Wildspirit/RE: Regas
This has been the plan all along. Did hear at one time the holdup was coming from Mexico. Currently, Mexico gets most of its LNG by rail and truck!
Wyatt
Capitolist/RE: Fall
At these prices, it is a good long term play. I am comfortable here.
Wyatt
To All/RE: Time
LNG is still being touted the fuel of the future. Much of it is being transported all over the country and Mexico.
Wyatt
MrGoldenRooster/RE: Loading
Been going on a long time. Speculating that something has to give sooner or later
Wyatt
Look alive! Some bunch of Pump_And_Dump Perps are front-loading for a Whiz-Bang Quickie
That s what I expected, doing the same thing, something has to happen with the Nat gas, even if americans start using Nat gas for cars, like the people in turkey,Opel in Germany has developed a great engine for that, but prices of nat gas are much more higher here.Did the Us gouvernment not talk about independent energy supply, this could be it.Everyone ist talkng about electric cars and range, noone says the truth about the range during winter conditions,i tell you,if your window is frozen, you cant drive, whenn you see nothing!.The other option is,building new gas Power plants to produce energy, one ore the other way something has to happen!
Capitolist/RE: Hold
I am holding mine. Not sure why, but can't sell!!!!
Wyatt
Hey,Wyatt, the shares dont fall, solid as a rock here, lets wait for the Day,we buy the equipment back and Pump the Gas the other direction and make money,Happy new Year
volume just keeps coming here.
makes me wonder.
Wyatt, this is what i found... about tidelands!
In September 2007, we entered into an equity purchase agreement with Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation and acquired an 80% interest in Frontera Pipeline, LLC (“Frontera”), an entity which owns 100% of Sonora Pipeline, LLC and Terranova Energia. In October 2008, we acquired the remaining 20% interest in Frontera from Tidelands. Frontera, through Sonora and Terranova, is developing the Burgos Hub Project, which is a proposed integrated pipeline project traversing the United States and Mexico border, and the potential construction of a related underground natural gas storage facility in Mexico. The aggregate cost to construct the project is currently estimated to be approximately $700 million to $800 million, before financing costs. Our cost estimate is subject to change due to such items as cost overruns, change orders, delays in construction, increased component and material costs, escalation of labor costs and increased spending to maintain our construction schedule. We will contemplate making a final investment decision in the Burgos Hub Project upon, among other things, receiving all required authorizations to construct and operate the pipeline and storage facility, arranging appropriate financing and entering into acceptable commercial arrangements for the pipeline and storage facility.

HiLoad LNG (Planned) -- offshore Tamaulipas, Mexico; Peak sendout 1.4 Bcf/d; San Antonio-based Tidelands Oil & Gas Corp. The project would be capable of delivering 500 MMBtu/d to Mexico; 450 MMBtu/d to proposed storage in Mexico's Burgos Basin and 500 MMBtu/d to U.S. markets. Tidelands has signed an agreement with Remora Technology to use Remora's HiLoad LNG Regasification Terminal design, which has been funded in part by ConocoPhillips. The design is for a floating terminal that attaches to an LNG tanker and directly vaporizes the LNG as it is offloaded, eliminating the need for above ground storage tanks. The terminal will inject gas directly into offshore pipelines at rates between 250 MMcf/d and 1.4 Bcf/d.
Wildspirit/RE: Sold
Are you sure? Have held LNG and never heard about them aquiring Tidelands.
Wyatt
This company is dead... sold first deal 80% and the rest 20% to CHERNIERE... 2009
Capitolist/RE: Better Times
Thanks for the reply. There are many of us still here. Hopefully it will come back. Great idea for regassing. Will continue to lurk.
Wyatt
Hello, you are not alone here,we all still have hopes, but you somehow remind me,that we begin to forget how hard the crisis was, lets hope for better times, and look they are up a bit today,if only we could get the Homepage back, would be a much better day...
TIDE .0008 631k vs 73k_vol10dayavg
Mark/RE: Bottom
The future was so bright a couple years back. Looks like poor management did them in. No longer know the status of LNG regas facility locations.
Still holding and hoping!!
Wyatt
Been accumulating a few .0008s, seems like it is close to bottoming out...
To Anyone: Update
Is this dog dead? Any updated information? Any ideas on timeframe for upward movement>
Wyatt
That was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for all the info. I look forward to seeing how all this pans out.
NO,no,not anymore, but it is not bad to have a few shares, should not be overdone,it is speculation, bevore the crisis destroyed this company, they planed to make a big Natgas deal in Mexico, the plan was put on hold, and they sold all theyr assets, but it is still not really over yet,if Natgas prices go up,like we all expect, this could lead to surprise Deal and then it could be the ultimative skyrocket, but there will be no infos untill it happens.if you want to know why i am optimistic,i experienced it,but it is 30 Years ago. So i told you everything I know,if the web Side would be active, you could expect a very much higher price, and it is not so hopeless like others, but it is only fair to tell you that i think i saw it also fail one times in this 30 Year range, have fun...
Do these guys have a functioning website? I was going to give them a call today but cannot find contact info. Any tips or good info to share?
I would look @ NTRO - much much better oil play!
Ward started a new deal, Gulfmark Energy Group. The did a reverse merger with Silver Butte Mining,
Natural gas shale production will continue to grow quickly in 2011. this is from an article published in penn energy
Serious money doesn't hang out on Ihub, and Ihubbers do not normally gravitate to the BIG MOVERS in any number before they happen . . .....
Let's hope.
doesn't take much to move it think some sold for tax loss reason bid was .0008 and ask .0015 thin
I am surprised at the lack of activity here
what gives?
Always is :) From a buy in stand point I don't suppose it can get much lower then this!
only a matter of time
Interesting comments as of late. Will be nice to see something to base speculation on. GLTA
they have to have a business plan dont they?
at somepoint this has to turn around...good buy here!
LOL you never know.
Maybe he will surprise us, though I'm not holding my breath. This had a nice run last year from these levels to .005+. With the AS/OS maxed out at 250M it could do that again imo
I'm sure yours is better...;). I mean, he is an old man with at least 2 dormant shells. He said 4 months ago they we're thinking about a r/s on ECCI, but nothing still...strange at the very least.
your guess is as good as mine lol. With this share structure it could be very nice
o/s maxed out...hummmm, also do you think Mr. Ward could try any type of merger between this one and ECCI?. TIA.
Dude, they sold all interest in the Mexico project at least a year ago.
The Energy Bill will contain Technology Aid to Mexico. JMHO
This is what we have been waiting for. JMHO

TIDE TA update
Tidelands Oil & Gas Corp June 21, 2010 11:17 AM
From:
"Jason Bogutski" <signaturestocktransfer@msn.com>
**The total shares outstanding for Tidelands as of 06-21-2010 was 250,000,000 shares outstanding with 201,790,019 shares free trading and 48,209,981 restricted with 250,000,000 shares authorized.
Here is the Esperanza development. Nothing new but notice the date at the bottom.
Description: The entire Port Esperanza facility includes two unmoored, self-propelled HiLoad regasification units, each connected to its own permanently moored buoy that allows LNG carriers to “weathervane” as wind and currents shift. The regasified natural gas is transported through 26” supply lines from each facility to a subsea manifold and then run as a single line to an onshore connection with an existing commercial gas pipeline distribution system. The total length of the gas pipeline is 21.5 miles. The transfer of LNG utilizes conventional LNG loading arms and is achieved without any differential movement between the HiLoad and the LNG carrier. When not active, each HiLoad unit partially lowers itself into the ocean to reduce its visual profile. The HiLoad units will be connected to power plants via an insulated 30” water pipeline and utilize the power plant’s normally wasted hot water to regasify the LNG. This warm water would be cooled during the regasification process to near ambient temperature before being discharged at the deep-water offshore facility.
Average Natural Gas Production Capacity:
Peak Natural Gas Production Capacity: 1.2 bcf/d
LNG Storage Capacity: N/A
