Looks like losses mounted up and negotiations with creditors started after aquisition, but the rumor mill hit me at Kodiaks sight. Someone stated a pipeline was being built and Tallgrass was involved. I havent seen any news to this affect and am looking. If anyone hears or sees of this please post. I think if creditors are smart and let these guys build out they will see returns. After they signed the guarantee for 250 boepd for 93C$ to shore up low gas and liquid G. They might have the oppertunity to get a great partner.. Their goal of 3000 boepd is doable. I believe drilling and producing should be main concern.. Get the flow going and have assets backing projects and credit limits will increase as well as share price...JMHO
