DO THE FACTS SHOW THE TRUTH? PROBABLY!
I think that you will find Shiva living in Omaha and could
probably reach him at that address and ask some questions
as to what happened and what he may have in mind for the
future. Just a thought! Heck, he could have been a well
meaning man who just got in over his head. And then again!
WHAT DID THESE MEN DO?

Great choice of words, Happy Vulcan. Gave you a follow/member mark... and definitely wish you the best of luck.
In a similar situation as you.. things didn't work out, and it's a learning experience for future plays.
Keep at it!

Every time I look at my account and see my Tivus shares slowly rotting away they remind me of how bad my own DD must've been. I actually did try rather hard to learn all I could about the company and did not really put much faith in the forum, however, there were a couple of guys who seemed to have sterling reputations who reported having regular conversations with SP and they would say things that kept my morale high. When they became scarce, this should have been one of my signals that this was going south.
The other thing was that no one from "the company" would ever acknowledge any of my emails. That should have been another sign.
Now my dead shares represent a payment for tuition at the penny stock college. I totally turned my back on my own intuition in favor of inputs that really did not have much value when it came to decision-making.
For sure, there is no Tivus, there is no company. There is just a small file of documentation as evidence of one man's failed efforts to launch his dream. He was dishonest. I don't know if it is feasible for someone to come in and turn Tivus into anything meaningful in any industry, but it seems to me that it could provide a very cheap opportunity for someone to acquire a public company and to turn it into something of value.
The experience did teach me alot. I wonder what SP will ever do to make things right with those he surely ripped off, like us. How much does his personal integrity matter to him now? I wonder.
Will he be happy enough to say to himself that those of us who lost money because of him are owed nothing, that such losses are just how things are when you invest in the stock market? I think yes.
I feel your pain, brother...
Thought this had some serious potential as well. Left a nice chunk of freebies on the table for some long-term gains. No dice!
Now it's just a symbol in the portfolio I quickly scroll past...
::sigh::
Best of luck with your future moves!

Kills me to peruse Shiva's FB page and to see him having just a lovely time doing anything. Of, course, I never post any messages to him. What would be the point after all. What kind of man is he? He is the sort of man who was reporting to shareholders that new contracts had been signed and that new markets were being opened up on the very same day he was opening his fertilizer company.
Honestly, at this point I don't understand why there is still a Tivus website. Here sit my unsellable shares and I have zero expectation that I will ever be able to to anything with them except stare at their virtual presence in my account. Prakash, what a guy!!!!
I second that - he's the definition of an unconscionable RIP-OFF ARTIST! May the KARMA GODS follow him ALWAYS!!!
happy fathers day shiva thanks for ripping us off!!
You've gotta be kidding Mark
Looks like your on the "t's" in the file cabinet.
This share structure was the harshest thing I've every seen.
The filings spell it out.
holding for the breath of (insert god here)
I have a feeling this will get snatched up by a cannabis sector or utility/resource biz in the future...lots of new startups emerging!
Don't think it was meant to be a scam. The CEO was just a big failure.
Was this a Canouse scam?
Just curious....
hahahaha. I guess that would be a Happy Easter.
hope the easter bunny shits in your basket shiva
Maybe Shiva should use his fertilizer to grow lots of weed (marijuana) to sell to Colorado, Washington, and all other states, people, companies, etc. that are exploring this latest hot trend!
Nothing is impossible.
May take some time though!
You must be looking at DGRI? It was about dead at .0001 and is at .0018 today.
We can dream that TIVU does the same, but it's only a dream.
Looks like it only affects...
companies presently trading on the OTCQB or companies that want to trade on OTCQB...
It'll be interesting to see which companies try to fill the gaps and actually work their way back to that .01 range. Could make for some good coin if some situations are played right.
Can't believe I stashed freebies here that are now completely worthless. Really felt good about TIVU... but it was clearly not the case.
Tough lesson learned.
Best of luck to all in future investments.

New OTC guidelines coming out, forcing these scams to trade and no less than .01, I can't wait to see them shut this POS SCAM down. Poor shitva, won't be getting a paycheck anymore.
Yep, he's FULL of $hit
Wonder how Shitvas fertilizer company is doing. He is awesome at producing crap.
Well, there goes the bid. Bid/Ask are now both back at .0001.
In case anyone is wondering, those last 10,000 shares that traded were me. I put in a sell order of 3,000,000 shares at 0.0001 and only 10,000 filled (yes that is $1 of proceeds at a cost of $9.99 with TD Waterhouse).
I forgot to put all or none, lol! So I canceled the rest of the transaction. Something is going on, although not good. Why would any MM fill a trade worth $1?
Bid/Size Ask/Size
0.0001 / 13,372,900 0.0002 / 6,500,000
With all these new pot stocks running amok, I dream that one day somebody will buy this POS, clean it up, and run it like crazy.
OH HOW I DREAM.
(and yes, I know that it's never gonna happen. :( )
https://www.fidelity.com is a great investment firm!
nice...i've been invested in another company who just went through a R/S. Fidelity was the only one on the boards who was able to trade the next day, everyone else had to wait almost 2 weeks :(
I might have to switch over to Fid, all things considered..I dont like feeling stuck !
Fidelity sold my 2.5 million in one shot. My vanguard holdings won't go anywhere. Same as everyone else.
i'd love to cash out all and rebuy 1MM next (just in case) so I don't have to look at RED everytime I peek in my schwab folio lol
Schwab is still locked...I contacted them last week also, same response everyone else is getting.
Why does Fidelity allow trading??
Did anyone ever post about this litigation?
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2012/comp-pr2012-257.pdf
So it looks like this guy submitted 12 Attorney Opinion Letters with a forged signature for Tivus.
The Suspension of DTC Services happened several weeks after the filing.
Response from Scottrade:
I understand you would like to know what is occurring with the security (TIVU).
Please note that Scottrade is not accepting any orders (buy or sell) for (TIVU).
This trading restriction is due to the "global lock" that has been placed on the security by the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). DTCC, through its subsidiaries, acts as a centralized clearinghouse, providing clearing and settlement services for U.S. Securities firms.
The global lock simply means that DTCC has suspended their trade settlement services for the particular security; therefore, we cannot settle trades or transfer incoming or outgoing positions. We will not accept orders for (TIVU) until the DTCC global lock has been lifted. We have no way of estimating when that might occur.
As we have modified the symbol on our system with the addition of parenthesis to prevent orders from being submitted, price changes will not be reflected as the modified symbol is not recognized by our quote data system.
Look, its jake da mouth back to try and pump this POS. Did shitva promise dinner?lmfao
I contacted etrade, they responded:
Just looking at the OTC markets site, this company may not be making material information publicly available. This means that if you are in possession of nonpublic material, buying or selling this security may constitute trading "on the basis of" material nonpublic information prohibited under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rules 10b-5 and 10b5-1 thereunder.
This would be why we still have this security restricted.
You sold your shares for $250?!...WOW!!! Good for you buddy! I bet you feel like a 'Donald Trump on cloud 9' after you've re-invested your 250 in the Marijuana sector. Now that you've sold 65% of TIVU. You don't have to CRY as much as you did before blaming Shivus for your own mistakes by executing that trade. Go smoke a fatty...you deserve it.
TIVU
Yeah ok. That's great. I got 1.5 million shares ready to sell. I already dumped 2.5 million at .0001. Bought myself some more pot stocks. Only took an 80% haircut on those.
We have a Dormant volcano ready to explode...
....PS...Google.....over there.
Hopefully something soon
MJ scenario--Buy your POT on the TiVu--Room service will deliver it to your room--LOL.
I asked etrade and they had no idea when it might be lifted.
My mind is as curious as yours. I sent an email to the CEO a couple days ago hoping for a reply. Haven't got anything yet. Something has inspired movement, and I want to know.
Anyone have any idea on if or when the restriction will be lifted? Has anybody called their brokers and asked? I have not, but I am curious if anyone else has. The bid at .0001 has me scratching my head, something must be going on behind the scenes, inquiring minds want to know!
It would be even better if the restriction comes off first. We have all held this long, because we don't have a choice, but if it moves, I want to be able to exit at some point. Wouldn't be funny if we all got rich off of this stock, because we couldn't sell it until after it started an epic climb north?
Sure hope something comes of this. New company buy the ticker? Joining the MJ craze? Im in!! wake this thing from the dead!!!! TIVU(who knows what that means now)
There is 13 million on the bid. Who would want these shares and why? I am holding 12 million shares. I am tempted to sell but I have held this long and might as well see if htere is something to this. If not, so what. I wrote this investment off a long time ago.
I just wish we had some update about what is going on. Yesterday was strange and the fact that some people said they could trade it again. The big question is who is buying the shares that those people are able to sell.
There are just too many unanswered questions right now.
