I think Eternal Image needs a new transfer agent but I don't think Clint really cares and or preferres the information not be given out so he can skate on the fence line and selling ahead, he knows the share structure when it changes. I was trying to stay neutral on this philosophy but after awhile it gets more obvious with the silence on these issues.

If HMGP actually showed something of real substance that would be different, but it's always just around the corner to the next best thing. It has never changed from that in the years I have followed it.

And it is clear now why they chose Transfer Online.

The lack of transparency makes it a very high risk investment. SEC filings carry much more weight than press releases. The possibility of great reward is of course there, but many of us aren't willing to accept the risk. If you're still a stockholder, I hope it works out. I came close a couple of times, but never got in.

If you're an accomplished trader (unlike me), there may be opportunities as well. I've watched a stock go from .08 to .0015. On the way down there have been some major (70%) bounces. I think it's headed to oblivion, but that board has some true believers as well. I got out of that one at a 45% loss.

It's a sinking ship and if management had the goods they wouldn't be making the shareholders suffer like they are.

It's all but over. Just some failed promoters who can't move the pps like the old promoters did.

Those end of day t-trades are consistent with dilution; I'm aware the company has said that's not the case. At a minimum they should ungag the TA, even better they should spring for audited financial statements. If there are no surprises, the share price can only benefit.

I follow a stock that has a gagged TA.

They say we must get approval from the CEO to get the sharestructure. Naturally the CEO won't give his OK!

No reason for this other than hiding dilution.

Yes, I agree..Have a stock that handle by them when I call they advised that they don't give out information anymore for any company...How weird? Isn't their job to give the shareholder outstanding share count?

Transfer online is not a reputable agent.

they have a bad track record and have been charged by the SEC.

try to stay away from a stock that has them for an agent.
