Yes, indeed.

that very well could be...
Maybe they are just promoting country more and bringing it to the masses i.e. Los Angeles, etc. The rock stations are getting tired.
Spoon - Got Nuffin (Live on KEXP)
Same with scotch. But it builds to a long term relationship!
imo all the country greats are gone, or too old to put anything new out....
all the new country I hear sounds the same, although I have heard some that gave me hope.....
Now I'll ruin it with some disco. Disco this way, disco that way!
Noel Gallagher “Don’t Look Back in Anger” (Acoustic) on the Howard Stern Show in 1997
I think so. My horizon has expanded already by hearing blues and country on this board. For someone like me who hasn't listened before it is an acquired taste.
Maybe country has the new stuff (can't say). It seems to be getting more and more popular. New pop and rock I can't comment about - but I have the feeling it is highly commercialized.
You've found an oasis!

It was hard to find. It was buried under other "Baby Come Back" songs that I never heard before. Catchy tune for sure. I suppose it qualifies for earworm status. lol
Thought it was a good time to make an appearance. My day is shot now though, just got a notice that my new overdrive pedal is out for delivery. Glad the wife is at work lol!
thanks for pointing that out, I missed it, I used to post that song by the Equals, never heard the live version....
