Goarmy: long after the SEC suspends a stock that is not registered with the SEC (eg., THRA) FINRA can delete the ticker symbol as an 'inactive security' if and when there has been no trading activity for a prolonged period of time.

THRA has had only 3 trading days since June, probably just enough to make the stock appear as marginally active to avoid the 'inactive security' requirements for FINRA to delete the symbol.

The dollar value of the 3 trading days since June is quite insignificant so there is no plausible explanation for keeping the stock barely active.

My guess is that there is a convertible debenture lender biding their time to unload as many shares as possible with a false pump in the future, and if so then the lender could be keeping the stock on life-support with the occasional trading day volume.

I stand corrected. I thought that I has read a filing dated back in December 2017 stating the largest shareholder on record. I even looked to see if maybe I was on the list, however it only list the largest share holder. I've been looking for it again now and I am unable to find it. If I do find it, I will post a link. Sorry, didn't mean to get anyone's hopes up. I did find that the SEC placed THRA on suspension back in July 2017.

It is a process, the DTCC lifted the global lock to allow the SEC to SUSPEND the security, allowing remaining holders to dump their security for a tax loss. Eventually FINRA will delete the ticker.

The SEC Suspension was long overdue, but at least the stock was completely illiquid and could not harm any potential investors by the SEC's time lapse in taking action today.

There is a recent document, from the dtcc (B# B6020-17), stating that effective 6/2/17, dtcc has reinstated all services....Therma-med inc is on the list...sorry, I couldn't attach the file. But, you can Google it

Obviously you are failing to understand that there is a DTCC Global Lock in place, there is zero trade activity here due to no regular settlement process. All the is allowed is custody service, those who tell their broker to remove the shares from their trade account due to inactivity are the only transactions recorded here. That is it.
