It is important for people watching SOS Changes to know that each state SOS has it's own way of doing things. There can be slight differences in forms, wording etc. It is important when you approach each state that you look up these differences. While we are quite familiar with the Nevada SOS system, the same wording does not necessarily mean the same thing in other state SOS's. That is something that our sister board exists for, to discuss these differences, so please be sure to visit and contribute.

In the case of MMBF, the filing was actually for a statement curing deliquency, not a reinstatement. While certainly both are positive for a companies standing with the SOS, they are not the same, here is more on those two different types of forms:
