Philadelphia Marriott Downtown...up 25% from last Q3....
Pretty sure Philly Marriott was the top performing hotel in Q2 also....Philly Marriott is BEASTING.

Tivus is part of this "RevPaR"....would be nice to mention SOMETHING lol. Out of 120 hotels....Philly Marriott is #1.

Sitting at no bid like an as*ho**...what is wrong with this picture?
