Yeah we all quit posting about it because we found out its a shell play.
I have not led anyone to believe anything. I posted everything i found out about the stock and then i found the website and found the pr released on its own website. I just showed people where it was, and now you are accusing me of misleading people. I have contacted the ihub admin about your accusations and they should be getting ahold of you soon. And so that you remember i did call Mr. Robert Cribbs, and he told me that the finalization of the purchase of Theater Xtreme Entertainment Group was not finished yet and he could not say what the value of the stock or shares are. And as soon as i called him and spoke with him, i put on the board about my conversation with him to let everyone know. So if anything i helped people know that this is a shell play.
Well at least no one is posting what a good buy this is and getting more folks into this mess. For those still holding, you may be able to sell during another Q mania type run up when folks buy first dig later. Have to admit that is how I got inot this midweek. It was only when I called the company to inquire about any PR's they asked what my relationship with the compnay was, when I explained I bought shares that's when I got the news.
LMAO...Surely TXEGQ Is Better..-57%
Hmmmm!!! there goes my $$$
going down with this titanic i guess~
Yea, exactly what I was thinking
Dont get caught being a bagholder in that one either, thought you said you just learned a lesson in this one.
speaking of kool-aid time to go check out GACFQ-looking mighty tasty... smack-smack
LOL...well, in the future, if you choose drink the kool-aid, just remember it is always watered down with shares, usually from the ones pouring it to you.
OH-YEAH make sure the Kool-aid is ok to drink before guzzling it.
Sorry to hear that, but, lesson learned I hope.
Better luck on the next one
yup after I got slaugtered yesterday,oh well on to my next investment.may it get only better.live and learn.
NP
Atleast you got out at the high of day
called Robert too after the market closed yesterday and got the same answer.shares are worthless.so I bailed this morning with what I had left.not bashing but telling it how it is.read my post history and you see I dont bash!!
No problem.
It is inevitable, when these groups start running "Q" stocks like they did this week, rumors get started, then one thing leads to another and pretty soon there are tons of bagholders left behind.
Folks always need to check filings on these things, and call the company. Too easy to get stuck on the wrong side playing these "Q"s
Thank you for posting that. I was trying to be honest and let folks know the truth. I didn't enjoy being the bearing of bad news, butreading how folks were holding for 10 cents or some other huge event.
If he says the shares are intact after the BK, he is misleading folks, yes.
I havent been keeping up on the posts, once I knew they were canceled.
So the moderator is misleading people? Hmm...
The shares are canceled, I e-mailed already, here is the response
Hmm...within 10 minutes you had read the previous poster's message (which was negative), called the guy up, gotten a completely different answer (which was positive), AND had time to spare to post it.
Seems just a little bit fishy to me. BEWARE until proven otherwise.
(I read all of the posts going back to 2006, there is not one shred of evidence on here that says shares are not cancelled right now). So, I will email the guy and see if he responds, then I will post the answer and if someone is lying I may report them to Ihub admins.
Im sure we all are, i bought all the way up. But i do feel good things coming for shareholders.
lets hope so cause im stuck holding bags and bet alot in here are also. GLTA
Per new CEO Robert Cribbs, this is a shell company for now, he will update us as soon as the final documents are completed.
Still holding for updates shortly~
No fat ladys here, just weaks getting scared and letting go, should be no more singing.
Thank you for the welcoming ! GLTA
Welcome to the board, and yes there should be buying pressure.
Yes it looks like all the weak hands got out yesterday, and now it only us strongs.
nice quick play here,
looks like the fat lady sang yesterday , do you think she can sing again ? I don't, but I have been wrong before.
good luck to you and every one else here in the Q
Anyone know if theres going to be any buying pressure today?
So there is a online store. Do you know how big of a website or will it be a small site talking about services and prices.
TXEGQ .006 will move even faster on d next leg imo...
Now a new Co. and they kept 7 franchise, online store to be opened shortly etc..
More to come here
This company looks like it has a lot of potential to make it big. Only after a few years TXEGQ is back on the market and doing well. The keeping of 7 franchises will help to kick start the earning potential and raise the share price.
TXEGQ has a nice plan for making money , but also needs to throw out there short and long term goals for making money. Opening a store in their hometown may be good but not even talking about selling online is a bummer.
I will be watching this stock for a while and will be contacting CEO or human resources to find out more info.
OMO, What's ur take on yesterday's action?
Anymore info u can unviel...
Thank you and welcome to the board.
TXEGQ @ .006!
Nice fills, yeahhhh
yep! i'll take 'em... Thx for the .006s
You got it, and i am.
yay!! maybe get some attention.

3/31/11 Update ( Shell Play ) Per Robert Cribbs this is a shell company for now, and he will update as the documents per the purchase of Theater Xtreme Entertainment Group, Inc. are finalized.
Design: http://theaterxtreme.com/cineplan/cineplan.html
Theater Xtreme Entertainment Group, Inc.(the “Company”) is a retail store and franchise marketing company engaged in retail sales and distribution through the operation of its home cinema design centers, the sale of franchise stores and wholesale product distribution to franchisees.
The Company’s design centers focus on the sale and installation of affordable large screen front projection in-home cinema rooms comprised of video and audio home theater components. A majority of its home theater systems are installed on-site at customer homes, with screen sizes ranging from 80 inches to over 12 feet. The Company also sells theater seating, interior décor items, accessories and its digital theater management system called OneView™. The Company targets its home theater system marketing toward a larger consumer base than traditional custom home theater companies and focuses on lower retail price points in a store setting where customers can easily and readily encounter the complete home theater experience in a number of home settings.
Retail pricing of the Company’s video systems starts at under $3,000 per system. Video systems employ components from manufacturers such as Infocus®, Klipsch, Polk Audio, Bose, Denon, and Marantz. Not all stores carry all products. A basic home theater system might include a 92” screen, ceiling mounted projector, and cabling, all of which would be installed by the Company at the customer’s choice of location. Video systems are sold as cinema packages and are branded under theater names, such as “The Rialto,” “The Majestic,” “The Palace,” and “The Grand.”
