Scott R. Oglum is Chairman Chief Executive Officer and the founder of the Company and has a background in franchise sales and marketing, having developed the Second Source Computer Center franchise organization in the early 1990’s. Mr. Oglum started Second Source Computer Center in October 1988 and was the owner of that business, until it was sold in February, 2004. Prior to 1988, his background was managing computer franchise stores on the East coast and Texas, working for Entre Computer Center. Mr. Oglum has served as the chief executive officer of the Company since its inception in September, 2003 as Theater Xtreme, Inc. Mr. Oglum also served as President of the Company until December 27, 2005. His educational background includes an undergraduate degree earned at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where he also attended the Graduate School of Business.
