Nevada --(BUSINESS WIRE) March 24, 2023. Tanke Biosciences Corp (OTC: TNBI) today announced that the Company has completed the purchase of assets and the energy monitoring operations from Kalimah Unipessol LDA, a Portuguese Company, for a combination of cash and restricted stock.

The assets acquired are utilized in the monitoring of energy consumption through the use of internet of things (IoT), big data and artificial intelligence for commercial buildings such as food retail, quick service, multi-site commercial, education, manufacturing and hotels.

Steve Mills, President of TNBI, stated; We established our energy management subsidiary to grow and acquire companies which we feel utilize the leading-edge technology available. Financial are audited on this one. Also according to the fillings, Caren got awarded 700 000 common shares in December. The share price was averaging in the 0.12 by then. This means they are most likely expecting the SP to rise much more. She's not gonna run away with a slim 15% profit

Looks like Mills partnered with Currier to help facilitate the merger, and SSM no longer has any affiliation with TNBI.

Compare TNBI to Currier's flagship shell KATX - TNBI has a ~$500k market cap currently while KATX sits at a ~$4 million market cap. Worth noting that KATX is an SEC reporter while TNBI is not.

In any event, TNBI still seems incredibly undervalued here and this update proves that things still appear to be in the works and moving toward a merger.
