TraderLady, Stockchaser or anyone else,

The one thing about FLDs that nobody has been able to explain to me is what determines when it is time to sell? When is the lockdown no longer active on a stock? Take CDIV for instance, it would appear the FLD ended when it hit .13 or .70 but people are still holding. Is it when Monk says the FLD ends that everyone has a mass exit from the stock? I wouldn't want to be the last one to learn that the FLD has ended on a stock I own.
