LOL Yep. That's why it is done. The important thing is what they do with the money. Microsoft did very well off the bat with their money. Facebook not so much.

I like XNRG because they have oil leases, permits and are going to instantly start producing revenue.

I liked SA*P for a bit until I realized the shares they were selling was their end game and they had no intention of ever using the money to make more money.

I guess that's the reason why companies go public. To raise money by selling shares.

Same old VERT financing story as with any other penny stock. VERT sits at the top of the ASK selling and also sits at the top of the BID flipping while it can until its shares are out to block the ASK.

CSTI just put another 100K on the BID above VERT at .0086 so VERT will hit that soon so that it can be top on the BID again.

XNRG volume is up to 1.34M. Still a chance to hit at least 1.5M today although I'm guessing 2M might not happen.

It's good to see volume. Have to watch it the next few days. Hard to tell right now what RSI or MACD will do. Don't know why anyone would sell at this level if news is good.

Are you seeing anything in the XNRG chart?

I like how the volume is growing. Volume before price is holding true to form here the last 3 trading days. It also looks like the RSI is starting to turn back towards 50.

I don't see any gaps the need to be filled. I thought there was one at .0099 but then I noticed the short tail on the May 2nd bar.

Other than that it looks like a toss up between bullish and bearish to me right now.

VERT is holding XNRG back a bit. I don't think VERT has too many shares left. Looking back at the XNRG 10-Q it looks like there were some conversions early in the year. Given the last few days of trading I'm guessing VERT will be out of shares with about 3-4M more in volume tops.
