I made some really good money on CDCH and MDMN but yesterday I had to sell due to some personal issues that came up. I will keep this board posted on others I am in. Currently, I am in RBTI and expecting a move this month or next.
I will also be posting some of my scan picks as well.
JP1101
Talk about great timing on cdch. Let me know if you have other gems...I need moola lol
CDCH - got in at around 07, now at 24
MDMN - got in at 05, now at 13
RBTI - missed the run due to funds not clearing. Was planning on getting in at 009, now at 018. I'll be watching this one.
MYFT moving up in a big way the past two trading days. Could be the beginning of a nice run.
CDCH and MDMN - I'm holding what I have and awaiting the JV Announcement. A legit PR and both of these could see $1.
JP1101
Excellent post, JP. I have had the honor of meeting you and consider you to be one of the finest, smartest young men I have had the pleasure of knowing. Unfortunately, it is no surprise that there are people of lesser principles and perhaps dubious motives that find fault with your investment choices and hide behind PM's to chastise you based on their obvious prejudices and incomplete and/or inaccurate information.
I believe you are absolutely spot on that the DD put forth on SAEI was very well researched and compiled. That is the type of information that allows an investor to make intelligent, informed investing decisions as opposed to being fed distorted, unsupported opinions delivered in sarcastic, bullying tones, implying that only the person posting and those on their side are in some way superior to all others. Talk about your "sheeple".
Here's hoping that perhaps the standard of well researched and compiled DD as put forth in the SAEI post will become the norm here on IHub in 2011.
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU AND YOURS!!!!!
I received a PM from a gnat that has been PM Stalking a few folks. iHub rules prevent me from divulging the contents of the PM. Since I do not have a free account to respond via PM, I will respond here on this board.
First, a little history:
This was posted on the SAEI board:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=58128812
To which I responded on the "DD Support and Fraud Research Team" board:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=58195226
I actually received some nice comments about that post. My intention is writing it was to compliment the poster on the thoroughness of the DD he performed, nothing more. I think if you look at SAEI and look at the DD, you will agree with me. Even if you don't agree with some of the motives/tactics by some of the posters on that board, I think you have to agree that the DD compiled was pretty well researched. So again, kudos.
Since I dared to post over on a board other than say EIGH, CDIV, PNTV, or GRNO, my motives were immediately questioned. Mind you, not by all, but by one who I will not mention. Other folks engaged in a reasonable discussion and we had a good dialogue ina public format. This poster resorted to PM's knowing full well I can't respond due to my free account status. I clearly stated my motives in this post:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=58253041
But the PM I recently received has nothing to do with this, it has to do with my posting on the MDMN ad CDCH boards. In the interest of full disclosure, I am invested in both these plays and have been for a few months. I can prove this with trading records and am happy to do so. I did purchase more of each more recently but have been following both of these for some time. I was chastised by this nameless poster because I had the audacity to post on a board that I am invested in. The posters accusation was that I was simply following arounf the Monk "sheeple" and "kissing their a**".
True, I am holding some what appear to be worthless shares in EIGH, PNTV, GRNO and CDIV but the opperative word is "appear". Even thought is appears that the FLD concept has not panned out and may never pan out, I have met some great people though that process. Every cloud has a silver lining and in this case, that lining is the friendships Ihave built. I'm not talking about faceless message board posters, I'm talking about folks I have actually met and who I correspond with on a regular basis via email, phone and message. So if I lose every dime I invested in the FLD plays, I actually come out ahead because true friendships are priceless.
Some of these people led me to CDCH and MDMN. I did my DD, read a lot of PR's and dug as much as I could. From everything I could read, both companies, while pink sheet stocks, had a lot of potential and if the valuation report that Dr. Decosta compiled was accurate, then the SP for both companies was a deal. I decided to invest and as of right now, I am very happy I did. I take full responsibility for my investment decision and I certainly don't need anyone who I don't respect and have no relationship trying to save me from myself.
In conclusion, I am not following the "sheeple". I am investing with friends who have given me no reason to doubt them or their motives. I have yet to find on shred of evidence that any of these people were part of a pump or the subsequent dump. Many have offered to open up their books and wager large sums of cash on this very premise. I would venture to guess that no one will take any of them up on their wager because there isn't a shred of evidence to prove that any of them are "scam artists". Until there is something conclusive (and by that I mean the SEC leveling charges or publishing a report), everything else is simply a matter of opinion. Since we are all entitled to them, I request you respect mine and I will respect yours no matter how wrong I think it is.
My beef with some folks on iHub is not that they attempt to sniff out scams. In fact, if this is all they did, I might be one of them. My issue with some of them is that they have turned that pursuit of justice into a personal vendetta. Scams are out there and I am sure all of us have been involved in our fair share (SAEI, SPNG, UNQT, CMKX, the list goes on and on) but just because we were involved in one, does not make our involvement with another stock suspect. Yes, I invested in EIGH, does that make CDCH and MDMN scams? That kind of logic is sophoric and juvenile.
So to this poster, sniff out your scams, find fraud, and try and get the word out but please, do not make it personal. Your stock will only go up if you act in a professional manner. If you continue to act in a juvenile manner, no one will pay attention and you will be relegated to the ashbin of iHub.
If you want to engage in a discussion, please do it here. I will not delete your posts. Realize I only have 15 a day. You are welcome to post as long as you do not make peronal attacks or make rampant accusations with no basis in fact.

If you do have facts, I'm all ears. As I previously posted, my mind is open and I can and have changed it. I am not set in my ways but before you ask me to change my opinions, you are going to need to provide ironclad proof. I encourage you to do this but something tells me you won't be able to.
So far so good and I think we may be seeing some updates or news in the not too distant future.
Should be fun!
Thanks for posting jetpilot. Looking good.
OK, I'm going to post three stocks that I am in or will be getting into shortly.
CDCH
MDMN
RBTI
I expect huge returns shortly.
I'll check back in later and see how they are doing.
JP1101
I was very pleased to see this:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/ont_apology.pdf
I expect I'll be seeing a few more of these IRT EIGH, CDIV, GRNO and PNTV.
What a day. LoneGrey gets removed as the mod on the CDIV board and three folks who have done nothing but post negative things about the company are allowed to take over. Now I understand that iHub can do anything that they want, they own the site and that is their perogative. I will admit, LoneGrey was biased in favor of CDIV and could have potentially violated the mod rules but how is replacing him with folks who are anti-CDIV any different. Will iHub ensure they follow the mod rules; I sure hope so. Bottom line is an impartial person should be appointed, not a crew of B's. I dont think a crew of P's is the right answer either but come on, a little fairnes would be nice.
Now on to more imporatant things. I'm in F at around $16 a share. Right now, I'm up nicely but I did sell 18 December $17 calls. F it $16.77 today. So what are the odds that it goes above $17 EOD tomorrow? Well I don't know but I'll be poised on the buy button to close out my options position to ensure I don't get called out and have to rebuy. The daily chart is about to give a buy signal and I think F could easily go to $18 or $19 by the early part of next year.
Should be fun to watch tomorrow.
Have a great night folks,
JP1101
Well folks it has been a long time since I posted here. Obviously, I got caught up in the EIGH mess and the drop in price of all the FLD's. I've also been very busy at work and have not had to much time to trade or do anything for that matter except provide for my family.
Right now, I am waiting for the market to reverse course. I firmly believe this is coming but obviously I can't say when. QID and FAZ may make really nice long term holds but for now, the market doesn't appear to be putting in a bottom so the bear funds are getting crushed. Holding FAZ overnight is also incredibly risky and not for the faint of heart due to the huge potential to gap up or down on any given day.
So while I wait, I'm holding some shares of Ford (F) and selling covered calls. My $17's are about to expire on Saturday and I'll be looking to reload the boat with either short term $17.50's or go for longer term $19's. So far, I have found selling options on long term positions to be a very nice way to make a bit of extra cash on the side and recoup losses. This is my first year doing this and so far, I have never been called out on a put or a call. Premiums have been nice addition to the cash stash.
I hope everyone who reads this has a happy and healthy Christmas. I know there is a lot of emotion tossed around especially when it comes to money and investments but regardless of your strategy, Merry Christmas. Remember the reason for the season and remember why we enjoy a coupe days off to spend time with family and friends.
I'l try and post a bit more on this board but since I am now a free member, 15 is all I get.
Have a great rest of the week foks!
JP1101
I know most on IHUB are traders, so maybe the things I look for are of no interest -- small companies with huge potential to make millionaires out of those willing to invest enough $$$ and have a bit of patience.
That said, I still see MSGI as a great candidate for such a scenario. The guy running the company has twice brought legitimate ideas and turned them into company makers and stock prices up to $60 a share, all under the same MSGI symbol. No reason, with the NASA technologies and the quality people now involved that he can't do it again.
Time without revenues is always the enemy of these small stocks, and MSGI has been no exception. Many saw the potential at the NASA purchases, and it had one brief pop above .20, and then the slide to near .02 all-time low. Now, if anyone has been paying attention, accumulation for past 8 weeks and stock price between .03 and .04, briefly hit near .05
Shares are tied up except some obvious shorting --- ask of .035, someone buys 50K shares and ask drops immmediately to .0345 This has been going on for months on the slide from .10, but the shares have been accumulated, even the short ones.
IMO, one NASA technology gets proper backing, and you have dollars a share --- easy. For those willing to really read the potential and all the information out there, development of one of these technologies to its potential will lead to a $25-$50 stock again.
Just saying it's worth the effort to investigate. Those with the ability to invest at least $10K and forget about it might wake up with $1M for every $10K in the future, and on real production and adoption of one of the NASA tecnologies, perhaps $10M for every $10K invested. $10K buys about 250K shares currently, and at $40, where the stock has been before, that's $10M
Hey guys! Here's news on an upcoming stock! $DJRT http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/dale-jarrett-racing-adventure-ceo-featured-interview-with-stockgoodies-radio-106766188.html
Not as low as if they had blown up that UPS plane this past week.
is that supposed to be funny? how low can you go?
Very well said, JP! That's one of many reasons I like you.
Stay safe and watch out for flying pigs!
Fellow readers,
I apologize for not writing on the board recently. Events in EIGH have become the topic of conversation and have taken up a lot of my time. I'm still watching the Q's for swing trades and running a scan each day for Monk's Rules plays but for now I'll expound on EIGH.
EIGH management royally screwed the pooch on this one. They should have known that they could not pay a dividend with the financing they had in place and should never have PR'ed the dividend. They were already releasing decent news without the dividend and the stock was moving up on it's own. The dividend announcement was a horrible idea and they should have done their homework. They made a huge mistake but I do not think it is unrecoverable.
The PR was not all that negative. If you ask me, they should have PR'ed the stock buyback and share retirement prior to announcing that they could not pay the dividend. If the company follows through and begins to retire shares, the float will drop significantly and at a share price of .06 ish, it would only take them 8.7 million dollars to buy up the entire float. The financing they PR'ed was roughly 40 million. Now if I was management, I would buy up every available share I could as fast as I could. Why? Well, if you purchase shares on the open market and you wind up buying more than the tradeable float, it proves that there are some shenanigans out there in regards to the amount of shares. Heck, they were going to pay out 7 or 8 million in dividends anyway, why not use the money to buy back all their shares.
Anyway, I'm holding what I have. I do not believe the company is a scam and even if it was (and this is for all you wonderful people who want to save me from myself), it's my F***ING money and I can do whatever the heck i want with it! If I want to burn it, wipe my rear end with it, give it to charity, or dump it down some pink sheet scamhole, THAT IS MY PEROGATIVE!!! I'm not sure if everyone out there in internetland understands this concept so I will repeat myself: IF I WANT TO INVEST IN A PENNY STOCK OR FLUSH MY MONEY DOWN THE TOILET, THAT IS MY OWN F***ING BUSINESS AND NO ONE ELSES. Last time I checked, I lived in America and can say what I want, when I want (with a few exceptions of course). I can also do what I want with my resources as long as I don't do anything illegal.
So if EIGH gets halted, goes to zero, goes to $100/share, or is taken over by a Klingon Conglomerate, as long as nothing illegal happend, it is my own business. Now, if crimes have been commited, then I'm all ears but to date, I have not found any evidence of those. If someone can prove to me that the company engaged in illegal activities, please send the proof my way. Until then, it's all just opinions and you know what they say about opinions: they are like a**holes, everyone has them and they all stink!
I'm done for the night. Roll the dice, let the chips fall where they may and we'll see who is right at the bitter end.

Fly Safe.
have you been involved in FLD plays with monk other than the four?
Well RILO? It looks like your track record and reputation are further solidified with the results of today.
Good morning, JP. Very true post. I think most of us have been there and know how to move on. The blatant hostility and misinformation on the EIGH board is without a doubt some of the worst and most personal that I have seen. It seems to be specifically designed to shake the team. BlueBucks talked about that tactic in one of his earlier posts. But you are right, just a few more days and we will see which side is right. I am holding my small stake tightly and watching. I have met some very fine people through this, so either way, I'm a winner.
Took my lumps on QID and got out about even. I've got a lot going on right now, so I'm sitting out the rest of the week.
Stay safe!
Good Morning Readers,
The day of reckoning approaches for EIGH. One group of people will be proven correct, and one group wil be proven wrong. Until then, all the dialogue is nothing more than pure speculation on what will happen. I must admit though, I have rarely seen a group of bashers that dedicated to taking a stock down.
The pink sheet market is full of companies, the vast majority of which are nothing more than P & D's designed to take money from people. Generally, the way it works is this: realease a bunch of PR's, drive up the price, sell a bunch of shares (dilution), don't follow through on PR's, watch price crater, reverse split, wait a few months, repeat process. If the TA is gagged this is easy to do. If the TA is ungagged, it takes a lot more effort.
Every company has their cheerleaders and every company has their doomsday prophets. I generally believe that most of the bashers of any stock are those folks that have lost money in some way shape or form. They most likely bought the company without doing their DD, lost their money and now are bitter and angry. So they lash out on a message board in an attempted to validate their belief that the comapny is a scam. Some folks take it to the extreme and go postal against all stocks regardless. All I can say is what a life they must lead, pretty pathetic if you ask me.
Let me give you an example from my past. Many years ago I purchased a company called UNQT. I bought in at .0004 a share on the hope that it would rocket to much higher levels. Well, it didn't and to my knowledge has been trading at .0001 for years. Now, I lost my entire investment. I mean I didn't even get to sell at 0001 becaue it was a no bid stock. My broker just wiped it out of my account and felt so bad he didn't even charge me the fees to sell it. Money lost, oh well. But you don't see me flooding the UNQT board day and night telling others I got screwed and they will to. You don't see me blasting the company day and night. Why? Well, because even though I firmly believe the company is a complete scam, I'm an adult and know wen to take my lumps and move on. No one here needs a faceless poster telling them they are an idiot especially when it comes to money. If folks want to buy UNQT, EIGH, or any stock, I say let them. We're in pinkyland folks, remember, you roll the dice and hope to win. But as with any gamble, sometimes you will lose and when you do it can be big. Accept responsiblity, take your lumps and move on.
So what does this all have to do with EIGH? No one bashes a bad stock, there is simply no reason to. Sure, you will always have your bitter losers trashing a company but most sane people don't bash good companies unless they have an alterior motive. With all the legitimate and proven scams out there to bash, why is EIGH getting hammered day after day? I'm not sure but in three days we'll all know the answer. Fundementally, I believe the company is very strong and will survive no matter what. When the going gets tough, the tough get going!
Oh...I bought some PNTV as well. Tucking that away for a bit.
Fly safe.
Talk about a low volume day.
Took a good look at MYFT, picked some up with some spare change.
As for the rest of the ETF's, money was kept on the sidelines. There was not enough volume and the trades that could have been done were mediocre at best. Short of playing with $100K, I thin ktoday was a good day to observe, watch and learn.
T-4 days until EIGH dividend resolution. I say bring it on. We'll know soon enough
Fly safe.
Good morning folks,
Happy Columbus day. It appears the markets are happy as well since futures are green. I echo some of the other posters here when I believe there will be a large market correction. Of course, I also thought this a week or two ago and look where we are now. One stiff breeze could low over this house of cards. Still eyeing QID but I think she may have a long way to fall before correcting hard to the upside.
Fly safe.
I think the market may turn down sharply next week. Faz and such could be sweet. Watch for pre-market open news and pre-market trading.
Real choppy. I made a bad trade in QID with just the MACD cross and lost some real money. No big deal, I learned a valuable lesson. The RULES EXIST FOR OUR PROTECTION! Learn it, love it, follow it. I am waiting for the rules to align with QID and then I will dive in.
I'm not sure why the markets are going up with all the bad news. I suppose we'll wait and see what happens next week.
Have a great long weekend.
I will not tolerate personal attacks on this board. Any such posts will be deleted, your included.
To all the readers here,
I apologize for allowing a certain poster to remain up on this board.
I will not allow folks to comment on this board if they do not provide some sort of constructive dialogue to the board. I have no problem talking about things other than stocks and the markets but they must be positive. I will not tolerate posts directed at other users nor will I allow negativity with no stock context.
My goal is not to be a tyrant; my goal is to provide contructive ideas to those who read here.
Thank you all,
JP1101
Good evening,
The markets appear to be treading water before thejobs report tomorrow. My guess is that it's going to suck which should send the markets up at least 2 or 3 percent. When you live in bizarro world, bad news is bound to send the markets higher.
Eyeing a trade in QID right now. Looking for all the correct indicators.
Next week is going to be fun.
Fly safe.
lolzzz you need to come back to iHub... in reality and stick up for yourself or the questions and doom will only continue
Will do sir.
Safe travels.
great, call me if you can on wed or thur.
I can't make it to Boston. Job is just too busy right now. I plan on making the next advanced class if I can.
Hi Jet, just checking in from the other side of the world. You going to be in Boston? Happy flying.
Well folks, the market has closed and with both major indices down about a percent, I think we are seeing the first throws of a nice market correction in October. But what do I know, I'm just a small time investor. How about the following stories:
http://www.cnbc.com/id/39501358
http://www.cnbc.com/id/39499589
http://www.foxbusiness.com/markets/2010/10/04/futures-drop-dollar-strength-weakness-european-markets/
I'm up 1.42% so far on my QID entry on Friday. I'm smiling.
So folks, those trained by Monk and others, remember that what goes up, must come down.
Hopefully tomorrow and the rest of the week and month ahead bring a lot more red days.
Fly Safe.
Just call me the Bird Killer.
Another strike today at KHSA. They must have it out for me. A couple more birds have shuffled off their mortal coil. From what I can tell now the score stands at Jetpilot1101 3, Birds 0
YRCW tanked as expected today but managed a nice rebound towards the end of the day. With the R/S, it should open at $6.25 tomorrow. Since I have another night flight, I'll be watching. Could be a candidate for a day trade depending on the chart.
Fly and trade safe.
Good Morning Readers,
I have to work all day and fly this afternoon but I'm going to be watching the markets and my favorite swing trading vehicles. European debt is once again rearing its ugly head and we've got a whole slew of "top financial officials" testifying on Capitol Hill about the Dodd-Frank financial reform bill. (if they really wanted an honest opinion they should probably request Monk but I have a feeling he'd turn down the offer.) So the F's should be fun today.
Speaking of Congress, the whole lot of them need to be fired. I mean seriously, do they really serve us or just use the power to line their own pockets? Do any of them have the slightest knowledge about that which they have hearings on? Quite honestly, the average Monkinar attendee would probably understand more about financial matters than Barney Frank and Chris Dodd combined. Here's a tip to Congress: STOP SPENDING MONEY YOU DON'T HAVE and maybe think abot balancing the budget.
OK, done with politics. Watching QID for an entry and will be carefully watching YRCW for a bounce following what appear to be shaping up to be an early morning dump thanks to a sleazy R/S announcement AH.
Fly safe.
Susan, I'm following the rules and doing what I was taught. I'm picking up some stuff along the way as well but I am not tweaking.
I have to get to bed. Have a great night.
Congratulations! Yeah, that is the hardest thing sometimes, waiting for the trade to come to you. But I'm glad you are getting it and very happy your live trades were profitable. I have a feeling you are going to be very good at this.
EIGH is definetly one to watch. Should get really fun shortly.
So far, my two live trades have been gangbusters.
QID is my top trade but only if it is going to be a good trade. I learned to day to not force it. Don't just find any trade, find the right trade and then commit. Today I found the rigt one and it paid off big.
I agree. I check QID also, but not ready yet. I'm practicing on the F's and T's and am pretty good at taking the "meat in the middle". At least enough to meet my needs if I were live. Only can practice about 3 days a week for half a day, so in a real life scenario I could make a very decent living for myself. Maybe I'll have enough to go live in a couple of weeks. See what EIGH does.
I think the markets are topping out and will soon start sliding dowhill. As much as folks want the DOWn and NAS to keep going up, at some point in time, realiyy has to set in and people are going to realize that the economic news is all bad.
I am eyeing QID right now for an entry but still waiting on signals. I was going to continue to swing YRCW but with the impending R/S, I'm only going to watch right now.
Well, if it was a chicken, then you were flying tooooo low.....but
all joking aside, I'm sure that it's very unnerving when that happens. I can hardly stand to hit a possum when I'm driving. YUCK!
But on to stocks....I'm still holding QLD, but if it starts down again tomorrow I think I'm gonna jump out. Still will have a good profit on it and this market is kind of jumpy for me. Not enough time to watch like I want to.
I'm not sure what it was. Sounded like we hit a chicken.
Hope it wasn't Pegasus you hit! I'm kinda fond of that horse. LOL
Thank you Susan.
Happens all the time but this one was big.
Glad you're ok, JP.
God evening readers,
Just got back from a flight. Only 1.1 tonight. I hit something that was either a goose or a horse with wings. Either way, it splatered itself all over the nose, bloodied up the left prop and took a trip through parts of the left engine. One full stop later and all is well.
OK, now on to stocks.
YRCW - Well, I swung this from 31 August through 27 September and made $1000 on a $5000 initial. Today, based on the 5 minute chart, I got back in with $13K at .2955 When the chart told me to, I unloade at .3150 for a nice $847 profit. Honestly, I was fully planning on holding YRCW longer term. I really thought Q3 was going to be profitable and that the deals with the Teamsters would get them on the right track.
AH today, YRCW announced a 25/1 reverse split quickly sending the stock down 20% AH. I'm going to still look at it tomorrow but R/S goes into effect 01 October so tomorrow will be purely a daytrade if the chart tells me to get in. Tomorrow should be interesting.
Until tomorrow...fly safe.
Good Morning folks,
Futures are slightly lower this morning.
While I have not been able to practice daytrading recently due to an increased flight schedule, my research and reading indicates that the T's have been performing better than the F's. Night flight tonight so I plan on getting a little practice in and making a little paper money.
YRCW is up to .34 in pre-market trading. Still too far outside the bolly's for my taste and I've noticed that YRCW likes to run hard in the morning and then drift lower all day so I'm watching for a better entry.
Right now QID is on my radar. Chart is looking good and the markets...well, that's a crapshoot.
Have a great day folks.
