It appears that Zajay Trujillo is still in control as the CEO. I would think she has plenty of shares and would stand to gain nicely by a merger into this shell. Not sure what kind of debt is still lingering. Since there’s no business here, taking this path logically would be better than doing nothing. Wouldn’t it be nice if we all had some stake in a business like Thrasio. Where there’s a will there’s a way. Keep up the faith.
