NOT SURE what you are talking about "putting TIVUS on ships". I never said that, and I certainly never even thought about it. What Shitva and I talked about did have to do with Government facilities, but not ships by any stretch of the meaning. The extent of our private conversation was a dialog over two days, and to the best of my knowledge never amounted to a hill of beans. I am sure that you will be quite surprised to know that Shitva never followed thru on his part as far as i know, but admittedly, it was areas that both he (i presume) and i were very unfamiliar with. Shitva likes to play his cards close to his chest, he only stated that he was interested in my idea, and he asked me to follow up with him when I got more details, I got him the answers he asked for, and has never spoken to me again even though I tried several times to call him, and he doesn't return my messages or emails. If you want to say "I told you so", go ahead, it is no skin off my butt what-so-ever. I was/am just an investor that once believed in a great idea that has been presumably driven into the ground by a seemingly incompetent conman.
