That's a shame because clean shells are in demand from cryptocurrency and cannabis companies.

Just re-checking everything on this company as I was here few years back... So only one location remains... No more Investor information or News tabs on their website... Question, without someone just saying "it's the OTC".. My question is this, why would other stocks who are delinquent in their filings get halted.. And or put on the greys, but this still trades? It is obvious Joel failed each and every investor he had. Completely lied about his business model.. Obviously failing.. To go from one location, to 3 + camp, back down to one only, it's a failed business. Essentially, Joel and his wife moved to CO to start a regular B&B that you can smoke pot in.. It's that cut and dry. I originally thought they might have had something good, but it's not a good idea, it's hardly an idea... You're just letting people smoke in common rooms of the bed and breakfast, and call it a "bud" and breakfast. The ticker IMO is an attractive ticker MJMJ especially for the MJ business. If anything, let this turn into a shell and have another company merge into it. Get lost Joel.

I Watch This Stock Daily. For the past 2 weeks there has been some volume and that volume is starting to pick up. It would be so very easy for Joel to revive this company. Simply bringing it back to current reporting would move the stock pretty good. He could sell 51% or more of the company. He could merge with another company. With a name like The MaryJane Group and a ticker like MJMJ - There is some very good potential for the company even from only a branding perspective. All it will take is a little desire and effort on Joel's part and this one will run.

It's been awhile since I've stopped by. You're right on. What's left of this stock selling scam with a CEO has no clue what he is doing with a B & B business. The only thing he knows how to do is screw the investor. What little money comes in is to pay his bills. No QT. reports. Shareholders will never make any money here unless you flip. With no reason ever this stock will bounce out of the toilet to flip, don't wast your time here!

There are only 6 rooms and ONE hotel...

The problem with this company is this:

Even if EVERY room was full EVERY night of the year, the MOST this company would make is $766,500/year...

That is 6 rooms (between 299-399/night) for a total of $2100/night X 365 days of the year...

Most businesses operate at about 50% margins and I'm assuming this is no exception (MJMJ's margins might actually be smaller)...but assuming 50%...that means that MJMJ makes only $383,250/year

$383,250/year and it's a PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY...

Not to mention that their debts (according to the last tax year they actually filed, in 216, was in to the millions...

This is a toilet of a company and a terrible stock. The only way they can repay investors is if they expand BUT, the problem with that, is that there is NOTHING proprietary about this business. There are already other companies out here in California who are doing this same thing and doing it better. SO...there you go.
