.

Shiva, stop keeping your shareholders in the dark. You are a public company, and we demand the release of information (good or bad), about the status of the company that we put our money into.
