....and indeed there are two. Tauri-Gum Pear Bellini and Tauri-Pet Crispy Apple Premium Dog Treats, which will only get a search return on Amazon as "tauripet"..."tauri-pet" won't work to find it and whatever you call it they elected not to mention it in the press release.
The total retail sales value of the available inventory of both products is $320. I guess that's the "fortune" part of fame and fortune. If they make a profit of $10/unit the 22 total units available for sale should lose the Company a couple bucks after paying for shipping and the Ihub charge for the press release.
If there's any fame to be had it should come from announcing the availability of the Company's only product line from the world's largest online retailer with an offering of only two of its items (one of which they didn't mention) and $320 worth of merchandise at retail.
They should be famous for their foolishness.
ps. Obviously Amazon required them to remove the "tm" after the product names....for the simple reason that THEY AREN'T REGISTERED TRADEMARKS in the US.

Last I looked each pack of gum was under $14, this is a 10 pack.
The gum is a much better delivery system than gummies or other CBD edibles. Paying $17.00 for a pack of 25 mg CBD gum is not expensive. I doubt anyone besides a knucklehead would compare a pack of chewing gum to a CBD gum.
Good question on who is selling. I wonder who sold Blinkw warrants when they were .40, or Solow when they were .25, or vtgn when it was .40, or goevw when they were $1.50 as they will be double digits.
Maybe some traders don’t know that Nestle, through Garden if Life, was the main funder of the safety trial TAUG is in nfor upcoming FDA nausea trial. Maybe they don’t know how big that market is, or how big the otc morning sickness market is.

Personally, I would rather not have news until there are substantive announcements. Been here since before the reverse split and now trying to help with the retail sales. But the payoff here is the pharma nausea compound, and perhaps an OTC approved product.
The safety trial was big news. Nestle' participating in the trial was 100% because of Seth. I showed you Nestle' PowerPoint, they went from no CBD products to a bunch since they approved their biggest Hagen Das distributor to sell the gum.
Tauriga has a very competent pharma team, they have recently added very serious Board members. In addition to being the CFO of a private company started one of the biggest hedge funds at Lazard and currently manages money at Aegis.
I hoped that announcements on the efficacy Phase 2 trial would have happened by now, but we are still waiting. Things move slow in Pharma world. VTGN is a prime example, they have $100 mil in cash and still are preparing for a phase 3 trial.
And there are no guarantees with pharma trials. I think the odds are good based on anecdotal evidence, but you never know with drug trials. Nausea is a very big market though, and unfortunately cancer cases are predicted to rise over 40% in industrialized nations over the next decade, according to the WHO.
I can't wait to see the testing protocol to pass it along to people very knowledgeable regarding drug trials, that would be my better half lol.
I think there will be quite a bit of interest in big Pharma in the drug trial at some point, but the chains might need to move a little closer to the goal post before anything substantive happens.
As it stands we have a sub .10 stock and as far as being concerned about the PPS my crystal ball shattered years ago when it comes to predicting where a stock will go at a certain point in time. In fact, lately I have been worse than bad if you take away some pharma plays.

Not sure what exactly Tauriga owns, but Serendipty last raise was at a $50 mil valuation. That is roughly 5 times higher than what we bought in for.
GoPuff has become a big investor. Not sure if their model allows CBD gum to be sold, but the caffeine gum might be a great fit if cbd isn't. GoPuff last raise was at a 9 Billion dollar valuation.
I hope to hear about the drug trial protocol, and getting some numbers on how much trial will cost.

Definately a very good team leading Pharma, plus it looks like they have a head start beginning with Phase 2 trials as well as being in the second Cohort of the liver toxicity trial with Neslte's Garden Of Life. Garden of life only came about because of Seth's relationship with Nestle'...
The First Cohort liver toxicity trial was a winner, I bet this will be too.
That said, drug trials are not gimmies and most fail. In this case though, there seems to be quite a bit of anecdotal evidence tipping the odds towards a good outcome, hoping anyway.
Nausea drugs have gotten better over the years, but most of the good ones are expensive and inconvenient.

I love the pharma potential. But have also recently gotten very excited about the retail brand which I am helping with. I know what the product did for me, I chewed 2 gums a day.
Going to 25mg per piece is exciting. Now there is major promotion to markets to augment the great job Adina did with generating sales through social media.

My opinion on the retail brand is that it could be worth hundreds of millions of dollars with a bit of good fortune. Keep in mind that major retail pharmacy stores, Amazon, Walmart marketplace, and other big corps are still on the sidelines. Strange because Amazon allows titles stating CBD when the products are lower grade Hemp. They also allow full spectrum oils which the better quality ones have a pretty high THC content acoording to some lab tests.
When these big retail outlets open up I think TauriGum will be well positioned with its brand and have a product in the gum that will be be appealing.

From what I see right now TAUG is focused on the regular retail brand and the pharma trial. There is a middle ground that has not even been explored and that is one where claims can be made on an over the counter product.

Anyone else find it interesting that Nestle did not have any CBD products when they vetted its its largest Hagen Das NY Distributor to sell TauriGum in New York. That will change soon IMO. Target moved to sell CBD products and quickly reversed. Same with CVS and other large pharmas.

Serendipity doesn't just sell ice creams to stores, Gopuff has taken on the Serendipity brand. GoPuff's valuation has soared to $9 billion dollars. This good present a great retail opportunity for TauriGum as it develops new products that will appeal to younger people.
Serendipty recent raise is at a valuation 5 times of our and Tauriga's purchase price.
While the pharma is the big big money potential here, the retail side could become a very substantial market cap as well. Tauriga will be able to present at mutiple Food distributors acrosss the country between now and the spring of 2022 as Covid restrictions are lifted.
As more and more legal clouds surrounding CBD evaporate, big food companies will jump over small independent brands IMO.
For those that do not understand the significance of the last press release Garden of Life is a main funder of the safety trial. Garden of Life is 100% owned by Nestles, which is a top 50 company in the world.
For those that don't remember, TauriGum launched in NY before the State passed the killer CBD law on edibles that is now obsolete. The main distributor in New York was Hagen Das's biggest distributor in the U.S. Hagen Das was 100% owned by Nestles. Nestles was not in the CBD business at the time, but Nestles did a deep dive into TauriGum and gave the distributor the OK to sell. Since then, Nestles has entered the CBD retail space. As has Heinz Kraft.
Some know how deep the Rolodex here goes, but it is quite interesting that Nestles is not only becoming very interested in retail of CBD, but is also a major funder in a drug trial for safety of TauriGum. For those that don't know about drug trials, they are not cheap. Seth is 100% responsible for this happening. Anyone curious why Nestles so quickly became a major funder? Furthermore, the shaety trial is being adminitered by Dr. Aqua, who coincidentally is Tauriga's Chief Medical Officer.
As I stated many times, Sysco study listed CBD as one of the 2 major trends in the food space over the next 10 years. The other was non meat protein which is booming. CBD had the stigma of THC and obstacles of federal laws but nonetheless is picking up steam year over year. After the $7.1 billion dollar buyout of a CBD epilepsy drug the interest CBD compound patents is sky high. Nausea is a $7 billion dollar annual market. And while drug trials are risky, there is plenty of evidence that CBD can an will help nausea patients, and this is from Government agencies.
There are 100's of different marajuana plants, for a drug trial the CBD has to be of the highest quality, as well as the other ingredients, and facility producing he gum needs to be in an FDA approved facility. As I understand things today, significant equipments and modifications are nearly done and that seems to be true bacause the gum for the safety trial will be produced there.

The risk reward potential has done a total 180 now. I previously thought a $20 to $30 million market cap was fair given the pharma silence. That has changed with the filings of patents. This is real now. Most people don't know that the there is a US patent on CBD, it is aninteresting read.

I had bought private placement before the last reverse split so I feel your pain. Recently a friend of mine had a bizarres experience, we both have multiple companies that we bought and turned out to be zeros long forgotton. He recently got a call to vote his shares on a matter the Company was trying to get approved, he laughed and said his shares were worthless from 10 years ago. well, recently a new management team in the oild and gas sector took over the company unbeknownst to him, and he was shocked to find out his worthless shares were worth almost $200,000 and the stock trades volume.
The pharma portion of TAUG could make it a billion dollar market cap if successful. It could also fail. It could also fail and be reworked like VTGN is doing.
Regardless, the retail side could be worth a whole lot more than what I estimated.
I have to laugh when some people get so caught up in a penny stock's potential I can't stand pumpers and or bashers. Anyone who invests any money in a penny stock that can not be totally lost is a fool.
I bought in many years ago and lost almost 90% of my investment but kept it to see if it would ever bounce back, To my surprise years later I saw renewed life, I did some new DD and feel TAUG has a good chance now to make us some money. I averaged down and now will see if it makes it somewhat big??
For me it's something that's fun to watch and if it makes it big it makes it even MORE FUN!

Thanks Rafa.. I am primarily still long alot here because of the pharma potential. My wife runs trials at PFE and I know w few pharma guys. This will get some buzz and I don't think anyone invested herw realizes the potential. But drug trials are risky
But I am coming around on the retail potential, especially due to 25mg per piece. The flavors are great and CBD has only up to go. I could see the retail side quickly growing top $50 million in sales with the right steps. Company was running on a shoestring budget before.
