CNEX must make by 5-31-2010 Cash payment of 10k and Spend 50k as part of there agreement to buy the Queen.

Then by 5-31-2011 They have to make another and FINAL payment of 150k Cash, and spend 150k on Exploration expenditure.

I'll agree with u on lockusa being a scam artist but Hsa has never lied to me once...he tried to lock cnex up but the company started diluting and he couldn't have known that and I know for a fact that Hsa buys into his own plays to provide bid support and slaps the ask as I've been in contact with him during his runs...let me also say I don't trust many on ihub because there are people out for their own personal gain but every stock that Hsa has put out has ran and if u didn't take profits on way up its your own fault don't blame others for your greed

The one thing about FLDs that nobody has been able to explain to me is what determines when it is time to sell? When is the lockdown no longer active on a stock? Take CDIV for instance, it would appear the FLD ended when it hit .13 or .70 but people are still holding. Is it when Monk says the FLD ends that everyone has a mass exit from the stock? I wouldn't want to be the last one to learn that the FLD has ended on a stock I own.

I think the dctc is a big issue, I can't buy anymore EIGH cause none of my brokers will let me Was planning on going to the Texas Monkinar but something came up and I couldn't make it but yes one day I want to do it. Like you very interested in the fas and faz playing.

Oh ok....that was dirty of him....I called his number on one of his flds once and he said something about him dropping 50k on pumping stock or some bs then I checked it in the morning and the stock got suspended...that was close call and I tried to warn people on this board but he kept deleting as soon as I posted so I quit...u should check out moneyrunners though and of course monks fld lockdowns I have bought stock with both of them and did well....I'm just now trying grandbobs pics so I'm not completely impressed with last pic but since it is an fld it takes time so we will see on his latest pic...I don't think anyone is capable of locking a float as quick as lock was claiming...monk seems to be the absolute best...
