I don’t understand it, but it’s getting closer to my prediction of one cent.
Tier One Silver Resumes Exploration Activities on Highly Prospective Cambaya Corridor at Curibaya
Vancouver, Canada – July 15, 2024 – Tier One Silver Inc. (TSXV: TSLV) (OTCQB:TSLVF) (“Tier One” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has resumed exploration activities at its flagship Curibaya project, located in Southern Peru. The exploration program has been planned to cover three main project zones within the Company's high-priority silver-gold corridors that have been underexplored to date: Cambaya I, Cambaya II and the recently identified polymictic breccia in Zone 1 (Figure 1). The program will consist of two to three months of field work, including sampling and geological mapping, with the aim of expanding and defining the potential of the precious metal epithermal corridors and the porphyry target based on existing geochemical and CSAMT geophysical anomalies, to delineate drill targets for the drill program anticipated for later this year.
Peter Dembicki, CEO and Director of Tier One commented, “We are excited to be resuming exploration at our highly underexplored Curibaya property. We have only explored a small fraction of the project and identified six distinct silver-gold mineralized kilometric corridors to date. Our focus for this program, and upcoming drilling, is the Cambaya corridors, which are higher in elevation where there is potential for high grade silver mineralization and scale. We are still very early in our exploration efforts of pursuing a world class discovery in Peru. Evidence gathered to date from surface mineralization and drill holes has strengthened our thesis that both a high-grade precious metals system as well as a porphyry copper system could exist on the large prospective property.”
Cambaya I and Cambaya II Corridors:
The Cambaya structural corridors are located in the northeast area of the project (Figure 1), which is the highest target in topographic elevation (2400m above sea level) and within the epithermal system with highly elevated arsenic values, indicating that the potentialGrearprecious metals horizon is being preserved at shallow depth (see news release date September 26, 2022).
Highlights from previous channel sampling (refer to press releases dated October 14, 2021 and September 26, 2022) in these corridors include:
4.5 metres (m) of 408.2 g/t silver (Ag) and 1.48 g/t gold (Au), including 1 m of 1,768.0 g/t Ag and 6.33 g/t Au, in 22CRT-080;
8 m of 349.1 g/t Ag and 0.46 g/t Au, including 1 m of 2,680.0 g/t Ag and 3.14 g/t Au, in 21CRT-56;
2.5 m of 136.4 g/t Ag and 0.82 g/t Au, including 0.5 m of 568.0 g/t Ag and 3.37 g/t Au, in 22CRT-101;
20 m of 242.7 g/t Ag and 0.71 g/t Au in 21CRT-55;
2 m of 1,074 g/t Ag and 0.53 g/t Au in 21CRT-44;
11 m of 232.1 g/t Ag and 1.6 g/t Au, including 1 m of 1660 g/t Ag and 14 g/t Au, in 21CRT-34;
9 m of 409 g/t Ag and 0.4 g/t Au including 3 m of 949.7 g/t Ag and 0.8 g/t Au in 21CRT-36;
2 m of 1736.5 g/t Ag and 1.6 g/t Au including 1 m of 3170 g/t Ag and 2 g/t Au in 21CRT-52.
The intention for this fieldwork campaign is to extend both corridors and gain a better understanding of the geometry of the ore shoots within each corridor.
Figure 1: Illustrates a geological map of the Curibaya area and the location of the two main corridors, Cambaya I and Cambaya II, and the polymictic breccia.
Zone 1:
The Company will also be following up on the strong stream sediment copper signatures in Zone 1, which is located on the west side of the primary Cambaya I and Cambaya II corridors, where minimum exploration has occurred to date (Figure 2).
Besides having high bulk leach extractable gold (“BLEG”) anomalies in copper and gold, this area returned high grade silver samples up to 1,360 g/t Ag, 42.20 Au and 6.12% Cu related to silicified fragments in a possible polymictic shatter breccia.
Field work in this campaign will be focused on extending the north-south extension of this polymictic breccia and to help better understand its geometry.

The current exploration work will help to further delineate drill targets within the area that has greater widths and higher grades (Figure 3), for a follow up drill program planned, subject to financing, to test the targets identified within the Cambaya corridors.

Weekly Chart
My prediction. Going to one cent. Eom
Oh, poor Peter. It hit my target of five cents. Now I have to figure if it’s going lower or if I should buy here? This is a disaster, especially if they’re going to raise more money by selling shares and diluting this thing even more. I know there’s silver in the ground and a gigantic copper mine underneath, but it’s gonna take longer to pull this out of the ground then I have time to wait.
Yes, I am very glad to see that the company is still afloat. I still think we can see five cents or below with more dilution. I’m betting on financial instability and the rise of precious metals.
Good to hear from the company after seemingly crawling under a rock for 6 months+. However, more dilution coming. Better than bankruptcy, but damn we're at $0.06 right now, the market is not reflecting the resource that Dembicki is selling to potential buyers. I'm still just neutral on this waiting for my speculative lotto ticket to return or go to zero.
Mr. Dembicki, update video out from under the bus. This is going to put silver on the map and make some of us a lot of money. I've bought more and will hold every share I have. It's been a tough year and a half.
It's truly a HUGE TIER ONE SILVER
Tier One Silver Closes Final Tranche of Private Placement
https://www.tieronesilver.com/news-media/news-releases/tier-one-silver-closes-final-tranche-of-private-placement/
Looks like P. Dembicki thrown under the bus.
This is really heartbreaking. But I will just keep my shares and see what happens. I have a strong feeling they’re going to lose this concession but time will tell. They don’t give us enough positive news about drilling and too much news about selling shares to keep the company going. Danger, will smith.
News out... terminates hurricane option... doesn't sound very optimistic
https://www.tieronesilver.com/news-media/news-releases/tier-one-silver-renews-curibaya-project-community-agreement-terminates-hurricane-option/
This is going to March all the way to five cents. I don’t really know what’s going on, but I wish they would be more transparent.
I share your sentiment. And with Peru not being favorable jurisdiction, I have lost a bit of confidence. They need some monster drill holes to get attention.
A small news bulletin from Peru came out today. It seems they picked up a few more rocks off another dry and deserted hill out there, but there are no drill results and it seems no drill has touched the surface of our claim. So as predicted and predictable, the price of our stock continues to fall. I now say we will go below $.10. I have to say I feel a bit foolish for believing they could pull this off and putting so much stock in their stock.
I think we’re going to see $.10 a share here. I don’t know if it’s a political problem or a company problem with the share. Price certainly tells us there is a problem.
DRILLING CURIBAYA STARTING.... WATCH THE INTERVIEW...
DRILLING CURIBAYA
Diluting the share structure. Looks like we’re going in the wrong direction with very high volume. We desperately need some drill results. I suspect the political climate in Perú has deteriorated, and this is of some concern here.
This year is going to be significant for TierOne. 4 Shares for a worthless fiat dollar is a steal.
Tier One Silver Defines Porphyry Copper Targets at Curibaya
January 30, 2023
Vancouver, Canada – January 30, 2022 – Tier One Silver Inc. (TSXV: TSLV, OTCQB: TSLVF) (“Tier One” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that recent geophysical survey results, combined with existing exploration data sets, have led to the identification of two porphyry copper targets underlying the silver-gold epithermal mineralization defined on surface at its Curibaya project in southern Peru. Tier One Silver completed a 42.7-line kilometre (km) Controlled-Source-Audio-Frequency Magnetotelluric (CSAMT) geophysical survey over the central portion of the Curibaya project in late 2022 (Figure 1). These new data sets were integrated into the exploration model, building on previous geophysical, geochemical and geological data sets, to generate targets for the Company’s next drill program at the project. The drilling, which is anticipated to begin in Q2, will comprise of approximately 5,000 metres (m) to follow-up on the high-grade silver-gold epithermal mineralization defined at surface and target the two main conductive features that may relate to a porphyry system.
Highlights:
CSAMT identifies two sub-vertical, low resistivity anomalies (400 m x 400 m and 600 m x 500 m) that are interpreted to be associated with a large-scale hydrothermal alteration system
Anomalies correlate with areas of multiphase alteration systems, including:
Advanced argillic alteration
Skarn and hornfels
Sericite – phengite – muscovite
Anomalies correlate with elevated bismuth, tellurium, selenium and copper values in rock samples
Absolute dating of alteration mineral in anomalies yielded a Paleocene age of 55Ma, which is a similar age to the regional porphyry copper giant deposits, Toquepala (57Ma), Cuajone (52Ma) and Quellaveco (55 Ma)
A Message from Christian Rios, SVP, Exploration:
“We believe the targets we’ve identified could be associated with a porphyry copper system at depth, particularly considering the absolute dating results, which indicate the mineralization to be from the Paleocene era. This provides further evidence that we are in the correct regional environment as the similar Paleocene-aged giant porphyry copper deposits nearby. We look forward to testing these strong targets in our next drill campaign.”
CSAMT Results:
A CSAMT geophysical survey was completed in October 2022 to augment previously completed geophysical, geochemical and geological surveys. CSAMT is used as an exploration tool to identify deeply rooted resistive and conductive features that may correlate to feeder and breccia structures, and/or zones of silicification and clay alteration, possibly related to porphyry copper targets (Figure 2). An inversion of the Curibaya CSAMT data outlines two main conductive features that are 400 m by 400 m and 600 m by 500 m, respectively, and show significant depth extent over 700 m (Figure 3). Pseudo sections for lines L5800 and L6200 clearly illustrate sub-vertical conductive features (Figure 4).
Both the high conductivity and low resistivity features are sub-vertical and located under important alteration features such as an advanced argillic lithocap, a skarn and hornfels area and a white mica alteration area. Additionally, these conductive anomalies are geochemically anomalous in bismuth, tellurium, selenium and copper. The hydrothermal alteration present in the upper part of the system and the geophysical features are consistent with buried porphyry systems.
Strategy for H1 2023:
The synthesis and interpretation of these targets is ongoing and includes re-logging core and continued integration with other geophysical and geochemical datasets. The Company expects to have defined drill targets in the coming weeks. Upon completion of target definition, a drill program will be finalized to test for both the possible porphyry source (drilling to a depth of 500m - 800m) and the epithermal silver – gold structures (between 150m - 250m) on the property. The exploration field program is expected to start in Q2 2023.
Figure 1: Illustrates a general location map of the CSAMT lines for the survey that was conducted in October 2022.
Figure 2: Illustrates line L5800 and the zones of lower resistivity and higher conductivity, which may indicate zones of intense hydrothermal alteration that could be associated with a porphyry copper system. In addition, drill hole 8 is illustrated, which encountered 44 m of 52 ppm of molybdenum at a depth of approximately 270 m, which is another indication of a potential porphyry copper system.
Figure 3: An inversion of the CSAMT data outlines two main conductive features. Tier One Silver plans to test these porphyry copper targets in its next drill program. The CSAMT survey tested to a depth of 500 m.
Figure 4: Illustrates pseudo-sections for lines L5800 and L6200 and the sub-vertical conductive features.
The Company is also announcing that Michael Henrichsen is retiring as Chief Geologist of Tier One Silver to focus his efforts as Chief Geological Officer of Torq Resources. Tier One has been transitioning toward this restructuring since the appointment of Christian Rios as SVP of Exploration, who will be leading exploration operations at the Company going forward. Mr. Henrichsen will still be available to Tier One as a consultant, as needed.

CSAMT Parameters
The CSAMT survey was carried out by Quantec Geoscience Perú S.A.C., a company based in Vancouver with divisions operating in South America, including Peru. Data points were collected on grid lines-oriented NW-SE using 50 m station spacings, covering an area of approximately 4.5 km x 3.5 km. Overall, data quality is considered well above average and no stations were affected by external factors.
Results were compiled into sections, grid maps and a 3D Voxel model. Occam or Marquardt 1D Inversions are first used to invert the data to produce a smooth-layer 1-D resistivity/depth curve for each station. To avoid the effects of the near-field, some frequencies were removed.
Readings are statistically averaged based upon adjacent points to produce an associated value for each cell. Quantec Geoscience Perú S.A.C. provides high confidence in readings to a depth of at least 700 m.
