Too bad the tivus board on yahoo has so few posters. more freedom there i think.
Per Host Earnings Q3 Conference Call....
Top performing hotel using RevPAR ( Revenue per available room =
Total Room Revenue in a Given Period, Net of Discounts, Sales Tax, and Meals
---------------------------------------------
# of Available Rooms in Same Period is....
Philadelphia Marriott Downtown...up 25% from last Q3....
Pretty sure Philly Marriott was the top performing hotel in Q2 also....Philly Marriott is BEASTING.
Tivus is part of this "RevPaR"....would be nice to mention SOMETHING lol. Out of 120 hotels....Philly Marriott is #1.
Sitting at no bid like an as*ho**...what is wrong with this picture?
Wish I could have read the deleted post.
Your response to it was quite excellent. Party on Wayne.
Here's a Toast to the best post I have seen in awhile! Cheers!! LOL! Very Great and excellent post..actually the only post of true value in 6 months!! Lol!
7,000,000 plus more today @ ZIPPITY BID
leaving only another 2,000,000,000 plus to go
and then it's off for the holidays, vacation
in Havana, or something like that. LOL
TIVU and Shiva Prakash bring music to my heart:
No spell check in the government?
Lito
As a Government contractor, I see writing on the wall here by bringing in this retired military guy. The are so very many contracts being awarded daily, small (thousands) to extremely large (Billians). I am speculating here and will follow this story for a while.
I am sure Shiva imagines a lot, like have a successful company and name dropping supposed big shots, then he snaps back to reality and is back to no-bid, .0001 PPS, and a worthless company. Enjoy Shiva!
Yes, show us something!
It took your digging to get some vital information out. We should not have to do that but whatever....drugs or no drugs...thanks.
I do have fun imagining Tivus technology getting militarized, I have to admit. If a person's (terrorist's) travel habits and preferences moved with him from site to site I can only imagine Officer Bickel sitting down with the NSA/Intelligence crew and crafting a nifty little data-mining algorithm that dovetails with Echelon's other software to hunt them down.
The, as they drive down the quiet country backroads in their rent-a-car, in comes a drone which has been circling overhead for the past week waiting for the right moment to do what drones do best.
Too much time with my head in Tom Clancy books? Maybe.
Spock....to the bridge, seeking birds of prey.
Shiva...you don't deserve my good energy....i see YOU.
Show me a Contract....hate thieves.
Well, that's what it looks like.....
Sitting at no bid like a donkey.....Thieving people lol....
Show me the Matrix.
WTF are you talking about....
Show me a Contract....this looks like theft.
You really think i want to spend my energy haunting people for eternity because they are a thief?
I'd like to see our West Point grad instill some order and discipline, we have a CEO that is all over the place, need to focus, be it closing deals or putting together PR's, not a cut and paste job! Again, if this is the guy...West Point, Corning, homeland security connections then this is very good news for Tivus.
Came and went...Doug was never their...just an adviser...Phil...well...don't know....
Shiva a clown? Why? Because you say so?
Tomorrow he could PR a major contract and then you'll be making out with Shiva in a dark alley after a night of drinking.
That part confuses me as well. Why would these guys even associate themselves with this clown Shiva? I can't figure it out. What is a fact though is that the Marriotts (Doug and Phil) came and went and Truckenmiller never arrived.
Look, if I may impart a thought...if Tivus went belly up later this afternoon, it would not even amount to a blip on the radar of the CVs of any of these men. They know that much going in. And as far as the idea that maybe one or more of them might put in some of their own bucks into Tivus, sure they could do it..easily. Perhaps they have or will...BUT... any success at this point would have the greatest measure of value and integrity if it happened because of their collective skills, talents...and the value of the concept.
When one has had a great success or two and making money is no longer the driving factor, the motivation becomes meeting the challenge and winning the game. Far more fun and fulfillment in that. Sure, they can take the loss if it comes to it but it would be a bitter pill to swallow. If they have the right strategy, the pop of the champagne cork is that much sweeter when they have won the game.
As for the guilty till proven innocent thing.... Come on. For the love of God, give it a rest, won't you? Please?(Vulcans hate to beg, but they'll do it when nothing else seems to work.) Your message has been received, don't ya know?
Chekov makes the same freakin' mistake in 3D chess all the time. Seems he has some sort of block. There is a series of moves I use on him in every game we play. He never sees it coming and he STILL has not even figured out what I am doing, but if I showed it to him he'd be so shocked he'd lose his accent. (The best move in the series happens OFF the board.)
Spock....learning how to taxidermy...with tribbles.
His military background is not impressive...war is illegal....his career is illegal....the violent fetish of violence due to brainwashing is sick....
His business affiliation is cool though.
Lol...should of mentioned it.
Well...what makes it confusing is John Bickel...Steve Truckenmiller....Doug/Phil Marriott would so easily lend there names....tarnish it for eternity ( that's whats at sake...being haunted for eternity )...just for a meager few bucks. I'm confused.
So why the heck was this not mentioned in the PR? I am no Sherlock and the only thing I found impressive was his military background, if this is the same guy involved w/ Corning then this is the fellow or one of the guys that are involved in billion dollar companies that Shiva mentioned. Again, if this is the same guy then Shiva is totally useless in putting together any type of news releases. Freaking Amazing!!
Not necessarily..being able to sell back?? Lol Good luck with that.
Shiva is guilty until proven innocent. No more BS "coming soon" PRs will ever help him. Show me the contracts Shiva. Why am I even asking when there is a 99% chance this is a scam and he is a fraud? I guess I would like to hang on to that 1% chance that I'm wrong about him.
Good or bad....too everyone....this is Tivus for life...
Tivus...we are with you for life....you have taught us patience.
GLTA.
Who cares if he has something big. Gain the confidence of shareholders back...do not R/S with news ( again, IF there is any type of news...could just be a stock selling scheme...who knows ). Regardless of the Share Structure...do not R/S with news....for the simple fact Tivus said they had a contract back in August last year.....it is only fair. Once confidence is gained....the sky is the limit...do as they please. Nothing will move this without the confidence of shareholders.
Again...this is just assumptions.....lots of people think this is a scam....could very well be. Little more information please.
I think Shiva has something big planned for this company and is currently working on putting it all together... Now keep in mind big could be bad or good before your comments come a jumping on me...

DYNEGROUP NAMES TOM RIDGE TO BOARD OF ADVISORS (2012)
Washington DC, USA - January 11, 2012: DyneGroup, Inc., a Dallas-based alternative energy products and services company, has named Tom Ridge to its Board of Advisors, the company announced today. Ridge, the first secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and former governor of Pennsylvania, currently serves as president and CEO of Ridge Global, a security and risk management firm headquartered in Washington, DC. "I am delighted to once again align with Secretary Ridge," said John Bickel, DyneGroup CEO. During his tenure as a senior executive at Corning, Inc., Bickel worked with then-Governor Ridge to build factories and create jobs in Pennsylvania. "In our last collaboration we were able to create over 1,500 U.S. manufacturing jobs and, in this new endeavor, these numbers could easily double with the addition of other technologies that we are actively pursuing in the alternative energy space. Based on past experience and current accomplishments, I know that Secretary Ridge will be an informed and meaningful advisor to our group efforts." DyneGroup was formed in 2009 to provide leadership to take new alternative energy technologies from laboratory to market. Its current brand portfolio includes the development of processes that will produce cost-effective anhydrous ammonia through a revolutionary green technology, the production of internal combustion engines that will operate on alternative fuels, and the provision of cost-effective, localized integrated solutions via private electrical power systems and micro-grids.

you can sell back??? good luck at NO BID!! LOL
If there was a bid it would be a major dumpathon here.
Ah man, THE PUMP IS OVER!
Darn, I was just thinking that we might have turned a corner here, seen the light and the way and that there was
going to be GREEN in our futures here. Good grief, that HOPE and CHANGE stuff will get me every time. LOL

Tivus Inc IPTV CEO INTERVIEW 10/1/12:
Fundamentals! What fundamentals?
Hey, pump this baby up so some of
us can get the heck out of dodge
before it goes BK or NO BID. LOL
TIVU TO-DA-MOON

SHIVA PRAKASH
P.S. Gave you your first board mark for having both courage and imagination. Best wishes!
.
Now that is funny! Thanks for the laugh we need humor to keep us positive!
Well the fundamentals are there but not enough to attract new investors. We need a promotion to go with a decent pr. 10/02/2012 news would've been a perfect start. IMO promotion/advertisement is 'key' to success in the stock market. Maybe just maybe Ill pull the trigger for it but ill wait and see if Shiva decide to pay a little fee for a promotion.

I would be surprised beyond belief
if I saw anything positive come out
of Shiva and his TiVUS. But that is
just my assessment of the man based
on his performance thus far. However,
I do appreciate your explanation as I have never bought in the
GRAYS nor at NO BID. While I think that any more investment here
would be like tossing money out the car window while going down
the freeway at 80mph, if TIVU miraculously comes through, this is
exactly how the big money may be made and I'd say good for you!
Im guessing inside trade. I picked up 4.9mil last week in two separate transaction @ .0001 no bid. My first order accumulated every hour and have been filled at the end of the day. 2nd order have been filled with a click of a mouse no BS, but none have been shown on trading charts. BUT! It increase the pps @ .0002 which decrease the ask volume for 8mil shares. So there's a chance this could blow up quick with a HUGE pr along with a promotion IMO
How are they picking that up at NO BID?
What kind of buyer is that? LOL
TIVU
Well, I may wait till January, though wait for what I don't know! Every day that goes by Shiva Prakash may dupe more investors and undermine these sub penny markets just a little further. But we can't save the world from a global con ASK scam artist anymore than we could tell whether or not Shiva had what it would take to make a success story and profits for his trusting investors. I can only hope that people do a little due diligence in dealing with this man, regardless the capacity or fine story tail he weaves. On thing for certain, so long as TIVU is at NO BID, there isn't much worry of additional traders becoming ripped off. As for the RS, I think that he has a bunch of shares to offload prior to addressing his reverse split so as to have more shares to sell. Right now this looks like BK and mismanagement to me and he should have his passport pulled in my opinion. At least stopped from transferring assets abroad.
(TIVU) I can't belive this freaking guy, he has no shame what so ever to do this to us. He has taking off with our money and is no where to be found. I hope he winds up in the same prison with that guy from Penn State. Maybe they will get tegother in there.
I know for a fact that if the SEC gets involved, You and everyone else will never get a Dime back out of this.
Any hope what so ever will be lost. Any revenue will go toward Lawyer fees.
Personally I would give this till after the 1st of the Year somewhere around after april 15th.
The reason I say April is simple. first of all if there is a R/S It should be done after January 1st. To avoid any drop in PPS for Tax writeoffs purposes.
Then say mid Jan we see the inevitable R/S then 3 months after that for SP to to get his act together.
As for Myself,I am unsure if I will buy back in. If I do I would do it the last week of this Year, or wait till after the R/S
It depends on what developes between now and then.
So unless Some here what TIVUS to go Belly Up (Competitors or the like) I see no reason to push for the SEC involvment as of Yet.
Its to bad this has turned this way. I had high hopes. I sold out with the extra 3,000,000,000 shares that turned up.
Good luck People.
THE BID IS THE SHIVA PRAKASH MYSTERY!
Where is that bid, where is the beef?
SHAREHOLDERS WAITING FOR NEXT CONFERENCE CALL! LOL
Seriously? I literally fell out of my chair laughing at your question.
First of all, Drunkenmiller never joined Tivus. Shiva told me that he would "soon" join. When I hear "soon", it means it's not happening (based on historical trends alone).
Second, Lnet just PRd that they installed a similar product that Tivus claims to have exclusivity on (lnet is up 80% in the last couple of weeks), and a few months ago, Roomlinx (Rmlx) announced a 70,000 room installation of the same product.
Finally, Tivus has flirted with the idea of having a 1,400 room 5 year multi million dollar contract (over a year ago) that never materialized and the best part is Shiva keeps saying that the ball is in Host's court. Now I'm supposed to belive that he has an installation in India? Common Shiva!!!! You have been exposed Sir!
DTC suspension of TIVUS
Sound familiar?

Common Disclosure Failures
Issuers frequently overlook the OTC Markets requirement that issuers file informational updates within 10 business days of any event that causes any of the information contained in previously filed disclosures to become materially inaccurate or incomplete. For example, the foregoing obligates issuers to provide updated disclosures when the information concerning its public float or issued and outstanding securities is materially changed if such change occurred after the period of the report. Consider the example of an issuer that files a quarterly report on April 1 for the period ending March 31, that states its float is 1,000,000 shares. On April 15, the issuer enters into a convertible loan agreement, which upon conversion requires it to issue 200,000 shares. Based on this material issuance increase and the transaction itself, the issuer must amend its March 31 disclosures within ten days of filing under OTC Markets rules. Under Rule 10b-5 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (discussed below), the issuer has an obligation to immediately amend its March 31 report because the report omits a material fact that the issuer has an obligation to issue 200,000 shares, which upon issuance will represent more than 20% of reported public float. Failure to file this amended and updated disclosure would render the issuer’s March 31 statement to be misleading since the issuer did not disclose that the 1,000,000 shares in the float will be diluted by 20%. Even though the April 15 agreement was entered into after the March 31 report, the issuer has an obligation to update the report under both the OTC Markets disclosure requirements and 10b-5.
Unfortunately Pink Sheet issuers, as well as their attorneys repeatedly fail to recognize that every public company must make adequate public information available to investors pursuant to Rule 10b-5 which prohibits making untrue statements of material fact as well as omitting material facts necessary to make the statements not misleading. For purposes of determining materiality, the standard employed is what a reasonable investor would consider important in their investment decision under the totality of the circumstances. For instance, as stated above, Pink Sheet issuers have the unfortunate tendency to fail to make timely disclosure of material agreements that require the issuance of securities, often convertible notes or purported convertible debt. These types of agreements and related non-disclosures have been the subject of recent SEC scrutiny and enforcement cases.
The bottom line in the OTC Markets disclosure platform is that issuers as well as their attorneys may fail to recognize and put into practice the transparency required to comply with 10b-5 and the OTC Markets disclosure requirements, the repercussions of which are devastating to investors as well as the issuer who could become the subject of SEC enforcement actions, SEC trading suspensions and DTC Chills of the Issuer’s stock.
I don't think I could eat another bite of this POS. I am sure Shiva has left a bad taste in many investors mouth.
I have a SHIVA BURGER for you!
You know, if it looks too good to be true,
.
TRY SHIVA BURGER!
Tivus Inc IPTV CEO INTERVIEW 10/1/12:
Shiva, as you can see you have become the laughing stock of the investment world. No one cares about this POS, and all your lies cannot sell a single share. You have become the poster child for failure in your industry and your competitors. I think someone said that LNET thought of you as competition a while back, I bet they don't think that now. They sent you thier sloppy seconds in Drunkenmiller and now they have no fear of your so-called groundbreaking technology. The only groundbreaking this stock will do is when they bury it. lmao
