After searching Techcom it’s like you said there is actually 2/3 other companies with this name and they are probably just getting linked together somehow. One is from South America and is in IT and consulting.
Phoenix Group has hired several, too. Many with data center infrastructure experience and the power resources for them. IMHO they are certainly looking at this as an area of growth and obviously having a Nasdaq listing would help with North America contracts and business I believe. Phoenix Group is a definitely planning huge growth in the future economy. It’s exciting to see what is unfolding here and with the Phoenix group the next couple years.
There is another employee listed now. It s says back office is his position but the weird part is that it says he also worked for them from Oct 2021 till Feb 2022. Which happens to also be the first time this ran up due to news of Manuf buying the shell and wanting to list some revenue generating assets on the US markets.
I did a $20K slap today.
17k slap with that spread. hmmm
When that wall falls at .16, look out now currently 126k

About to get interesting here.
I absolutely believe so because of Carl Agren

Kevin O's 'Wonder Valley' must be in the sites of Phoenix one way or another.
What will be interesting is what the intentions are here.
Ties to the Phoenix Group and all things Data.
Do your dd.
Yeah, this is one I held through tax-selling. This can move real hard real fast.
Seems so, I agree ground_fog, hopefully Mark954 is correct too that we see a filing and/or PR very soon. We will see if the volume continues this coming week and beyond. This could be very big. I think they are serious and will grow this company?
I saw 8 grand get slapped at .16 with a 100% spread. Something is coming. This happened before and it went to $3+
Haven't seen this vol in a long time. hmmm
Good volume on the buy side in the past 30 minutes, great to see
Not the big ones we are looking for!
Understood, but there's no gains here..............Yet?

If you have capital gains most people will wait until the new year to realize them. Kick the tax can down the road.
All the volume yesterday was all on the Bid. Coming the 1st trading day of the year makes it very interesting. You would think that you'd see something like that last month. I don't know what to make of it.

Dude, all these Companies have plans to uplist on NASDAQ. Name one that says it doesn't.
Getting on Nasdaq is always the problem. Even OTC Companies with stellar balance sheets have problems uplisting
due to market manipulation of their tickers. Guys like Kenny Griffen of CDEL Doug Cifu of Virtu don't help.
Standard boiler plate though. Uplisting to NASDAQ.
Techcom Inc. (TCRI) is currently prioritizing the development and expansion of their high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI) data centers (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175392393). This includes projects like the Wonder Valley data center, which is expected to be one of the largest AI data centers in North America.(https://investorshub.advfn.com/Techcom-Inc-Tcri-4720).
Yes, Techcom Inc. (TCRI) does have plans to list on Nasdaq. This was confirmed by Sheharyar Haider Malhi, Phoenix CFO and TCRI director, during a Q3 2024 conference call. However, he mentioned that while they fully intend to get a Nasdaq listing, it is not their top priority at the moment, *so the timeline for this is still uncertain.*(https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175392393)(https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175555667).
No. Now that we know they are planning a move to the Nasdaq, I am trying to discuss the pros and cons of using this shell to go public on the Nasdaq.
Are you implying Phoenix Group is only worth $4 million?
I would not put your money on TCRI being used as the merger shell company for Phoenix. JMO.
Is Charlie still involved here?
Since this company has no news or growth, I would guess yes. Good luck while that moron is still CEO.
What is your thoughts on using this shell to go public with Phoenix Group. Personally I am trying to weigh the pros and cons. I think a SPAC is out the question. Therefore, would a direct listing be better or a reverse merger? I know they would have to dilute at least 40 million worth of shares with the shell but they wouldn’t have to jump on the Nasdaq and only sell the shares they currently own. Which would allow for more growth and control which they seem to feel very confident and committed that they will grow a lot in the next 5 years. And a firm commitment of 40 million worth of shares wouldn’t even be that much dilution. Not to mention that with timing seeming to be of importance here then a reverse merger would be much easier to manage rather than a traditional IPO. What do you think? I know it’s all speculation but understanding the dynamics at play, what makes more sense here knowing that they are now announcing a commitment to get on the Nasdaq and the changes this past week. Plus the shell seems to be very clean and well managed. After writing that I probably have an idea considering you position but hearing your thoughts would be nice.
Great information, thanks for sharing Potse!
These are very interesting developments.

Wow! It's been my strong belief these last few weeks that Phoenix would evolve into a dual listing situation. With Mr. Ali taking the helm there at Phoenix, I am even more convinced that they'll use the TCRI shell to achieve that goal with a NASDAQ uplisting. Exciting news! Thanks, Potse.

Munaf Ali appointed Phoenix CEO...Nasdaq 2025.......
Phoenix does fully intend on getting a Nasdaq listing at some point. This was confirmed by Sheharyar Haider Malhi (Phoenix CFO, TCRI director) during the Phoenix Q3 2024 conference call. I did not take notes while listening to a replay of the call so I am just going by what I can remember. When responding to a question regarding whether Phoenix has any plans to obtain a listing on Nasdaq, Malhi said "absolutely". He said it wasn't a top priority or the primary focus of the company at the moment. So the timeline of when they might apply is unknown.
Mr. Munaf Ali, a seasoned banker and Co-founder of PHX, has been appointed as the GCEO of the Group. Mr. Munaf Ali's extensive expertise in both traditional and digital finance is expected to play a pivotal role as Phoenix Group explores new opportunities for growth like dual listing opportunities on NASDAQ in 2025.
Wonder Valley, Agren, TCRI......
What's your take on this Wonder Valley project that Carl Agren is right smack dab in the middle of? Is TechCom the HPC and AI data centers company that Carl Agren is mentioned being CEO of?
"My joint venture team led by Paul Palandjian, CEO O'Leary Ventures and Carl Agren, CEO, HPC and AI Data Centres, has sourced what we believe is the most compelling site in all North America to generate and offer 7.5 GW of low-cost power to hyperscalers over the next 5-10 years. Given existing permits, proximity to stranded sources of natural gas, pipeline infrastructure, water and a fiber optic network within just a few kilometers of the Greenview Industrial Gateway, we will be in the ground and up and running sooner than any scale project of its kind," said Kevin O'Leary, Chairman of O'Leary Ventures.
Glad I haven't sold any shares for tax purposes. This could get interesting...
