You don’t want to look for it?
I’m inspired by greatness.
Always wanna give bullshitters like yourself opportunity for redemption
Agreed completely, I always thought this venture had the highest likelihood for success especially after Frank Benedetto got insider look at it and was so impressed by it. Would be great if they could tie in with lab diagnostics too
Yeah. He is still in the background.
I don’t doubt they were heading for something but I think there are a lot of dots and contracts and wins that have to happen. And who knows. Maybe it’s still on the table but to me, the focus now is on Vume and getting that going. It’s more in their wheelhouse especially since they don’t have a construction management company anymore. Imo
Also, why don't you provide the quote? Probably just making shit up as usual.
How would you know?
Dude before I was married some girls acted like I wasn’t picking up on their signals to ask them out, the signal? LIKING a stupid post on social media. Thank God I’m married to a reasonable woman
All my homies rock with TPTW!
Let’s go VuMe 🚀
Xiaomi CEO recently can be quoted success avoiding spotlight..find it..it’s good consistent logic for success
Well I will say that Braddock, CEO of BII gave a thumbs up on LinkedIn on the last PR. Not sure why he would if that wasn't on the table still too. imo
Who knows though. It's a stupid thumbs up... lol
Yeah I get it… if Tuskegee/BPI fell through that sucks because I thought they really had that in the works. It felt personal for them to help that community and seemed to have backing…
But now to think of it they never even purchased the land and that wasn’t even that much $$$
Would’ve been nice to get an update on that somehow but you’re right they just stay silent and that’s been the pattern here with them.
It’s what makes me nervous about this Tekmovil acquisition… just seems like it’s happening again. Hope this is not the case but damn idk…
With 40k traded??? It would cost more just to trade it
DAMN......I could have made some money on a .0004 drop and back!!
Most likely due to TPT shedding IST. That was their general project manager arm for projects like smart cities.
I wonder what happened to all those contracts IST was pulling in. The Q shows the revenues were offset by losses and was somewhat break even. But IST retains those projects. Not TPT.
Only thing TPT has right now is Vume. I’ll be pleasantly surprised if we hear anything about Tekmovil within a month or two. But history shows this may not happen. Hope I’m wrong there. But Vume is now visible and will progress through the fall. (Also I don’t expect much for this initial viewing).
JMHO. More than happy if I’m wrong.
Deflection and gibberish as usual. Zero credibility providing zero links and attacking longs here. As usual.
lol. That’s your defense !!!??? Lololollll
Dude you clueless
They have not acquired tekmovil. How many times does this have to be said? There is no public release they acquired them.
Nah. Someone brought up BPI yesterday, so I looked into it more. Noticed they updated their website and logo too. Then noticed they took that specific PR down. Makes me believe they didn't get the funding. That doesn't make me a pos trader.
You would rather me hold that info to myself?? Now who is the pos trader MX?
You are a shoot the messenger type person. I am not happy about seeing that it isn't there anymore either, but that doesn't make it my fault. Apparently because I just learned about it myself, it's the timing of my discovery that bothers you, not the fact that they couldn't close the deal. MX logic... sheesh
There is nothing to debate when posting a fact that BPI removed their pr regarding the funding. I don't belong to any network. I do own shares. I hope they succeed.
So I am the pos because I updated other shareholders. IF TPT had a conference call or PR'd that the deal is done, would they be a POS.
Are they a POS because they cancelled the IST acquisition and announced it? Same logic
Debate what exactly? You act as if I am the one who took the pr off their site because I shared info after discovering something all shareholders should be aware of. Ask yourself why they would specifically remove that 1 pr from their website and social media?
Are you saying BPI is funding VuMe?
Can you provide a link to this PR, or is this a lie too?
"Did BPI take down its VuMe funding PR?"
No one is denying them..everyone has them..TPT comes back with bigger/better each time..howTF you think TPT acquired TekMovil otherwise?
The vision is stated in the PRs. And it’s a good vision no doubt. We all know ‘the vision’ however you cannot deny there has been missteps AND losses. A vision is just a vision. It is not execution.
Did BPI take down its VuMe funding PR?
Did TPT take-down TekMovil SPA-completion PR? Nope.
Good luck keeping TPT from NASDAQ..sounds like you need it to stay OTC
If there’s anything that proves shareholder vs. trader is requiring bigger vision, not day to day. All shareholders need is for TPT to go NASDAQ. By then everything will have been where it needed and done where needed for foundational growth with high-quality investors and traders..not subpenny OTC-dependent trader fraud schemes we see daily here.
For starters, BPI/JR took the PR off their own sites and LinkedIn
I’ve always expressed enthusiasm regarding Xiaomi..recently Tecno Mobile..both are distributed by TekMovil. TekMovil selected by TPT to leverage this distribution network to distribute VuMe through smart devices distributed by TekMovil globally. Companies like Xiaomi and Tecno Mobile together are huge global market %.
TPT currently around $2m..no way it stays with $100m+ revenue company acquisition ahead of VuMe new revenues.
At the time of initial Alabama, was TekMovil topic..TPT is being backed for a reason. VuMe is multifaceted and offers foundational growth for any money initiating it..why not BPI?
I’m sorry but that ship may have sailed… both with no Tuskegee smart city contract and them losing IST. Funny how TPT put out confident prs saying everything was fine, contracts were being won and then they drop ISt due to “arising from or relating to second parties’ activities”.
Anywho, MX is enticing you with the latest carrot. Notice he keeps talking about Xiaomi now. The subject is tekmovil which should have been closed March 31. Bpi was in it for the smart city development (same with Benaisha). That was last years carrot. All these things are on the wayside or may have fell through.
Best hope is Vume which may be a catalyst for something. But bpi / prime one are not in it for an app.
We’ll soon see with the annual and next quarterly if st3 was able to close the tekmovil deal. Silence is deafening.
“Black Pearl Investments, https://blackpearlinvestments.com, a rapidly emerging NYC-based investment firm focused on capital advisory, structured finance, commercial real estate and alternative investments, today announced it has agreed to a funding and strategic partnership to invest $650 Million USD with TPT GLOBAL TECH, INC. ("TPTW' or "TPT Global Tech") (OTCBB:TPTW) www.tptglobaltech.com to initiate its 'Green Smart City Projects' beginning with Tuskegee, Alabama. “
“With the completed acquisition of IST and its seasoned professional team of construction engineers and design teams, TPT Global Tech is positioned to start its Tuskegee Smart City project. "It is such a pleasure to work with Everett Lanier the new President for TPT Strategic and the IST Team. They are bringing such a high level of professionalism and experience to TPT Global Tech's already seasoned team of Executives to assist us as we move forward with our Smart City initiatives domestically and internationally," said Stephen J Thomas III, Chairman & CEO of TPT Global Tech.”

The only thing critical is the condition of this company
im all for that.. Tekmovil is the answer.. I pray for the day I wake up and that acquisition has gone through. signed and sealed officially.
GL
I hear you and I get that..TPT just has to follow through and seal the deal. not for me but for them lol, I just happen to succeed if they succeed.
(Last-free-message)See the global-growth Xiaomi/Tecno Mobile have achieved last quarter? This could have significantly increase value/price of TekMovil acquisition assuming TekMovil growth directly correlates to those companies TekMovil distributes. TPT will soon be in league with these 2 global power houses. Xiaomi already launched its SU7 EV knocking out Apple. Apple looks tiny now in comparison.
TPT lined up their eggs accordingly..couple replaceable eggs cracked, that is all, TPT has grown to know what it takes go from OTC to NASDAQ better than any other company imo. TPT literally put it all out there for the market/traders/investors/retail to do as they wish knowing what they were doing was for the good of the shareholder/investor/retail, however that does not mean that all retail does what’s good for the company. We have sufficiently experienced this fact over the years. Act like you own your shares and you I’ll never have reason to damage the company you own. Call out the traders pretending to care about the company they trade.
It will. I’m highly confident.
It happened twice before but now they have some incoming milestones that I think they want to align with.
The Q had to be redone before the release of the 10K.
Then we get another Q mid May after another 10 day NT filing.
lmao yeah bruh but its like the story of the chicken and the egg.. which came first?
-gotta get Tekmovil to get to nasdaq>> to get bpi investment??
-got to get investment to get Tekmovil to get to Nasdaq??
hahaha
na im good.. idc about that shit.. I care about TPT's success which = my success ...
Obviously duh, TPT going NASDAQ remember?
Yeah im all for that but the financials say otherwise unfortunately... Maybe BPI is still on the table if nasdaq or we get a surprise but BPI like the construction loan has gone ninja silent mode lol.. so who knows really
anywho, I hope that you're right cause that would be fucking awesome.. I was hoping they could somehow use. BPI to even acquire Tekmovil tbh
They got nearly $billion to leverage from BPI
I don't understand this one lol BUT Why next week Mx?! you hinting at something or what. -_- please tell me its Tekmovil hehehe
Anyone remember that event they went to in Philadelphia or Washington or something like that last year? I remember they went there to present to potential investors no?? im guessing that nothing came from that...
correct.. It's just really difficult... But yes It can be sold... Hopefully this changes real soon.
I’m not. And I’m also not saying you’d get a good deal or anything. Just saying you ‘can’ sell.
