Likely Charif Souki must maintain silence as part of the golden handshake.
"Dwiftwood" is now Driftwood.

Looks like your pumps never worked, $5 down to .50 and then your FUD failed as well. Pretty accurate as whenever your spread your worthless opinion the share proves does the opposite lol
Yes, Virginia there is a Santa Claus...Merry Christmas
Unusual upward trading during the last hour.
Impending news or rumor speculation?
Reminds me about 7 years ago, the merger of H.J. HEINZ and KRAFT was proposed by Warren Buffett. Stockholders received shares and cash.
One or more LNG companies could merge with TELL, if the FTC doesn't scream "monopoly."
Not a typical R/S.
I was just saying if the LNG notion of them absorbing TELL would need to be worked out.
.75 into a single $175 stock. That's 33 shares for a single LNG. Just brainstorming. I'd take CPQ if anything like that transpired.
I'm really surprised TELL is holding up. You'd think this was bad news?
Amazing twist to all this.
Souki can take his money and go plant trees now.
Watch him pop up on Gaza coastline to build an LNG export facility for that massive pocket of Nat gas off the coast. A floating LNG export plant like they wanted to do with Delfin's TGLO play would be epic. But would China kick in $8B to build it?
Indeed I am bailing out if they are going R/S.
IMO
Cheniere would love to get their hands on this.
Especially with their problems trying to expand their trains. However the bad blood, I'd think Souki would want $20m+ to exit. After all, that's why they removed him. His pay check was nuts to Carl.
The $6m tells me it's not LNG. Personally, I'd love to see it. Add to my LNG portfolio.
230:1 reverse split to move us into LNG.
I'd take CQP shares if this happened.
I believe it the contract is up so that why hes leaving.
IMO
He still has million shares of $TELL
IMO
Souki's departure could be illness?
With Souki NOT on the Board of Directors, no axe to grind with Carl Icahn, it opens the door to talk with Cheniere (LNG).
Funding what's him out or is he sick?
I'm sure he has enough shares to make him a $Billionare once this is cranking 100%.
The first 8-K said Souki was retaining a seat on the Board of Directors.
Today he's gone??? with a generous severance package of about $6 million paid over 12 months.
Charif Souki resigns from the Tellurian Board of Directors.
Been watching all day,,,, its time!
it sure has me mesmerized .....holding til the cows come home.....ng is the bridge to and the other side as well....love this little jewel.....
Makes you think something is coming
Latest update. Worthy listen.
Plant more trees!
https://coffeewithken.com/conversations/global-energy-consumption/
20 mil volume in one hour. Impressive. Should be ALOT more than that! IT has come back up SMA50 again and see what ahead.
IMO
I just saw 41million shares of Tell cross the wire at .6801
I forget who, Germany or France, 8 new nuke plants in the works. That's a decade out.
Till then it's Nat gas. We should be burning it out cars, not lithium and cobalt.
It is amazing that the globalist mindset is generally that man is the problem (that and cow farts). If only they looked in the mirror.
Souki is Lebanese and I had thought he's Egyptian --maybe he fled after the PLO disrupted Lebanon.
While Souki has a global outlook-- he's more a realist. He says if you're really concerned about the environment then plant more trees. Part of the problem in Haiti is they've cut down nearly all the trees for firewood. Firewood is an energy source.
Souki thinks possibly in 10 years the US will be using more nuclear energy. Could be true if Southern Company has a good track record with the Vogtle plants.
In the meantime, Tellurian is on the right track with Driftwood.
Nice. This gives you a wide open view of what the Globalist want. It all makes sense. Depopulation is cheaper and faster to have supply meet demand. Kill demand.
Keep an eye on Germany. They are the first to bend the knee.
Plus, they know every detail of who and how that Nord Stream blew up. Tight lipped till their population demand answers. So it's off to war with Russia to distract their people. Once Germany falls, so does the rest of Europe.
And boy are they making noise today.
Keep your kids out of the military!
"Coffee with Ken" was posted on Ken Biberaj website Dec 7, 2023. The next day Charif Souki is no longer Chairman. He looks healthier and happier than he did in his recent "Weekly Updates." So, Souki knew about the imminent transition to his friend and new Chairman Martin Houston.
https://coffeewithken.com/conversations/global-energy-consumption/ At the 23. 5 minute mark he talks about Driftwood. It seems acquiring partners is a given (not a chance for failure). IMO, with the Fed Reserve freezing the interest rate and then likely interest rate cuts during 2024 it's looking good for TELL.
Souki sees the global energy picture; generally it costs $3 to produce natural gas in the US while in Europe it costs $14 for natural gas so we can sell for at least $10 profit accounting for transportation. And thus he says, "The economic opportunity is large."

Might dump $1000 into this if it dumps to .25...which it might....BUT will there be a reverse pump to $10 or no?...hmmmmm!
Look like it failed again. Not surprised.
IMO
You respect fink? Talk about low standards. He's been pumping this all the way up to $5 and all the way down lol then to top it off, your replying to your own message.
Respect many of you out here, like Fink too. Can't win 'em all, sometimes wind up on wrong end. Hopefully not the case here.
Same as you. Just curious as you are
Bagholder now and curious as to how it will turn out. And you for transparency's sake?
Bagholder now and curious as to how it will turn out. And you for transparency sake?
Which are you?
His exit has been in the works for weeks if not months.
What we could be seeing is fund managers getting back in. They all know way before us.
I loaded so much below .52, my average ain't bad at all. I'm green deep into .60s
My biggest concern is the climate change scam being exposed and nations go back to coal. And whos going to get all that gas off the coast of Gaza? No doubt BP or Exxon will tap and produce it. But for who?
I gave myself alot though over the weekend and told myself it is what it is. I have no choice by hold for home run. Souki tried but i got to give him credit. Yes he still holding out and ride it out i guess.
Its odd that we hit over .80 and he step down. Almost same thing to *LNG Over $85 then he got out.
We will see what ahead. Also I cant leave after all those years. One thing that prevent me leaving is I know this company is the biggest LNG exporter. (Godfather ideas) That beat everything.
Indeed I want to see the plant finish.
IMO
The 200 is asking a lot at these times.
Maybe if India or Japan came in with some cash.
With the recent news, what's changed?
Stop holding out for a grand slam home run deals and take the smaller bread and butter deals that TELL have been turning their nose up too.
We will have a finite amount of volume to produce. Souki was holding out.
Those days are over of him scoring so many Grand slam deals under LNG. He probably no longer has a taste for the base hit deals. It's why he opted for spot price rather than give away the limited volume we will see tied up in 10-20 year contracts.
I want to see the power plant installed
Ive see that many time but impossible to break sma200 in the last 15 years.
IMO
A shift in the direction of the use of offtakes for profitability, perhaps, and long-term contracts. We will find out next week.
And there could be a funding deal in the works that he steps down to take on a more specific roll with this build out?
I know his strong accent makes him look like he's always struggling. He can't keep his eyes open as he delivers this. Guess we will know what's going on by Spring.
