Since Shiv has chosen to shovel sh*t for a new LLC, maybe he will partner with Ed Gildea now. They are both masters at ruining a company and it's share-holder value. But, since Shiva has chosen fertilizer (this time around), Ed can really teach Shiva how to shovel the sh*t like a fertilizer PRO... while laughing all the way to the bank.

Don't know who Ed G. is? go check out COIN.OB and what this man has done to the company and stock. He uses the company as an ATM with back-door deals for himself/family members, even more than Dr. Carter-$HEB does/has (and THAT's alot)

I can't really answer your question but I suspect there are many companies out there that have the same technology (i.e Roomlinx that has over 200,000 rooms).
Can someone answer the following: If Shivus actually installed 1,400 rooms in Philly as per his PR and as per testimonials of various individuals (i.e. Waggett), then did he get paid, and if so, where's the money? He never disclosed any revenues.
I personally suspect there never was an installation in Philly. Hard to believe that you would install 1,400 rooms for free and hope that they throw you a bone later.
Last question...this one is for Shiva: where are the India contracts you PRd 5 months ago, and how do you feel about a little prison time?

Does it seem that this grandiose idea of IPTV has all, but collapsed in the passed year? I mean LNET seems to be selling all of its assets and getting out of the game, and several other small chumps including ours truly is nonexistent. What happened to this innovative technology? Where are hotels going to go from here?

Did mobile devises really pull the plug on this whole industry? I find in hard to believe that an iPad is going to take the place of a good ole fashion TV while relaxing in the comfort of your room after a long day on the road or a busy day on vacation.

I am getting a little over 5K back on a past settlement with a public company that ripped folks off in '08 and am going to cash the trading chips in. This was a disappointment to say the least. Not that it did not succeed, but that someone can get away with fraud and robbery.

NOT SURE what you are talking about "putting TIVUS on ships". I never said that, and I certainly never even thought about it. What Shitva and I talked about did have to do with Government facilities, but not ships by any stretch of the meaning. The extent of our private conversation was a dialog over two days, and to the best of my knowledge never amounted to a hill of beans. I am sure that you will be quite surprised to know that Shitva never followed thru on his part as far as i know, but admittedly, it was areas that both he (i presume) and i were very unfamiliar with. Shitva likes to play his cards close to his chest, he only stated that he was interested in my idea, and he asked me to follow up with him when I got more details, I got him the answers he asked for, and has never spoken to me again even though I tried several times to call him, and he doesn't return my messages or emails. If you want to say "I told you so", go ahead, it is no skin off my butt what-so-ever. I was/am just an investor that once believed in a great idea that has been presumably driven into the ground by a seemingly incompetent conman.

I am still here, although not as often as I once was, I have found far more thrills in watching grass grow (even in the winter time) and my new hobby of watching paint dry. Both have proven over the course of the last several months to be less in vain than sitting here waiting for something to happen in the TIVUS world. I still check in once a week or so to read all the gripes and complaints. I can't believe it has come to this, although i should not be surprised, I had so many telling me so and I still refuse to give up on this. I am done frivolously dumping money into this, but I suppose if nothing else i have a butt load of course toilet paper to wipe with if times get too hard. luckily the J.O.B. is still intact, 401k is growing quite nicely considering the times, and fortunately the only money I dumped in this one was all grannies money that she left me in her will, and i never wanted or needed it anyways. Hopefully shiva at least used it for a nice tour of the Grand Canyon or something. Think of all those memories he will have while he is swatting flies and telling stories to his grand kids on the front porch of his Indian Bungalo while his kids are out spouting putrid physcho babble BS that they got from their over-prices TIVUS funded educations in the great land of the USA.
