It appears that Zajay Trujillo is still in control as the CEO. I would think she has plenty of shares and would stand to gain nicely by a merger into this shell. Not sure what kind of debt is still lingering. Since there’s no business here, taking this path logically would be better than doing nothing. Wouldn’t it be nice if we all had some stake in a business like Thrasio. Where there’s a will there’s a way. Keep up the faith.

Do you think Zayjay is still around and in charge as a lot of time has gone by? Has anyone tried to make contact with her and when? For Thrasio to consider taking over, they need to be able to contact someone. Another words, how best can we be proactive in bringing the marriage together?

I agree it’s possible she would sell the shell but I don’t think we can expect any operations at all with Zayjay. I’m hoping too that Thrasio merges with THRA. It would make sense for them to go the SPAC route. They are aggressively growing and don’t think they will go the IPO route, (costly & and a longer process), IMO, THRA stock has been on life support for many years now and hopefully with good reason to keep it alive.

Why do you suppose Zayjay is not interested in selling the shell? Wouldn’t she be financially rewarded for doing so? Making something is better than nothing. If she is not in control, I wonder who is? I wish it was us. I would immediately contact Thrasio.

What news do you expect to be released? At best, we can only hope for news that someone will purchase this shell. A very slim possibility IMO. Zayjay is not bringing the company back so you will get no news on this.

Sorry to disagree. We’ve had silver mania before and it did nothing here simply because this is a mining business only by name. Like Bill said, this is nothing more than a shell because ownership has been a complete failure to the shareholder. Our hope here is that a successful business will want THRA as a public trading vehicle. We can only pray that a successful business like Thrasio would take it over.

I too have been holding for some 10 years and have pretty much forgotten this one. I believe that something must be up for there to be life here all of a sudden. It probably would make sense to contact Thrasio’s IR and make the case for a merger here. I do believe they are getting their ducts in order and will go public this year. It is good to see that this ticker is trading again. Amen to that.

I know it’s pure speculation but looking at some of these SPAC OTC’s there is huge potential here if any of this comes to fruition for THRA it COULD be huge. After looking into Thrasio I believe there COULD be a chance they are looking into a SPAC instead of going the IPO route IF they decide to go public. “Fastest company to reach 1Billion$ in the US”. Darktrader you may be onto something here.
