Some Tinley investors think that Canopy could be our Canadian bottler. The push that is on for the SAFE act and the CBD bill that is being put forward could cinch up the potential for Canopy, Constellation, Acreage and maybe even Tinley because of their market tested and tweaked infused products. That would make a lot of happy shareholders.
Thanks for the update. I believe your patience will be rewarded
More Tinley hitting more shelves in California. CSE monthly report is out. Not much in there but they are working on Nevada and Canada, 2 lps in Canada.
end of the day nr saying long beach facility is complete sans a couple of inspections. been running promo products sans thc and heavy emphasis on co-packing.
Should have a CSE monthly report by the 10th September. I suspect that there is a lot to tell about sales, new dispensaries, possible id of Canadian co-bottlers, our own licensed facility progress and licensing. We'll see if we get some meaty update or same old, same old. Anybody down California way that has tried the offerings willing to report back on what they thought? Even Tinley caught the downdraft that is affecting pot stocks. glta and dyodd
Tinley management is delivering. Not quite on time or at least as quick as investors would like but are keeping cards very close to their chest as far as any kind of promotion or news releases, heaven forbid a tv ad!
Investors don't know what is simmering underneath the rumours but it looks like Canada is on the agenda as well as Nevada. No announcement on our own bottling facility and distribution other than the company has lined up a couple of vans. Could be licensing and inspection issues in regards to the new facility as California struggles to implement the new greenrush that is unfolding under State law.
My gut tells me that there are deals that can't be talked about for all of the usual reasons, mostly because legislators are writing the rules and regs as they go.
I also get the sense that management wants a more traditional reason like normal business fundamentals to dictate the shareprice.
I and a lot of others would like to see a wild-ass runaway on the sp to the $10 range, which could happen if our product line is going to do as well as I think. glta and dyodd
Bona fide News release out today for Tinley. Can you US investors get info on the nrs or is it blocked? Always says not for dissemination to the States.
Not much in it. Some sharing of info like it is available in most California Dispensaries and they have a co-packing deal or two lined up for Cali?? and some MOU's for Canada.
Good info straight from management. As a long time holder of TNY, it is pretty clear to me that they don't want this stock getting ahead of itself. My take is that they want real value and not a sp based on hype. glta and dyodd
Tinley THC infused are getting out there in Cali. Some social media stuff coming back explaining where to buy and that consumers are liking it. Some news of sold-outs at retailers. Recent monthly report on CSE was kind of cut and paste with not much new information, despite rumours that management knows it's overdue for a nr. Dixie Brands is putting ink on paper for a deal for beverages, vapes and gummies for AriZona, the tea guys. THC infused. More companies confirming what Tinley investors already know and Arizona feels secure enough to go with State legislation and not worry about Federal. I was thinking that Tinley might even want to take out a tv spot or two in California but if they are selling out anyways, I guess it would be a waste of money. Social media it is! glta and dyodd
Jeff Maser is at the Cannabis drinks expo today speaking. I wonder if Bruce Linton attended or Canopy Growth or Constellation or Acreage??? Tinley is making it to shelves and some dispensaries are advertising delivery of Tinley. Shareprice is firming up a little, last I looked. glta and dyodd
Starting to get some info about Tinley in dispensaries and some feedback on social media with a good twist on it. My guess is that this T27 and their High Horse and Stoned Daisy are going to be in short supply when people find out about it. They've got to be getting close to start-up for our own bottling facility too. That will be a gamechanger!
Heard it through the grapevine that management is supposed to make some kind of nr or announcement today as to what is happening with our company. I don't know if it is going to be official or some tidbit through social media. glta and dyodd
All indications are that Tinley is getting product on shelves but social media hasn't confirmed it repeatedly. Maybe I posted too soon about the social media reviews or something else is going on. glta and dyodd
Starting to get some feedback on social media in regards to reviews of our products that seem to be making their way to shelves in California. Highly anticipated and finally happening. Monthly is almost due on the CSE. We might get some insight there about what is happening. glta and dyodd
Tinley had a booth at Weedcon? I think it was or some other venue. Got some pictures on social media Facebook or Twitter. We've got to be getting close to some sales in California. If there is more redtape from authorities, it is time to shoot somebody with a dungball to smarten 'em up and remind them who they work for. glta and dyodd
Good post on facebook under Tinley beverage Investor group of recent interview link. Says in interview that product is at dispensaries and they mentioned fridges for our label. I think it is happening!
Some posts I believe from a recon team that went to Cali to try Tinley's products are suggesting that our products should hit shelves by the end of this week. The explanation for the delay is that the labelling has to go offsite of the bottling line which has caused the delay. Sounds a little wishy-washy to me but that is what came out.
I do believe that we are intentioned for Dispensaries because that seems to be the legal way to get cbd and thc products onto shelves. Dispensaries carry more weight for compassion reasons than rec pot shops, at least in the eyes of the watchdogs, I'm assuming and dispensaries have been established a lot longer than rec shops.
I am imagining us having trouble to keep up with supplying dispensaries until we get our own bottling plant up and running which will very likely miss the deadline for legal red tape issues like licensing and inspections.
Products on shelves and available to consumers or patients will get some revenue coming in besides interest on cash on hand and that is also what should get our shareprice moving upward. glta and dyodd
Tinley has firmed up a bit on the eve of launching their newest, improved products. There is some product endorsement from a few that went to California and got the preferred shareholder treatment delivered to their hotel, I think. Lots of empty bottles, smiles and confirmation that it works as advertised on the Facebook Tinley Investors group. Most importantly there was a suggestion that there is a labelling issue so the product has to go offsite to be labelled and that this should be resolved in a couple of weeks and then it should be a go. I think these California tourist investors got special treatment because others can't seem to find Tinley at Dispensaries or anywhere else for that matter, but the labelling thing was mentioned and having it done offsite was mentioned and 2 weeks out was mentioned. glta and dyodd
California State marijuana banks are on the table with the politicians. This needs to pass to get the greenrush going Stateside. First the bank then some brokerages so US investors don't have to sneak off to the CSE to catch a piece of the greenrush. Tinley had a better idea and got the listing then went to California to eat their lunch. We got a huge headstart out of it by trusting the protection of the State from the FEDs. Canadian innovation hard at work. Now I just want to hear some endorsements from consumers that have purchased and tried our newly tweaked products. That is what is missing despite all assurances that everything is a go. glta and dyodd
I have such high hope for the success of Tinley but I can't help but get the feeling that someone in California has it in for us. If our products are on shelves we should have had some feedback from some dedicated investors that have had a chance to try it. It is a newly improved product striving for quicker onset and offset times and Tinley's intention to supply dispensaries for better feedback. Products are always subject to tweaking but we should have heard from some consumers if it is available for samplings or do they still have to do the non-loaded version? Legal pot use in California for rec has been around for awhile now, so what is the deal? I read somewhere that they are launching on Memorial Day, which could be good for an extra day to experiment with it but it is a day of memoriam that is held in high esteem. Feedback from consumers is imminent and good feedback is essential and then our big guns can come out blazing.
glta and dyodd
Memorial Day launch??? Sooner is better but maybe not Memorial Day in case it stirs up some people in a negative way.
So close! We will know when it hits the shelves from consumer feedback. Pretty quiet considering that we are legal to go. Flush with cash to get the new promised flavours out, our own facility finished and to do catch-up with the back orders. I'm getting the sense that our formulators are watching this very closely and might not be distributing outside of licensed dispensaries who are more qualified to educate the consumers about the product and as with every product out there, could be subject to reformulation for "newer" improved flavour and packaging. I was hoping some posters from California would post about the products and their experience and report on any conventional advertising that they have seen since we made it to shelves. glta and dyodd

bumping around at the same price as the latest fundraiser. Anybody see us on shelves in dispensaries and retailers in California and has anybody been able to sample and report back to us what they thought of these new improved adult style thc infused beverages? I can't see this going much lower given the progress that this company has made in a very short period of time.
Beverages hands down because they are a natural Segway to social convention of going out for drinks. Or more enjoyable than pills or drops and smoking it just isn't in the cards for a lot of people. The big plus is that thc infused beverages are safer than alcohol and less calories as well as minimal sugar for the diabetics. I suppose under the right circumstances I could enjoy a good infused peanut butter cup or chocolate but the beverages seem to be making headway in onset times and offset times although I would imagine that technology could make its way over to the edibles. Big Alcohol is taking major positions to be a part of thc infused beverages ie: Canopy/Constellation and all the others. glta and dyodd

waiting on California inspection so we can get our new unique products to waiting consumers. Product is manufactured and shipped to warehouses.
The base is built and now the products are one step from shelfspace. One more inspection and when that happens comes the final test which is how the public likes our stuff. I'm anticipating brisk sales from a marketplace that has waited long enough to try our new vice or pharma product, whichever you think you want or need. Here's to no more delays and hiccups. glta and dyodd
Now we've got the T27 manufactured and delivered. Just waiting for inspection and more shareprice appreciation. Two lines of products ready to hit the shelves. Seems that it should happen pretty quick now.
I think Tinley has arrived with the announcement of their new High Horse and Stone Daisy. This is it! RTS products for a market in waiting. We could run out of these unique new offerings if they play out like other States that went legal. Quality and taste combined with research have given us what we hope will be huge winners. glta and dyodd
Tinley is finally coming together and I am expecting great things from them. It seems that they have the manufacturing plant together with our own to follow, on time, they say. Backorders to be filled first and a launch of the hard alcohol offerings. Lots to look forward to. It has been suggested that we should get the promotional machine going hopefully with some conventional ads to announce that we exist outside of the investors we have. I'm sure there will be rules and regulations and watchdogs to deal with in regards to advertising our company but we should still get something like an ad or informational promo. Shareprice has firmed up a bit, touching on 80c Canadian. This can move fast. glta and dyodd

Anyone know if expansion to Canada market this fall is expected or thereafter?
firming up on latest news. temp facility up and running and products to shelves for back orders with promises of T27 soon to follow.
Tinley got traction today on their 2nd plant announcement of completion. If this holds while sales get traction, then I daresay that we are off to some serious upside potential, just based on other States that couldn't keep up with demand as legalization. glta and dyodd
Fundamentals are coming together with alternate production facility and we seem to be on track for 2nd quarter completion for our own bottling facility. Full focus on the rts Margarita and Flying Mule. My understanding is that as soon as they fill the backed up orders they will get on with the T-27 Whisky, Amaretto and Coconut Rum. Not quite sure what is happening with the Hemplify CBD threesome but I'm not ready to believe that they will walk from it. It could easily be 3 new flavours of rts beverages by changing out the cbd for thc or a combo of both. A lot of investors are expecting a nr this week, based on reports of e-mail contact. glta and dyodd
Jeff did an interview or presentation today that got some excited. I didn't listen to it myself but got a recycled version that sounded pretty good. Gettin' closer to production all the time. The version I heard is product might even get out this quarter. Sunshine, lollipops and blue sky everywhere. glta and dyodd
monthly report out @ the.cse. Kind of a cut and paste of the last one. Things are progressing.
A poster over at SH contacted Jeff and it seems that things are coming together fairly on-time as previously mentioned. Suggested even as early as next week to get stock moving to retailers and...……….some promotion, hopefully by conventional advertising. We have a crackerjack team that should be able to come up with some legal promotion for our products in Cali. We don't need another labelling fiasco or any other hold-ups. Apparently lots of orders to be filled. glta and dyodd
