Our history
In 1995, Dennis Fedoruk had a difficult time finding quality educational video products for his two young sons. Dennis and his wife, Stephanie, were searching for a video that was reality-based and intelligent-for children and their parents.
As a successful filmmaker and video producer with more than 25 years of experience, Dennis decided the time was right to produce a new and unique educational video series unlike anything else that was on the market.
Based on input from parents, educators and children, Brainy Baby® was born and became a pioneer in the industry and widely recognized as the first to create reality-based, intelligent, and engaging video for children.
With the extraordinary success of their first two videos-Brainy Baby Left Brain and Brainy Baby Right Brain-the company soon expanded into CDs, books, games, puzzles, and flash cards. These award-winning educational tools introduce educational subjects such as letters, shapes, animals, art and music.
To date, the company has brought more than 200 Brainy Baby products to market - and we expect to introduce more inspiring products in the months and years ahead.

The Brainy Brands Company, Inc. Announces Appointment of New CEO |
The Brainy Brands Company, Inc. (the "Company")(OTCBB: TBBC.OB), a producer and marketer of Brainy Baby® line of children's educational videos and products aimed at early development for preschoolers, today announced that the Company has appointed Paul W. Harrison as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer effective March 20, 2012. The Company has also expanded its Board of Directors from four to five members. Mr. Harrison will be replacing John Benfield, who joined the Company in November of 2010. Mr. Harrison has held Executive positions with Fortune 500 companies including Lincoln National Corporation and McKesson Corporation, has served as a director on multiple boards of private and publicly-held companies, and founded and sold several companies with a high ROI. Mr. Harrison was also instrumental in multiple businesses and information technologies that ultimately resulted in additional revenues and increased market value in excess of $5 billion.
