Tinley has delivered on everything they have said. A little late, but considering the constant reworking and over-regulation that they are facing, it stands to reason. It looks like we got caught with a bunch of product that needed new labeling for which I am not sure if it was a total loss or just a delay. We are fast approaching the proposed time of the end of Feb. to get the capacity of our new rental line up to 250K bottle capacity that they are expecting. We might see the tweaked T27 hard liquor inspired offerings that we have worked so hard on and the single serves. The latest 2019 presentation from the Tinley collective is freshened up and Hemplify is still for sale and well represented along with the Margarita and Flying Mule rts beverages.
Competition is beginning to form lines with eyes on California and beyond, but Tinley has already tested and tweaked our products with good reviews. The playing field is the same for everybody, subject to change, so any newcomers will just have to work around it.
More lobbying taking place Stateside to get everybody on the same page as far as hemp and marijuana legality in the eyes of the Feds. glta and dyodd
It is and there isn't too much in it imho. Staying the course, putting one foot in front of the other on this journey. The finance deal looks like a hand-up to an old friend but who knows, maybe there's more clout there than it seems. Nothing earth shattering! Explains the problems of the changing playing field and perking up the 2nd facility for more production while we build our own. Mentioned again about the equipment being used for the 2nd temp facility being easy to pull out and move to Canada or Nevada or ????. End of Feb. to get the 2nd facility to get cracking out product. No more mention of the mislabeled product or about relabeling it, or what happened to it. We have built a large team of beverage experienced people that have promotional skills and know how. I guess we will see what they can do when the time is right, likely when we have a stream of product with the right labels. Still mentioning dispensaries and online sales which makes me wonder about whether we are supplying patients or the general adult public with rec? The competition is gearing up and will have the same hoops to jump through. glta and dyodd
Monthly progress report is out https://webfiles.thecse.com/190131_CSE_Form_7_-_Monthly_Progress_Report_-_January.pdf?Ynhe6x7VoSMInGjzm_qJJyequjMbMSs.
Tinley has got the dugout full of batters and the lineup is written. Now we just need to come out swinging for the fence. Helluva talent pool lined up to run these bases when we get this into play. glta and dyodd
Tinley just took another promoter player on. One of these days all of that promo ability will have to be let loose to do what it does best. glta and dyodd
Nothing on the surface over at Tinley. I still think California lawmakers are mostly responsible and it is unclear to me what our current customer base is because I keep getting that it is being made available through dispensaries and the online purchase seems to steer you towards getting a medical license. Maybe I am just tapping into old bits and bytes. In about a week we should get a monthly report which might have some juicy tidbits in it. glta and dyodd
New Green Frontier Cannnabis Investor Conference had our man Jeff on the panel. Worth a listen. Panel made some good points. We are getting closer everyday. glta and dyodd
Despite management not talking about our potential much, I've found Jeff to be honourable in his dealings. I personally think he has the shareholder's interest at heart first and foremost. He told me when I first talked with him that he won't be doing a bunch of fluffy nrs and that is true. California is a great target for a lot of reasons and nobody could have anticipated how government would mangle an already existing pharmapot system to go rec. For safety of consumers they have developed rules, laws and inspections to bring rec use for adults to the forefront, and the only good thing about the way they're doing it is that everybody has to conform, which is good, but time consuming. glty and dyodd
You are all in with over 100k shares. Hopefully, when the new facility gets rolling this stock should at least double, if there is a profit.
I'm not much of a chart person for junior hopefuls like some of you guys. They do help me to get interested when I see big spikes or falls and more-so when it is both volume and sp.
I don't mind doing a little digging when I hear something interesting and I don't even remember how I got wind of Tinley but I liked the story and saw the future that they saw.
I had to phone my online to get them to list it when it went secondary and
I put up several thousand dollars for 100k shares. I hate averaging up but got in on a fundraiser and picked up some more. I haven't sold a share because I like the team that has been assembled and feel that they can deliver. Not much longer now imo. glta and dyodd
Just a little mention in an article yesterday. I've been lurking for a while and wanted to join the early fun. Good job getting things going, geodcan! You sure were early.

Canopy is run by a lawyer and his team as you probably know. They aren't going to do anything to blur any lines in the US market. Very capable and making all the right moves as they are in 15 countries. As far as Tinley, they have to have lots of eyes on them from inside the whole industry not to mention Big Pharma and Big Tobacco. Tinley isn't talking but they are doing imo and have done a lot in a couple of years and the fact that we are on shelves in California, legal and compliant is proof. I own Canopy too and love the stock for showing the leadership to be world class. glty and dyodd
I also noticed that the stock price is low for what is going on with Tinley. I live in Pennsylvania, so I obviously have not tried the products. I have read the products are flying off the shelves and that a labeling problem has slowed down the products getting into stores. Temporary problem.
A see a new production facility is being built. Temporary problem. The volume of the product line should soon reach demand.
I am also invested in Canopy and I wonder why they have not bought Tinley out. Tinley has the solution and a patent on the infusing problem which Constellation wants Canopy to solve. I am sure a number of marijuana companies, Aurora, Tilray Aphria etc. have their eyes on Tinley as the infusion process of hemp or marijuana in beverages is not yet legal in Canada.
If the products offered taste good, this line will sell big time.
Someone posted on Canopy's message board about Tinley and that is how I discovered the company.
Welcome aboard. I need all the help I can get here. There was a lot of interest in us in the beginning and the company is executing despite the constant re-working of the regs for everything pot in California. Our own bottling facility is targeting Q1 of 2019 and commonsense tells me that Q2 if Q1 happens on time and we get into production, will be when the sp moves because we should have some volume to report. I was told by management when I first got in that they aren't big on fluff and bs news releases and that has proven to be true. So much so that it has annoyed a lot of investors and for the ones that got in at the highs got hurt. Good news is the price is pretty good right now I think for what they have going on. glty and dyodd
I am a new investor seeing exciting happenings with Tingley. Does anyone know when the Long Beach facility will be operational. I have read Q1 2019.
More and more Canadian companies moving south. Most notable is Canopy with intentions of doing CBD in New York. My guess is that they are well aware of the concentrated marketplace that is California but won't make that move until they feel it is totally legal. Or maybe, they already have it covered with Tinley?
3-6 months out or a takeout offer. After we get our own bottling line going there shouldn't be any reason other than the consumer doesn't like our offerings which seems unlikely given that we have market tested them and done some tweaking.
All of those biggies that are pooling up to do beverages agree with what Tinley is doing and are putting their money up. Tilray and ABinbev are throwing 100 million dollars to study? or make some of their own formulations which is well over double what we are worth now. It seems that we are very inexpensive for what we have going on. Circle the wagons, cause they're coming! glta and dyodd
yea, we hope so. quick jump up on anticipation but right back down in the green downdraft. We'll be ok!

Meeting is on facebook investors group. Shook things up and firmed up the shareprice.
Meeting Nov 30th. Monthly report about Nov 5th. Long overdue for something to jolt this to life, despite the reconciliation pot stocks are taking. glta and dyodd
Over at the sh board somebody commented on a reply from Jeff that he isn't doing the Vegas gig because he has too much to do. Supposed to be a nr next week. Shareprice is steady, trying to go up. glta and dyodd
Sessions getting gone has been good across the board for pot related stocks. .70c Canadian last I looked.
Tinley management has attended a couple of gigs to promote us and put us on the radar of potential investors and promoters. Still not much info coming out about our launched thc infused products but monthly report is due on the.cse and a meeting for Nov 30th. Not much reported on our own manufacturing facility other than it is happening and the output potential has been raised or clarified as more capability if it gets doubleshifted. There has got to be a lot of demand on existing packagers and our new line is supposed to have excess capacity that could be another revenue source due to the fact that we have a lot of new entries (competitors) with their own plans for infused beverages who will be trying to find line time just like we are on our contracted facility. Tinley is getting a few very positive reviews from consumers on the Margarita and Flying Mule.
The playing field in California still has minefields to manoeuvre through as packaging, labelling and kid-proof safety caps as different levels of governments want their say!
I still think that Tinley has Canopy potential for growth and happy shareholders, because of the calibre of team that has been assembled and our headstart of 2 years, formulating and tweaking what hopefully will be mainstay, repeat consumer beverages for rec and pharma use. glta and dyodd
Tinley has a discussion group going at Facebook now. "The Street" guy Zev Fima is hooked up with Jim Cramer and has an interview with Tinley's Jeff Maser posted now that was at the NY Teach In put on by Cramer with heavyweights from Constellation and Canopy. Worth a watch. Full of good info. I'm thinking we now have liftoff for Tinley and it will only get better. glta and dyodd

Lookin' forward to Monday! We've seen a little upward momentum. Will it keep going on the Cramer gig?
That latest tidbit about Cramer pot show in NY got things uptickin' this am. There used to be a ton of interest in this stock but got quiet on no news claims. I think this Cramer with the major pot players in NY show is going to put Canadian lps and Tinley (leader in the cannabinoid bevs) on the winner side of the ledger. Maybe even a deal with a Canadian lp for future buildout in Canada. Some think it could be Canopy???? Tinley is going to speak at this Cramer deal and they are also a sponsor so should get a little extra podium time for their investment as a sponsor. Up 20% this am. glta and dyodd
Big Ho down with Cramer in NY this weekend. Big name marijuana, Constellation and Tinley getting some podium time and a sponsor. Could be lift-off for Tinley or at least a chance to get us known. Tinley is the best kept secret in the pot bevvie business. glta and dyodd
Well that didn't happen, the nr that some were expecting. Oct 5 is the date for the next monthly report. Margarita is a winner it seems, doing better than anything they launched before and the jury is still out on the Moscow Flying Mule.
Bounced back this am, probably on the Aurora and Coke rumour. glta and dyodd
New single serve THC infused bevvie called the Flying Mule making its way to shelves. Margarita is a winner and hard to keep on shelves according to lots of feedback and other hard liquor style offerings are losing their line time to the Margarita to meet that demand. Lots to come imho. glta and dyodd
Movin' on up as fundamentals come together and products hit shelves. It seems that the Margarita is a big winner and they are having trouble keeping up supply to meet demand. I fully expect the other thc infused offerings to do the same, just like others have done in other States that went legal. glta and dyodd
smokin' hot today! Big volume, great uptick! This could be what we are looking for. glta and dyodd
Moving on up with Margarita getting out there. Labour Day for the other flavours or more flavours. I hope they are as well received as the Margarita which seems to be a huge winner. glta and dyodd
Closed at .69c. Tinley is getting product out there to new retailers and the consumers are liking it. Margarita so far with promises of more to come. We are expecting a couple new flavours of single serve and the Rum, Whisky and Amaretto inspired. Volume up and price up! glta and dyodd
up 10% last time I looked today. They are getting it together. Getting the Margarita through the legal requirements is a success unto itself with more products promised by Labour Day in the Tinley27 THC infused line. glta and dyodd
Tinley firmed up a bit since the Canopy/Constellation big money move. The margarita seems to be a winner, so much so that they back-burnered the Coconut Rum to make more margarita but have also indicated that they are expecting more thc infused products out for Labour Day. And then Canada and Nevada although I think we could be on the radar of some big money. glta and dyodd
Monthly report out at thecse.com under TNY. Ho hum, but there is a great nr out @ Nasdaq TNYBF. Seems we are moving product on both offerings but Coconut rum has been backburnered because the demand for the Margarita is using up all the bottling time. They mentioned increasing production at rented line and that our facility is on track for Q1 2019. Apparently looking for alternative bottlers to get up to speed. More, more and more,as far as projected numbers are calling for more production. More distributors too and Margarita is in most dispensaries in Cali. Better to read it yourself @ Nasdaq news. glta and dyodd
Should have a monthly report out before the 5th. Usual dissemination of news through posters and e-mail contact with Jeff. I have come to the conclusion that there is a bottleneck in licensing or compliant product in California because Tinley seems to have the Margarita out. I don't know how stringent the testing of the grow is but Canada's big licensed producers have had crop rejections and they have controlled atmosphere with warehouses, greenhouses etc., not field grow like Cali. Bugs, molds, rot or chemical contamination from fertilizers or bug killer will cause the crop to not pass inspection which means it won't be available to new compliant value added businesses for beverages and edibles, vapes and other stuff.
My sense is that this is what is causing the delay of our Coconut Rum and new single serves. glta and dyodd
