And Don't Forget, GAMETRAC's Powered By WINDOWS!
As Sparky's said repeatedly in countless prior posts, but sadly forgot to say in the one before this, is that the sheer popularity of, and public familiarity with, the Windows operating system will, in and by itself, greatly enhance Gametrac's eventual market share of this new mobile gaming market - This is known in marketing circles, Sparky's been told, as "Demand Pull" -
So kindly add this HUGE factor above to all the other reasons why Sparky's so certain $ 1 will be tested this quarter, and yes Sparky knows that's only 4 weeks away.
Sincerely,
Sparky

Seeking Solid Near-Term Growth? The Ideal Vehicle = TIGR!
During the second half of last Thursday's seesion and thru most of Friday's, TIGR shares underwent a sizable profit-taking correction.
Shortly before last Friday's close, however, this trend staged a clear reversal and by the session's end, buyers clearly outnumbered sellers.
That said, Sparky's now confident that in the week ahead TIGR shares will not only find solid support in the 50 cent area, but that they very well may test 75 cents.
And as interest in Tiger Telematics and volume in its shares increases over the weeks ahead, Sparky sees a test of the $ 1 level probably before the end of this quarter.
Sparky bases his prediction of firm support near 50 cents on the fact that nearly 20% of TIGR's trading float changed hands at prices between 50 and 65 cents a share during the past week.
And, Sparky's predictions that TIGR shares will test 75, probably before Friday, and $ 1 by quarter's end are based on two factors.
First, Sony's recent announcement concerning its delayed launching of the PSP until after March 2005 has enormous market share implications that few, except perhaps Sparky here, seem to yet fully appreciate the true significance of in terms of future profitability.
Put another way, Sony's delay is bound to translate into a bigger piece of the mobile gaming market pie for TIGR.
And, if before its formal launch of Gametrac TIGR were to team up with a retail Big Hitter, let's say a company having a retail infastructure that's big enough to assure maximum exposure and minimal production imbalances, the additional market share that could be gained by Sony's delay of the PSP would be even bigger!
The Second reason Sparky expects lots more near term interest in TIGR, and hence much higher share prices, is that the street is finally beginning to rightfully focus on the after-sale revenues that will be associated with Gametrac sales - And it's about time, for in many respects this is a razor and blades type retail situation, the kind most investors appropriately adore.
So,just how quickly TIGR shares test 75 cents, and then $ 1, will depend on just how rapidly the street grasps the true bottom line siginifance of the above.
Sparky already has realized the impostance of the points above, which is exactly why he seriously thinks a test of $ 1 this quarter is very likely.
And as bold as these statements may seem, last December, when TIGR shares were at a nickel, Sparky was saying the very same things, for pretty much the very same reasons!
If you didn't listen then, please listen now.
Sincerely,
Sparky

Right On George4168! Sony's PSP Delay Big Plus For TIGR!
It's all a matter of market penetration!
The way Sparky sees things, there are really two ways for Gametrac to capture a significantly larger slice of this about-to-explode mobile gaming industry.
The first way would be if Sony and Nintendo both delay production much past the end of this year. The resulting absence of these two huge competitors would pretty much assure TIGR an opportunity to capture a much bigger market share than it otherwise would.
A second way, Sparky's favorite by far, would be to instead team up with a Big Hitter, a true industry leader type, one that would bring name recognition and much needed retail infastructure to the party.
Under this very real scenario, Gametrac sales would benefit wonderfully and globally from far greater exposure and the end result would be a market share far greater than TIGR could ever expect to capture on its own.
And while Sparky here wouldn't mind be adopted by any one of the impressive firms George4168 mentioned, each of whom has business dealings with TIGR; at this juncture, Sparky's favorite pick would have to be MSFT.
Since Gametrac will be the ONLY mobile gaming device smart enough to be using a Windows (CE.NET) operating system, Sparky also thinks MFST would be the best match in that each would best benefit from the other.
But in reality, it doesn't really even matter at this point. What does matter is that Sony's finally announced the PSP delay, which is sure to boost TIGR's eventual market share. Also, the street, at long last, is now beginning to rightfully focus on the hefty after-sale revenues that will be desirably associated with Gametrac.
And now that more and more investors are beginning to properly analyze TIGR shares on the basis of how much income each share is capable of generating, Sparky will be very surprised if TIGR shareholders aren't looking at 75 cents in the rearview mirror in the very near future.
Considering how far you've come TIGR shares, it won't be long now! Sparky too thinks that TIGR shares could some day real soon be valued over $ 2.
Best Regards,
Sparky

TIGR (Tiger Telematics) wholly owns a subsidirary company called GameTrac. GameTrac is on the cutting edge of the Wireless Gaming Industry and is collaborating with the like MSFT, Samsung, XLNX, Celestica and many other companies that could buy and sell TIGR a hundred times over.

Bottomline: It is a great time to get in to this stock. Friday saw a consolidation at $.50 Prices will never get any cheaper. TIGR is a buyout candidate at prices of $2.00 to $3.00 and up. Buy this stock BEFORE Bill Gates does.

A Message From TGIR Shareholders To Sony - THANK YOU!
As many of you may already know, SONY announced Thursday that the upcoming lauch of its PSP unit will be now be postponed until at least March of 2005.
So why should TIGR shareholders be thanking Sony?
Because Sony was expected to be one of TIGR's most formidable competitors in this about-to-explode mobile gaming industry, that's why!
Because of this delay (which despite tons of criticism, Sparky's been accurately predicting for months now), Sony's sure to completely miss out on several of the very most importatnt months, by far, in terms of market penetration.
And considering how tremendously TIGR is certain to benefit from Sony's delay in launching the PSP, Sparky was thoroughly confused as to why TIGR shares didn't stage a rip roaring rally on Friday. In fact, Sparky's so confused he finds himself wondering if sulking Sony didn't establish a TIGR position during the week and short it Friday.
Sparky's kidding about this, of course; because he seriously doubts that any entity would be so foolish to short TIGR shares.
But getting back to market penetration, it can't be stressed enough how much market share will ultimately effect profitability, especailly for a company like TIGR, which is so tiny compared to it's industry peers.
To put this another way, if TIGR were to increase its market share by an even minimal amount as a result of Sony delaying its launch of the PSP (and it will!), the effect on TIGR profitability will be remarkable!
In a nutshell, this is why Sparky thinks we TIGR shareholders really do owe Sony a sincere Thank You.
And since the street now has all weekend to grasp the significance of this Sony-PSP-delay news, Sparky also thinks Monday will be a high volume day for TIGR shares and will be an execellent opportunity to accumulate TIGR shares.
Lastly, there is another big personal reason Sparky's so pleased with Sony's PSP delay. Specifcially, over the past several months, when listing Gametrac's competitors, Sparky has referred to the PSP as Sony's probably-not-until-2005 PSP.
Well because of this statement, Sparky's received at least a half dozen emails, some from authors claiming to work at Sony, which have all verbally assaulted Sparky for predicting this delay, claiming that his viesw were obviously biased and based in desires rather than fact.
How utterly absurd! Sparky may have fun from time to time, but in reality, he's considered by those in the know to be a very qualified analyst, one who carefully formulates predictions and conclusions on the basis of existing data, not subjective opinions.
That said, Sparky accurately based his Sony-PSP-delay prediction primarily on Sony's past performance.
So while there are no hard feelings Sony, we do thank you sincerely for the additional resulting market share, for TIGR can use it and will make the very best of it.
Best Regards,
Sparky

Sparky Sell? Not A Single Share At These Ridiculous Prices!
Since last November, when Gametrac was first brought to Sparky's attention and TIGR shares were selling for a nickel, Sparky's researched & analized the mobile gaming industry, and its many members, about as thoroughly as he's ever researched anything.
Having done so, Sparky is even more optimistic now about Gametrac & TIGR than he was back then!
Knowledgewise, Sparky's now far more aware of just how huge this gaming industry actually is, he's far more up to speed on all the players invloved, he's far more familiar with competing units, and more recently he's become all excited about the post-sale revenues that are associated with related monthly service plans and Smart Adds.
That said, Sparky continues to strongly recommend the purchase of TIGR shares and sincerely believes that those buying at current levels will see their investment double and very probably triple within 12 months.
And in the weeks ahead, as TIGR shares test a dollar, Sparky's real sure he'll feel the same way.
Best Regards,
Sparky

Hey TIGER fans,
Sparky was statistically certain before noon yesterday that some real huge chunks of TIGR shares were being aggressively accumulated.
In fact, he was so upset by the rapidly expanding supply-demand imbalance that he missed lunch and instead was boldly predicting that volume of 2.5 million could test 50 cents.
Well yesterday's volume didn't quite make 2.5 million, but it did reach two million and TIGR shares did close solidly at 45 cents.
Today, however, Sparky thinks TIGR shares will do a lot more than simply test 50 cents!
Why does Sparky make yet another bold statement like this? Chick the links below to get a feel for what the old street will be looking at tomorrow morning - and Oh, Europe's already seen it and is already chattering up a storm about it.
But, before you go, thanks for listening and please don't forget to rapidly return.
Also, please don't ever feel you have to stay awake untile 2:00 am to catch these sort of releases - that's what Sparky's here for!

TIGR Shares - Sparky Sees A Huge Suppy-Demand Imbalance!
It may seem a tad over simplified, but the real bottom line here is that for at least the past week there have been far more investors trying to buy TIGR share than there have been willing to sell. The net result has been greatly-expanded volume and a subtantial price gain.
The question is, why? Where's the demand coming from?
Well Sparky thinks it's a combination of things. First, we have lots and lots of chatter going on about TIGR thru out the internet. There are now scores of message boards like this one, a forum that's attracted dozens of TIGR fans, each having their own following.
Since it was unveiled in Vegas at the 2004 Consumer Elecronics Show, Gametrac itself has also been the subject of countless news and review articles, each bringing more and more attention to these little once-a-nickel shares, and each getting seemingly more detailed and positive in nature.
Then we've had a series of news releases, each telling of further Gametrac progress.
And than we have all the events which are scheduled over the next month!
Lastly, we do have much demand that is fueled by nothing more than takeover & merger rumors and the related growth potential.
Add all this up, especially in the absence of any negative news that would add to supply, and what we have here is a defined and healthy uptrend!
Enjoy the ride and don't look back!

How Does Sparky Know?
He follows the trading in TIGR shares very closely; he communicates constanly with about 100 TIGR shareholders, he reads everything he can about Tiger, about its competitors, and about mobile gaming; and he adheres religiously to his statistics - even when they rain on his parade.
As for other picks, Sparky's also real hot on the shares of Geotc Thermal Generators (GETC), which also has a message board on this site.
But getting back to TIGR, today sure left an impression with the street that something's going on.
Considering that we saw a whopping 11 cent spike on over 2 million shares volume, unless there truly is something cooking, we may see a little bout of profit taking and lightenting right at the open.
If this does happen, Sparky urges readers to view such a pullback as an excellent buying opportunity!

TIGR is the company behind Gametrac, a futuristic feature-packed little gaming device that's received tons and tons of great press coverage since its January unveiling at the 2004 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
In addition to being a real advanced mobile gaming machine, Gametrac's also an MP3 player; a video player that allows its user to view full-feature films via the unit's SD Card slot; a very versatile messaging facility; and a high-quality digital camera.
Currently, the main players in this mobile gaming arena are Nokia with its N-Gage, Tapwave with it's Zodiac models, Sony with its PSP, and Nintendo with its dual screen DS.
But unlike the others, Gametrac is the only device that utilizes Microsoft's Windows (CE.NET) as its operating system.
The way Sparky here see things, Gametrac is clearly Microsoft's best entry vehicle into this burgeoning mobile gaming market.
So will the world's largest software producer simply sit this one out and not participate in this explosive industry; or will MSFT cut some sort of near-term deal with TIGR?
Looking at recent trading volume, Sparky thinks the street already knows the answer to that question!
TIGR shares are a great buy anywhere near current levels. They closed Tuesday (02/17/04) at 27.5 cents.

TIGR Looks Good, But Should Look Even Better Next Week!
Think about all that's happening!
The Gametrac website now officially mentions how Microsoft is about to embark on a tour and to use Gametrac as an example of a device using Windows CE.NET.
Sparky views this little website tidbit as a pretty good indication that Gametrac is about to be mentioned in a Microsoft news release - which never hurts.
Also we have the upcoming release of the beta units next week. And if Sparky were running Celestica, he'd make real sure that that was preceeded by at least one news release.
And then we have that good old "Association Factor" that Sparky keeps harping about. More and more articles are being written and are being posted all over the web, and they are getting more and more detailed as time passes, seldom mentioning many of the new mobile gaming machines wihout also mentioning Gametrac.
The only potentially negative Sparky sees on the horizon is this chatter about changing Gametrac's name. At this late stage of the game, Sparky's got to ask why?
This name-change idea sounds to Sparky like something you'd expect from a person or entity that was striving to justify it's involvement and/or compensation.
Frankly, after standing back and balancing all the "possible" benefits of this name-change idea against the many "actual" related costs and an at least "partial loss" of the hard-earned name recognition Gametrac already enjoys; Sparky thinks it's a real dumb idea.
And with Sony coming out with a PSP and Nintendo with a DS, Sparky hopes the hell this proposed Gametrac name change isn't from a name to a couple of letters, like let's say GT.
For one thing, search engines don't do a very good job with letter combinations that aren't really words. Also, popular letter-combo names usually follow a real name, and even then the real name is usually a household word type name, like Sony.
But that said, Sparky's still hotter than hell on TIGR shares at prices anywhere near current levels.

GAMETRAC And The Association Factor
Sparky's been predicting for months now that because Gametrac is such a feature-packed machine writers and reviewers are going to have a difficult time excluding Gametrac when they write articles about mobile gaming in general or Sony, Nokia, Tapwave, or Nintendo in particular.
Sparky thinks that this "association" factor is about to bring much added interest and volume to TIGR shares as major competing units (Sony's PSP & Nintendo's DS) are unveiled and as they approach production.
Sparky also thinks ongoing growth in interest & volume will transalate, over the near term, into even higher share prices.
If you wish to view an excellent example of just such an "association" article, kindy check out the link below:

And once you read it, place a buy order for some more TIGR shares, you won't regret it!

The Street Will Catch On! Smart Adds = Cash Flow!
News sometimes takes days or even weeks to settle in. Sparky thinks the monthly cash flow associated with Gametrac sales has been overlooked by most and it's also one of the reasons Sparky continues to think these TIGR shares are very undervalued at current prices.
The release of Beta Units later this month will perhaps have an awakening effect!
Hey TIGR fans, check out GeotecThermal Generators (GETC) at around 15 cents. GETC is in the unique business of unclogging clogged up oil & gas wells, Sparky thinks GETC share prices are about to head rapidly north, and he's about to start writing about GETC.
Good Day!

Attn TIGR Shareholders - Heightened Chatter Alert!
Using your favorite search engine, Sparky urges you to check out all the new listings for Gametrac, for Mobile Gaming, and even for some of the competitor's new mobile units (like Zodiac, N-Gage, PSP, DS).
Once Gametrac, DS, and PSP join N-Gage & Zodiac, this industry's really going to explode! And, as production dates get nearer, Gametrac's getting mentioned in more and more articles.
Sparky beleives that this increased chatter is sure to translate into heightened trading volume, and that into higher shares prices.
This is exactly the same thing we saw happen in the weeks following the 12/22/04 release about the CES unveiling; and Sparky thinks that what's now happening is just the beginning of a response to the two releases from last Monday and the Friday before.
And since Sparky's always viewed TIGR as a takeover candidate, not as another IBM, he thinks that higher share prices could result in any of the following:
1) Increase the overall cost of a takeover and the net cash or equivalents received by TIGR shareholders.
2) Increase the amount of cash TIGR could raise if it sold any of its authorized but unissued shares.
3) Increase TIGR's overall purchasing power if unissued and/or restricted shares are used in lieu of cash.
4) Increase the likelihood that a serious takeover suitor, to save money, would act sooner rather than later.
And Sparky thinks they're all positive things!

Pardon Me, But Can We Get Technical About TIGR?
For weeks now Sparky's been harping about how positive it's been to have traded so many shares at prices over 20 cents, mainly because it builts a support base in this area by increasing the average shareholder's cost basis.
Well, for this same reason, more and more analytical tools, most of which employ various moving average calculations, are beginning to view TIGR as a BUY.
Looking at the link below, please note that 80% of the short-term indicators now rate TIGR a BUY! And as each additional day passes with a closing price above 20 cents, more and more medium term indicators will shift to BUY.
At present, nearly two-thirds of all indicators rate TIGR shaes a BUY. Sparky predicts that this will improve even more in the weeks ahead and he promises to keep you informed.
Keep the faith and spread the word!

WINDOWS CE.NET To The Rescue!
Looks like Sweeden is on board this week - Welcome!
And what's this about a vacation - Sparky hasn't had one since the hogs ate his brother (which supposedly means a very long time ago).
Anyway, remember just a few years ago when all the "gaming experts" were predicting how Microsoft's X-Box would never make it, how Sony & Nintendo had the market comepletely sewed up?
Well, since then Microsoft has done just fine. Just walk around the gaming section of any one of these retail electronic giants like BestBuy and Circut City and notice how much square footage is dedicated to MSFT stuff.
And you know what? They used a WINDOWS operating system to penetrate this "sewed up" market, just like GAMETRAC is going to do in the "mobile" gaming sector!

From Sparky: Saturday 01/31/04
GAMETRAC-The Only WINDOWS Based Gaming Machine -- Hello!
Sony's turning up the volume on its not-until-2005 PSP, Nokia's trying to sell its N-Gage game phone, Tapwave's pushing its pricey Zodiacs units at $300 & $400, and Nintendo's started beating the drums about its not-until-2005 DS (dual screen) unit.
Well despite all this noise, not a single one of the above companies utilizes Microsoft's new WINDOWS CE.NET embedded software as an operating system.
But Gametrac does!
In Sparky's opinion, the ONLY way Microsoft is going to capture even a sliver of this about-to-explode mobile gaming market with its Windows CE.NET (either directly or indirectly) is through Tiger Telematics. And Sparky can't help thinking that MSFT does want to be involved - and in a BIG way.
What else could MSFT do? Make it's own gaming machine? Convince one of the other major players, at this late stage (only Sony & Nintendo are still in development), to use Windows?
Sparky thinks the only logical answer is some sort of deal between MSFT & TIGR. And when that happens, TIGR shareholders will be very well rewarded!

25 Millions TIGR Shares Traded Over 20 Cents = SUPPORT
Because the 20 cent area has been repeatedly held up as a firm support level, these shares are about to attract increased volume.
Also note that more and more articles about Gametrac's recent unveiling are appearing on the web - magazines are next, and increased interest & volume is sure to follow.

TIGR Shareholders - Take A Deep Breath & Accumulate!
It seems to Sparky that at least some TIGR shareholders were not happy with the company's last 2 news releases; some to the point where they bailed.
On the brighter side, however, Sparky sees bigger and bigger chunks buyers at each half cent mark along the way.
So if you factor out the expected cat & mouse stuff that always goes on between buyers and sellers, TIGR shares have actually held up pretty lovely well admist many sizable and deliberate prongs of profit-taking.
When you consider that since January 6th, the first day TIGR shares closed above 20 cents, about 24 million shares have traded hands at or over 20 cents; it helps explain why Sparky doesn't see an appreciable amount of downside risk at this juncture.
Over the next few days, one or more big-block sales could even knock these shares down even a few more cents; but at every half cent mark on the way down, more and more buyers will line the sidelines

TIGR Shares - There's Obvious Support Around 22 Cents
If you look at the last two weeks of trading, it's quite apparent there has been a healthy recent change within the company's shareholder base.
Specifically, many of the "old" investors that once collectively posed a huge profit-taking treat have sold into this base-building pattern.
And what's more, the "new" shareholders who are paying over 20 cents (and there have been many million sold in the past two weeks) do not collectively pose a profit-taking treat until share prices are well over 30 cents.
At current prices, these shares do not even begin to reflect Gametrac's true earnings potential and should therefore be considered for immediate purchase.
So Thinks Sparky
From Sparky: Friday 01/23/04
TIGR Shares Are A Steal At These Prices!
Maybe it is the lack of news, or maybe many investors, Sparky included, are expecting for things to happen too fast. Whatever the reason, sellers have outnumbered buyers for the past several sessions.
On the news front, as Sparky has said repeatedly, he's surprised that a company would spend time and money to publicize the unveiling of its primary product and then not follow up with something.
A glance at TIGR's chart shows clearly how volume grew steadily after the 12/22/2003 release that announced the unpcoming unveiling of Gametrac at the CES. That little tiny piece was picked up by hundreds of magazines and websites and rehashed versions of it now appear all over the web and in dozens of different languages.
Well the CES, and thus the unveiling, has now come and gone. We learned from Tiger Telematics that it was going to happen, so when can we expect to learn how it went?
Not yet, apparently; for there's nothing on the wire this morning.
Let's just hope it's a simple matter of busy management working out precise wording and timing issues and that something, however brief, will be out soon.

Regarding GAMETRAC News, Patience WILL Be Rewarded!
Although TIGR shares appear to be solidifying in the 20-25 cent area, it really does seem as if it's going to take some news, and a resulting increase in interest & volume, before share prices advance much further.
And when thinking about all the hype that followed the company's last news release on 22 December 2003, Sparky remembers well what all the excitement was about - It was because Gametrac was about to be offically unveiled to the public at the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas!
Well the show ended over a week ago and the public, at least in Sparky's opinion, needs to hear directly from Gametrac people just how the publicized unveiling went.
The way Sparky sees it, if much more time passes without some type of followup news release, continued interest from new investors might shrink to a point where profit taking forces exert some downward pressure on near-term shares prices.
Also, it's probably just a matter of time before someone, maybe even a competetor, will be interpret the lack of followup as an indication that the unveiling was a flop - even though that's the exact opposite of what Sparky has heard.
But fortunately for existing shareholders, companies pay PR Firms good money to be told all this stuff - For this reason, it's got to be just a matter of time before we see some more news.
And yes, in Spark's opinion sooner would be better than later.

Last Week's TIGR Chart Shows Solid Base Building Between 20 And 25 Cents -
Growing signs of support in the price region between 20 & 25 cents is quite comforting, and understandbly so, to the many investors who recently established positions at or over 20 cents.
In the weeks immediately ahead, Sparky here expects TIGR trading volume to increase significantly, mainly because publicity surrounding Ganetrac's unveiling last week at the 2004 CES in Vegas is continuing to build rapidly.
Thereafter, especially when an actual release date is announced and approaches, Sparky expects even further increases in trading volume.
Bottom Line? Sparky thinks all this increased trading is sure to translate into higher near-term stock prices and that's why he thinks TIGR shares are a hell of a bargain at all prices below 50 cents.

Rough Opening Possible For TIGR Shares - Don't Panic!
Considering that these obviously-excited shares were up 8 cents (a whopping 50%!) in yesterday's high but not too high volume; a little wave of profit taking could possibly develope around the open - or so Sparky here thinks. Weak preliminary indications for the NASDAQ make this even more probable.
And if the pace of profit taking does pick up, market makers will play a major part and will influence both its extent and duration.
But worry not - Sparky still bekleives that the near-term demand for TIGR shares will vastly exceed supply and that the net result will be significantly higher share prices in the weeks ahead.
And lastly, post-CES publicity about Gametrac's recent unveiling is already growing and should continue to expand rapidly - This too will increase investor demand for TIGR shares and will apply upward pressure on shares prices.

From Sparky: Wednesday 01/14/04
Sparky thinks the common shares of Tiger Telematics (TIGR) are an absolute steal at prices below 50 cents!
The runnup from just before Christmas, when shares were at a nickel, to last Friday's closing high of 29.5 cents, was largely due to explosive volume caused by the press coverage that grew from a single company news release dated 12/22/03, the one announcin that Gametrac would be unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
Now that the CES had ended, Sparky here thinks it's only a matter of weeks before the internet is again bombarded with Gametrac unveiling news and related chatter.
When this happens, and it's already started (100s of you have emailed the Spark related links & just look at all the recent activity on this site!), Sparky thinks volume will again explode and that last week's 39-cent intraday high may very well be tested over the real near term.
The Spark here is not one who pumps up penny stocks only to dump them. In contrast, those who know the Spark consider him to be a true bargain hunter - And in the case of TIGR shares below 50 cents, he's real sure he's found one!
For Thursday - 01/15/2004, Sparky's looking for another strong open, perhaps at over a quarter, continued high volume, probably over 2 million, and close over 25 cents.
And if daily volume significantly exceeds 3 millions shares, which may very well happen as post-CES publicity continues to build, the 30-cent area is very likely to be revisited. Buckle Up And Enjoy The Ride!
