It won't be, he is a scammer and has never filed an audit over 9 OTC tickers to get current. He claims he is working on one, takes people's money, spends it on himself, then goes to a new shell to do it agian.
Lets hope it is done deal tomorrow.
Eventually he will stop getting undeserved extensions.... will that be this month?
Great question, I can't find on the website the process for delisting on the exchange. CSE doesn't have a clear timeline and seemingly can get unannounced extensions at will. Places like NASDAQ publicly require that disclosure.
So I have no idea WHEN it will be delisted, but Stevie has NEVER filed audited financials and the stocks always delist or get SEC revoked. So when, not if.

T-1 week to delisting day. Time to start celebrating!
Stevie's update today is hilarious. Still no finished audits, delisting from CSE is on or around Sept 16th. LOL.
Looks like Stevie has till Sept 16th to get audited financials in or the CSE will delist this stock. This will be the 5th stock delisted/SEC revoked under Stevie's supervision. He has not filed audited financials since 2000.

Well, see for yourself. He stole all the Criteria Management "assets" and also started a new shell for his "EV" projects that were promised to HPIL.
Same scam, new names. 9th shell, 4 of which were SEC revoked, and 4 were CTO'd, 3 still are including this one.
Scatterbrain = Criteria Management (shareholders gave him hundreds of thousands for this and he took it all, then gave it away for free to Tevano)
