Just re-checking everything on this company as I was here few years back... So only one location remains... No more Investor information or News tabs on their website... Question, without someone just saying "it's the OTC".. My question is this, why would other stocks who are delinquent in their filings get halted.. And or put on the greys, but this still trades? It is obvious Joel failed each and every investor he had. Completely lied about his business model.. Obviously failing.. To go from one location, to 3 + camp, back down to one only, it's a failed business. Essentially, Joel and his wife moved to CO to start a regular B&B that you can smoke pot in.. It's that cut and dry. I originally thought they might have had something good, but it's not a good idea, it's hardly an idea... You're just letting people smoke in common rooms of the bed and breakfast, and call it a "bud" and breakfast. The ticker IMO is an attractive ticker MJMJ especially for the MJ business. If anything, let this turn into a shell and have another company merge into it. Get lost Joel.
