Being that this was a foreign stock it may take longer than the normal 3 days before people see the new issue in their account.

Could cause a short squeeze for people selling now that bought in yesterday or before imo.

I never was in one that came from being an "F" stock so this a new experience for me.

I'm out. The thing is with these plays is that you have to be out before the others get the new shares and start selling which could be as soon as tomorrow imo.

btw, it does look like it has potential so maybe after it settles back down, maybe it'll be a good buy again but for now, I'm just lookin for the next one.

Yeppers, been in a few and that is what attracted me to this board! NDVR is one that is taking extra ordinary time, wonder why, it now trades much thinner than UMCC!

You know 1 exception to that rule is MCII, it had held very firmly at .40-.50 and just this week appreas the round uppers are finished and MCII has geared up and ready to turn it on!

Here are a few from the board. The safest way to play these is to be out of the stock by the end of the second trading day because any time after that the new stock starts showing up in peoples account and they sell. We just gotta beat'm to it. lol

Hey, thanks. We appreciate postings of changes. I do think there will be some very nice easy money to be made on these type plays when the pennies heat up (hopefully soon). If you look back on some of the others posted here, you'll see some spikes.

I try to stay away from R/S. They usually end up with a huge spread which makes them unattractive post split. Doesn't mean they couldn't do well, just my opinion.

One you might want to look into is NDVR, name changed a while back but from what I understand old UMCC shares ahve not converted, I have also heard the old Ultra Motorcylce co has regained control and changed the name to NDVR!

Any type of ticker change takes a few days to process in brokerage accounts whether it be just a name/ticker change, a R/S or F/S.

I prefer to stay away from R/S though because:

1) The post split spread is usually large and discouraging.

2) It's rare to see buying interest in a stock that just did a R/S.

I'll try to post more on this board once money flow comes back into the pennies.
