VERY NICE MESSAGE I RECEIVED FROM THE PRESIDENT HIMSELF. THIS SHOULD RESTORE CONFIDENCE ON THE COMPANY. ONE OF THE NICEST PERSONS I EVER MET AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND THOUGHTFUL.

Thank you for your email. I can appreciate how frustrating you must feel. We really are thankful for your support and belief in our company. We are far from perfect, but I will attempt to answer your questions without excuses, but I will be quick to tell you that despite what your impression is, we are working very hard to build a company even in the most difficult economic conditions of our Country.

The United States, as you know, is still struggling through a recovery and every business on the planet is doing its best. We all hope (for everyone's sake) that the recovery will be over this year and real growth will finally begin.

To address your concerns directly; I apologize if you received and lack or negative communication from our staff. We only have a handful of employees and we could honestly use twice as many with all the details we must manage. We do not presently have a IR company or full time person to handle Investor Relations. I understand how important that is, but right now, that person (or department) is not in place. So, if you receive poor communication from one of our staff members, it may be someone not skilled in handling investor relations and also most likely a bit stressed and overworked.

Again, I apologize, but our duty as a company is to make sure we have the correct balance of staff and expenses in relation to revenue. If the belt is tighten and services are not at their peak, it is something that is only temporary as the world recovers and the growth trickles down to the smaller companies. I can assure you that once everyone is in growth mode, all the services and communication that needs to be in place will be in place. Until then, I am the guy trying to take care of it all.

For instance, I handle many company issues that are not even in my duties in my spare time. In this case, I get up at 5:30am today and begin to answer your email at 6:00am. I cannot express my thoughts to in a mere few minutes, so I must stop at 7am to take my son to school, stop at the post office to mail Brainy customer orders at 7:30am (before they even open), have a quick sales meeting with my VP of sales at the local coffee shop at 8am and then finally get back to my home to finish writing this email. My day has not even started. In a few minutes, I will make the drive 20 miles away to go to our office where a long list of issues await me including the coordinating of moving the office.

I am not complaining, but attempting to paint a picture as to the demands and pressures on a small business, let alone economy and market pressures. In the end, all I can do is apologize in the short term while we gain footing and do a better job next time. We do know how to operate professionally, as I have been in business more than 30 years, but sometimes the issues are overwhelming and unfortunately I cannot be everywhere all the time. As we grow, I am sure we will be adding an IR department to handle all investor relations properly, but until then there is no lipstick I can apply. We are doing the best that we can and we will improve and do better.

Compounding the issues is that we are moving our entire office to better facilities and lower overhead. This is a MAJOR task, as we have a very delicate and complex infrastructure (studio, creative, edit facility, shipping, etc.)

Regarding your comment on filings, we absolutely will and must comply with reporting requirements. That is exactly what we are doing and you know that I cannot release any info until we file and everyone gets a chance to see the info at the same time. I can tell you that there are MANY people involved in this process and everyone is working diligently to get the job done and it will be done. No one is sitting around complacent or slack. As I understand it, we are close to getting everything complete and it has been a difficult process.

I take you very seriously, otherwise I would not be taking the time to write you. I cannot tell you how or why stock goes up or down. That is not my job and not my expertise. My job is to make a quality product and focus on delivering products that customers want to buy. If other people (inside and outside the company) need to do a better job at their task so it will have a positive influence on the share price, then that will simply have to be worked out as we go along. Even Facebook has their issues. In the end, shareholders take the risk and expect and hope that management will make sound decisions that will have a positive impact and make changes if necessary. I have never seen that happen over night. Have you?

I am really sorry that you are disappointed. But, not more disappointed than me. Nobody has made any money on this transaction as you suggest. Very much the opposite... our ENTIRE team has made huge sacrifices at grave expense to make this opportunity fly and in the worst possibly economy. I would have CEO's and attorneys tell me not to even communicate, but it is important to me that if you ask me a straight question, you get a straight answer. I do not deal with shadows or lies. I will tell you the truth and operate with full integrity.

I cannot promise you anything other than we are going to work hard and give this our best shot. Are we perfect... no. Can we do a better job... yes. But we are no different than any other company our size. They have issues too, I know first hand. The only difference is they use lipstick and we do not. The only thing I can promise you is that you will need to have patience and more patience. You have purchased shares of stock and we have an obligation to you to perform. We are doing our best and hope to do a better job in the future, but it will take time and no one can control the multitude of events affecting that outcome.

As always, I appreciate your comments.
