Tanke Biosciences Corp completes acquisition of Energy Monitoring Operations


Nevada --(BUSINESS WIRE) March 24, 2023. Tanke Biosciences Corp (OTC: TNBI) today announced that the Company has completed the purchase of assets and the energy monitoring operations from Kalimah Unipessol LDA, a Portuguese Company, for a combination of cash and restricted stock.

The assets acquired are utilized in the monitoring of energy consumption through the use of internet of things (IoT), big data and artificial intelligence for commercial buildings such as food retail, quick service, multi-site commercial, education, manufacturing and hotels.
