Note 7 – Subsequent Events
As of September 25, 2024, the Company has loaned $200,000 to GRP Alliance, LTD for the benefit of a strategic partnership or
acquisition to support the composites company formally known of MTAG LTD. The Company was informed that MTAG
Composites was placed into administration for the potential of restructuring after it entered into the transaction to form MTAG
Global to become its sole distributor, as such that transaction was nullified. Subsequently GRP has been awarded the opportunity
to acquire the operations of MTAG from the receivership.

Tiderock is currently in discussions with GRP Alliance to form a strategic partnership to manage the composites

Maybe it's all in how you contact them. I got 2 replies back from them today. I used X formerly twitter.

I reached out to their securities counsel, Nicholas G. Coscia, who was on the OTC markets. He generously offered to send them a letter on my behalf asking William to reach out. Mr. Coscia did reassure me that William is not a penny stock sheister, and the company has a history of delinquent filings.
