Hi, can you please help me with finding whether TMSH is active or not? Thanks! If so, which state, and please give me the link. THANKS!
$MTBR has been left on the dumpster. No one else, other than me, has noticed that if they're NVSOS Default is because they moved to Florida?
In Florida SOS there is a "CROSS RF" to "Metabolic Research - Stemulite Inc" which is ACTIVE and last filed on February 2011.
Thanks Vigo. Welcome to the thread.
Thanks Marine. Big welcome!
Make sure to check out our sister thread as well. Excellent site for stock specific changes.

A big welcome to the thread, MacFly. Together we actually stand a chance to out maneuver the BIG D - as in DILUTION!
Nice board! Just maybe I'll keep my scalp in these markets with info like this.
Well said. The SOS changes are a pretty good indicator that something is cooking at the company.
Of course, as Janice pointed out, that does not necessarily mean that the change will stand for the greater good of the investor. If the change related to an OTC security, the usual caution should be taken into account. Especially if it's an increase (amendment) to the a/s.
I think what we need to do is take each designation and define them, and then post charts illustrating what happened with the volume and price before and after each filing was made.
Posted this on SOS Changes, as I know it's something that can get confusing and something that I hope this board will start to work through as time goes along. The differences in wording state by state.

Add Wyoming to the "avoid at all costs" list lol
WY has no corporate income taxes, they allow unlimited authorized shares, the company owners are not required to identify themselves, and they only charge a mandatory annual fee of $50
yes if you see Missiagua, Canada in the address, avoid at all costs, lol. And of course, some time after reinstatement, there are reverse splits.
In general, it seems reinstatement is the king of stock movers. The other is, even if active, if the stock has had no news or developments for a long time and then suddenly has a new officer or officers. An amendment to change the name with that information can be good too.
It's not always a good thing. If there's a reinstatement AND new officers, it's possible that the shell has been hijacked.
Yeah, very true, the reinstatement craze has definetly taken off over the last six months. Personally, I often times find much more value in the more seemingly benign changes with a company on the SOS. But, that said, at the very least this movement is getting more and more people to check the SOS which in penny land IMO everyone should be doing to begin with. In the end, the more educated everyone is, the more they dig into a company's background, the more DD they do, the better. We'll see.

It all boils down to stocks that have been not updating the public having a sudden development on the SOS site showing there's a pulse.
Hello, JBJD. Welcome to the thread.
I am all for spending $5 if it means that I am more informed to make timely investing decisions.
I've been considering opening the disussion up here to the effects of various actions on the stocks. Not so much to "promote" one stock over another, but instead to get an idea what usually happens after different changes are made.
Just for an experiment, will you tell what changes were made on AITX, and DIII, and then perhaps a chart for each?
And again, this is not about one stock or another, but instead a look back to see if a trend can be spotted.
For NJ, since I saw you asked about AITX, you pay $5 and you get that business entity report that you saw. You'll see I did the same thing for DIII (it's a highlighted post on the DIII board, #277). It gives you what Nevada and Florida basically give you for free. But if it's a stock you like, I think spending $5 every now and then will well be worth it. It worked well for me with DIII as you can see what the volume did after I posted it.
Interesting to me that NV will accept amendents on a company that is currently in default. I would have thought they would have to be active first.
KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. KMAG

Sure thing. Have a great day.
Thanks, will check it out when needed...LJ
Hey littlejohn, have you tried the live chat function on the DE SOS?

Hey xbigshot1,
very nice to hear you are using the links. NJ is a rare one. Mind if I ask what company you were researching and what all you were able to find using the NJ SOS site?
nevermind.......i see what i did wrong.....no punctuation marks are needed
creede could you do me a favor and double check new jersey site? i am having some probs with that one
Halt list had a busy day on the otcmarkets.com site...

Thanks for replying about trying to find a link to companies changing state registration...
Red Rock Pictures or RRPHD is the company that has me wondering about any state registration changes right now...Company did a r/s recently to satisfy requirements from their current lender...But the company has not had the split info updated with the Nevada SOS yet...And the D still lingers...
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=7bDfv7CoPUjBA5o5AxrSxg%253d%253d&nt7=0
Not concerned over it but some companies changing states can be cause for a closer watch...
Pink sheets companies moving to Delaware don't have instant public access to their info without people paying for it...And Colorado allows unlimited authorized share counts unless they changed recently...
Only 2 examples and there may be more to be watchful of...
I do use the link you posted along with some of the others on their site when time is available...LJ
Good moring, littlejohn. Thanks and welcome to thread.
re changing state registration - there is not a way to just search for that info that I am aware of. I suppose the best thing to do is watch for such actions on our sister board, SOS Changes.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=18534
One tool that I would like to introduce, however, is something they they recently added at otcmarkets.com (pinksheets). They now make it very easy to search a variety of corporate actions.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/otc-pink/marketActivity/symbol-changes
Nice board...Is there a search link that follows companies that recently changed their corporate registration from one state to another state?...TIA...LJ
I think that the "facts" should be posted (and not deleted), so that each investor can decide what they want to do if they do their DD and read the thread.
Of course, that does not mean that I think that anyone should take it upon themselves to be the stock police, where they post the same thing over and over again. Imo that is an extremely that should be avoided.
Right. Let's just tell it like it is, and then let investors decide. The problem to me is when the line is crossed by name calling and personal attacks. That stuff is just not necessary.
Yeah, even if the "negatives" are hard facts.
Very true, all about the balance, sometimes great stories, but Ihub definetly needs people to call out stocks when there is clear evidence that they are based on lies.
Awesome, great addition to the team, one of most respected on Ihub for no BS. The more investors know about what's going on at the SOS level, the better off they'll be. Step by step I hope we get there.
lol - if you post something "negative" then you are a basher, and if you post something "positive" then you are a pumper. So hard to find the middle ground in the OTC market.
And thank you.!
We are all "BASHERS" now!! LOL
Hi Janice!! Welcome aboard...
Welcome to the thread, nosecret.
--Honesty-- Reinstatement
not yet, but maybe
I think Nevada will be forced to do something about this. It's just too potentially embarrassing for them. To say the very least.
Good, good and good. Time that someone took it all the way. Whomever did that deserves what they have coming.
He's having his lawyers deal with it. He's also contacted the FBI. And the regulators.
Could be like the wild west. So any word on what will happen? What is the scientist planning to do? Does he expect that the RA will change it?
Funnier still...
I heard again from the very distinguished scientist whose name was used without his knowledge on the SMMT Nevada officer list.. Harris the RA explained to him that "the last thing he'd expect" was that he was receiving fraudulent information...
...from No-Last-Name "Mike", who paid for the incorporation by Western Union, and gave a mail drop with the wrong phone number attached for his address.
Harris suggested to the scientist that he use this handy form to dissolve the Stratcomm incorporation:
http://nvsos.gov/Modules/ShowDocument.aspx?documentid=656
The scientist declined to do that. So Harris said he'd do it for him for $100. Another offer declined.
Just googled the responsibilities of a RA. It seems their job description is to route documents. Only requirement is to reside in the same state as the company. Since SMMT hired this RA, somehow I feel an evil entity from SMMT is behind all this.
Since the SOS doesnt have to verify anything and the RA's don't either, we may truly be at the mercy of scam artists.
