$TPDDF New OTC Pink as of Oct. 2019...

Truly a hidden OTCM 'F' ticker gem in full force breakout with close to a year of catalysts finally coming together... and it is friggin HUGE!


Starting off, note the date in this announcement from the UK Oil and Gas Authority (OGA). TPDDF applied well beforehand and made sure they and were fully qualified to trade on the U.S. OTCM on Oct 1, 2020... just 42 days before the deadline.

On 11th July 2019, the 32nd UK Offshore Licensing Round officially opened and we invited applications for licenses. Applications were accepted up to 14.00 on the 12th November 2019 through the LARRY system on the Energy Portal.

On Sept. 3rd 2020, TPDDF made this announcement after the OGA notified them they were awarded 3 territories of just 113 licenses to a mere 65 companies (also in the previous link's PR...)

On the same day, Sept. 3rd, the OGA made public the following information

"Following recent successful annual licensing rounds, as previously announced, the OGA is taking a temporary pause from annual license round activity and will not run a license round in what would have been the 2020/21 period"

What this means is $TPDDF made the cut!!!! BEFORE the 2020-2021 pause implemented by the OGA!!!!!


As well, on Sept. 3rd the OGA posted the following map of the territories offered for award.
